Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a skin care product and a preparation method and application thereof, belongs to the technical field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to an essence emulsion composition with moisturizing and relieving effects and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Moisturizing is a cosmetic project which is very important for people nowadays, and when the skin lacks moisture, a series of skin problems such as skin dryness, wrinkles, aging and the like can occur, so moisturizing is the most important thing in skin care, and when the skin has sufficient moisture, the skin can look finer and smoother and has young vitality.
Skin moisture loss is generally related to environmental factors, and when the ambient temperature is too high, dryness or wind is strong, the skin loses water seriously. How to effectively moisturize and moisturize the skin needs to be solved by starting from a moisturizing system of the skin.
Firstly, the surface of the cuticle in the skin moisturizing system is a sebaceous membrane which is formed by emulsifying grease secreted from sebaceous glands, lipid produced by corneocytes, sweat secreted from sweat glands and desquamated corneocytes at low temperature and forming a protective membrane on the surface of the skin, and the protective membrane covers the surface of the cuticle of the skin and reduces water evaporation. Secondly, intercellular lipids, which are regularly arranged, can retain intercellular water and block natural moisturizing factors to avoid water loss. Finally, the natural moisturizing factor can combine with water in the horny layer to play a role in absorbing and storing water, so that the horny cells are full of water, and the horny layer becomes finer and softer.
The skin care products at the present stage mainly have several problems that only water replenishing effect is needed and moisture retention is lacked, or moisture retention components are not comprehensive enough and only can act on one part in the moisture retention link, and the skin care products also have components harmful to skin barriers in order to enable the effective components to be better used in a transdermal manner.
Therefore, how to select proper components and scientifically compound the components together can play a role in each link of a human skin moisturizing system, so that the comprehensive moisturizing effect is achieved, and the technical problem which needs to be solved by technical personnel in the field is solved urgently.

Detailed Description
The invention discloses an essence milk composition with moisturizing and relieving effects and a preparation method thereof. The essential milk composition mainly comprises the following components: panthenol, inositol, lactobacillus fermentation lysate, and Codium spinulosum extract. The skin moisturizing and soothing lotion has the effects of moisturizing, repairing skin barriers and relieving local inflammation of skin, and in addition, the four components with the moisturizing and soothing effects can achieve the synergistic moisturizing and soothing effects when used simultaneously.
Wherein, the panthenol mainly plays the roles of an emollient and a humectant in the skin care product, and the relatively small molecular weight of the panthenol can effectively permeate into the horny layer of the skin, transport water to the horny layer and maintain the water content of the skin.
Inositol has the main functions of a moisturizing agent and a skin penetrating agent in the skin care product, has good transdermal permeability, can also promote the penetration of other components, and has the effects of moisturizing and conditioning the skin. When inositol and panthenol are used simultaneously, the skin's ability to absorb water and permeate can be improved, and the content of hyaluronic acid in the skin can be increased, which has a non-sticky skin feel compared with the conventional moisturizing ingredient glycerin.
The lactobacillus fermentation lysate is rich in lactic acid and sodium lactate, is a main water-soluble acid in human Natural Moisturizing Factors (NMF), has strong hygroscopicity, effectively enhances the hydration of the horny layer, prevents the water loss of the skin and supplements the deficiency of NMF in intercellular substance.
In addition, the lactobacillus fermentation lysate contains polypeptide compounds with bacteriostatic action such as lactein, and the like, is a natural bacteriostatic agent and has sedative and soothing effects on the skin.
The codium spiniferum extract can supplement moisture for skin, improve skin dryness and water shortage, improve skin moisturizing capability, and is rich in various active ingredients, so that the codium spiniferum extract can supplement nutrition for skin, adjust the resistance of cells to the outside, promote the metabolism of cells, and reduce skin water loss caused by external stimulation.
The invention creatively combines the four moisture-keeping and relieving functional components, and can play the roles of moisturizing the skin, repairing the skin barrier and relieving local skin inflammation at the same time. When the panthenol, the inositol, the lactobacillus fermentation lysate and the codium spinulosum extract are compounded and combined at the same time and are applied to the essential milk, the normal operation of a moisturizing system of the skin can be maintained.
The present invention is illustrated by the following examples, which are provided for the purpose of further illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. 5. Synergistic experiment of moisturizing and soothing composition
A cosmetic composition with moisture keeping and soothing effects is prepared into essence milk, and the content of the raw material components in the essence milk is shown in the following tables 6-7 in the comparative examples 1-14.
TABLE 6 comparison of examples 1-7 showing the composition ratio of the moisturizing and soothing essence milk (unit: parts)
TABLE 7 ingredient ratio Table (unit: parts) of moisturizing and soothing essence milks of comparative examples 8-14
The preparation process of the essence milk with moisturizing and relieving effects comprises the following steps:
1) wetting and completely dispersing the thickening agent in water to obtain a mixed solution;
2) adding moisture-keeping and relieving functional components, an emollient, a filler, a preservative and a pH regulator into the mixed solution obtained in the step 1), heating to 60-70 ℃, and homogenizing at 3500r/min for 3-5 minutes to completely disperse the components;
3) adding an emulsifier and a daily essence into the step 2), homogenizing at 3000r/min for 3-5 minutes to completely emulsify, and heating to 60-70 ℃ to obtain the essence emulsion composition with the effects of moisturizing and relieving.
The effects of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 14 of the moisturizing and soothing component synergy test were verified, and the test procedures and results were as follows:
1) the tester: 160 healthy women (20-45 years old) divided into 16 groups of 10 persons each; each group used the same formulation.
2) Test area: medial left or right forearm.
3) Use of: single use, lasting 6 h.
5) The effect indexes are as follows: and detecting the moisture content of the stratum corneum of the skin.
6) The test results are shown in table 8.
TABLE 8 test group Effect
From table 8, the results of fig. 4 show that, when the four components of panthenol, inositol, lactobacillus fermentation lysate and codiales extract, i.e., example 1, are added to the essence milk at the same time, the moisture content of the skin cuticle is respectively increased by 61.80%, 49.74% and 42.13% after 1, 3 and 6 hours of applying the essence milk, and the moisture content is higher than that obtained by applying the essence milk of comparative examples 1 to 14, so that the skin moisture retention capacity is better, which indicates that the moisture retention capacity is more remarkable when panthenol, inositol, lactobacillus fermentation lysate and codiales extract are applied at the same time than when only one or two or three of the components are used.
Meanwhile, the fact that the four components are used simultaneously in the cosmetic composition is also shown to play a synergistic moisturizing effect. The four components can effectively maintain normal operation of each link of a skin moisturizing system, simultaneously moisturize, moisturize and repair skin barriers, and simultaneously have a certain effect of relieving local inflammation of the skin. Compared with the single function of a single component, the composition can more efficiently play a role in moisturizing by compounding and using at the same time.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention in any way, so that any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiment according to the technical spirit of the present invention are within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
