The intelligent biological sample storage device based on water-cooling ultra-low temperature as claimed in claim 1, wherein the telescopic rack (33) comprises a sliding rack (331) arranged at the bottom end inside the access window (1), a rack (332) slidably embedded on the sliding rack (331), the rack (332) is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the storage tank (31).
