The second method comprises the steps of firstly pushing the carrying handle 14 to convey the box body 1 to the side of a patient needing body fluid extraction for inspection, lowering the sliding sheet 132 by operating the rotary bolt 131 to fix the universal wheel 13, opening the door 24 of the measuring cup sample box 22, taking out the measuring cup needing body fluid to be stored, collecting the body fluid by the patient, returning the measuring cup with the collected body fluid of the patient into the measuring cup sample box 22, closing the door 24, opening the refrigerating box 4, adjusting the temperature in the measuring cup sample box 22 to 18 +/-2 ℃ to reach the temperature required for storage, waiting for inspection, moving the vacuum operation box 6 to move to the position below the measuring cup sample box 22 along the guide rail 62 if further observation and study is needed, inwards retracting the first movable door 271 at the lower part of the measuring cup sample box 22 to the position below the second movable door 272, simultaneously controlling the vacuum operation box 6 to upwards lift by the lifting motor 67 to enable the second sliding rail 92 to be in butt joint with the first sliding rail 91, the transmission rod 93 is butted up and down, the two groups of small motors 94 have the same rotating speed, the slide block 9 drives the limiting plate 25 and the measuring cup which is fixed on the limiting plate 25 and is provided with a body fluid sample to enter the ventilating plate 65 of the vacuum operation box 6, the movable door 27 is closed after the first movable door 271 extends out, medical personnel wear sterile latex gloves to extend into the vacuum operation box 6 from the operation hole 63, then the vacuum operation box 6 is inflated and sealed through the sealing air bag 64, the vacuumizing device 66 is started to vacuumize the vacuum operation box 6, so that the vacuum sterile environment is achieved in the box, further test operation on the body fluid is completed, the front side of the vacuum operation box 6 is transparent temperature-resistant glass, the condition in the box can be observed while the operation is completed, the measuring cup is taken out after the operation is completed, waste liquid is poured into the waste liquid recovery box 8, the door 521 of the cleaning box 52 is opened, the measuring cup is placed while the door 521 is closed, the water inlet 54 automatically enters, the ultrasonic cleaning device 53 is opened for cleaning, and (3) draining water from a drainage pipe 56 after the cleaning is finished, switching the cleaning box 5 into a drying mode, opening a heating wire 55 and an ultraviolet disinfection lamp tube 26 for drying and disinfection, and taking out the measuring cup and putting the measuring cup into a measuring cup sample box 22 after the drying and disinfection are finished.
The third method is that the carrying handle 14 is firstly pushed to transport the box body 1 to the side of the patient needing to take the body fluid for inspection, the universal wheel 13 is fixed by operating the rotating bolt 131 to lower the sliding sheet 132, the door of the collector storage box 3 is opened, the body fluid collector 31 is taken out, the disposable collecting needle 315 is aligned with the sampling part of the patient, used for collecting fresh plasma for freezing, the piston rod 312 moves upwards, collected body fluid enters the collecting tube 311 through the hose 314, the box door 24 of the culture dish sample box 23 is opened after sampling is finished, a medical worker takes out a culture dish needing to store the body fluid, the body fluid in the collector 31 is released into the culture dish, the specimen box is put back into the specimen box 23 for storage, the box door 24 is closed and the refrigeration box 4 is opened, the temperature in the specimen box 23 is adjusted to-4 +/-2 ℃ to reach the temperature required for storage, and the specimen box is locked by the fixed lock 242 to wait for inspection or use.

Claims (5)

1. A body fluid collecting and storing device for clinical laboratory, comprising:
the bottom of the cuboid box body (1) is hermetically connected with a reinforced bottom plate (11), and the outer side wall of the cuboid box body is provided with an operation panel (12);

the vacuum operation box (6) is positioned below the sample collection box (2), the vacuum operation box (6) is in sliding connection with a guide rail (62) arranged on the box body (1) through a roller (61) arranged at the bottom of the vacuum operation box, a second slide rail (92) which is vertically and symmetrically arranged with the first slide rail (91) is arranged on the side wall of the vacuum operation box (6), a lifting motor (67) is arranged on the vacuum operation box (6), and the lifting motor (67) is used for lifting the second slide rail (92) to enable the second slide rail to be in butt joint with the first slide rail (91); the first sliding rail (91) and the second sliding rail (92) are connected with the inner walls of the corresponding sample collection box (2) and the vacuum operation box (6), a transmission rod (93) and a small motor (94) are arranged in a central groove (99) of each of the first sliding rail (91) and the second sliding rail (92), the transmission rod (93) is connected with an output shaft of the small motor (94), and the sliding block (9) is connected with the central groove (99) in a sliding mode and is in threaded connection with the transmission rod (93);
the small-sized motor (94) is respectively and fixedly arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the central groove (99) of the first sliding rail (91) and the second sliding rail (92), two groups of small motors (94) have the same rotating speed, the transmission rod (93) and the sliding block (9) are of a ball screw structure, the outer side surfaces of small motors (94) of the first sliding rail (91) and the second sliding rail (92) are respectively provided with an upper fixing block (97) and a lower fixing block (98), the upper end of the sample collecting box (2) and the lower end of the vacuum operation box (6) are respectively provided with an upper mounting block (95) and a lower mounting block (96) which are matched and clamped with the upper fixing block (97) and the lower fixing block (98), the bottoms of three parts of the sample collecting box (2) are respectively provided with a retractable and openable movable door (27), the movable door (27) comprises a first movable door (271) and a second movable door (272), when the switch is opened in use, the first movable door (271) is automatically retracted below the second movable door (272);
a collector storage box (3) which is positioned at one side of the sample collection box (2) and is used for storing a collector (31);
the refrigeration box (4) is fixed on one side of the inner lower portion of the box body (1), the upper portion of the refrigeration box (4) is connected with each of the three portions of the sample collection box (2) through a refrigerant leading-in pipe (44), a refrigerant supplementing pipe (41) is arranged on one side of the refrigeration box (4), a compressor module (47) is arranged in the refrigeration box (4), a refrigerant box (471) connected with the refrigerant supplementing pipe (41) is arranged on one side of the compressor module (47), an evaporation chip (472) is arranged above the compressor module (47), a suction motor (473) is arranged above the evaporation chip (472), the suction motor (473) is connected with a nozzle (474), the nozzle (474) is connected with the corresponding refrigerant leading-in pipe (44) through an electric control valve (475) and a pipeline, and a motor (46) is arranged on the other side of the compressor module (47), an exhaust fan (461) is arranged below the motor (46);
the cleaning box (5) is mounted in the middle of the inner lower bottom surface of the box body (1) and used for cleaning test tubes, measuring cups and culture dishes, a placing table (51) used for fixing a cleaning bin (52) is arranged inside the cleaning box (5), an ultrasonic cleaning device (53) is arranged below the placing table (51), an annular heating wire (55) is arranged on the inner wall of the cleaning bin (52), a drain pipe (56) is arranged at the lower part of one side of the cleaning bin (52), a bin door (521) is arranged outside the box body (1) corresponding to the cleaning bin (52), and a water inlet (54) is formed in the bin door (521);
a motor box (7) which is fixed on the other side of the inner lower part of the box body (1) and is used for supplying power to the refrigeration box (4), the cleaning box (5) and the vacuum operation box (6);
and an extractable waste liquid recovery tank (8) which is positioned at one side of the cleaning tank (5) and is used for recovering waste liquid.
