Referring to fig. 1-6, a sterilization apparatus for recycling and sorting garbage includes a scaleboard machine 1, a sterilization apparatus 2, a manual sorting conveyor 3, a magnetic separator 4, a winnowing feeder 5, a winnowing machine 6, a heavy object discharging machine 7, and a combustible material discharging machine 8, wherein the sterilization apparatus 2 is installed right above the scaleboard machine 1; a manual selection conveyor 3 is arranged below the discharging position of the scaleplate machine 1, a magnetic separator 4 is arranged right above the manual selection conveyor 3, a winnowing feeding machine 5 is arranged below the discharging position of the manual selection conveyor 3, a winnowing machine 6 is arranged below the discharging position of the winnowing feeding machine 5, a heavy object discharging machine 7 is arranged below the left side discharging port of the winnowing machine 6, and a combustible material discharging machine 8 is arranged below the right side discharging port of the winnowing machine 6;
wherein the sterilizing equipment 2 comprises a refrigerant sterilizing device 2-1 and a heating medium sterilizing device 2-2, the refrigerant sterilizing device 2-1 comprises a first frame 2-1-1, a first lifting column 2-1-2, a first cover 2-1-3, a dripping pipe frame 2-1-5, a liquid nitrogen storage tank 2-1-10, a plunger pump 2-1-11 and a booster pump 2-1-12, the first frame 2-1-1 is arranged on two sides of the apron machine 1 in parallel, the first lifting column 2-1-2 is symmetrically arranged on the top surface of the first frame 2-1-1, the first lifting column 2-1-2 is a hydraulic cylinder, the first cover 2-1-3 is welded on the top surface of the first lifting column 2-1-2, a dripping pipe rack 2-1-5 is fixed on the bottom surface of the first cover 2-1-3 through a pipe clamp, a liquid nitrogen storage tank 2-1-10 is placed on one side of the scaleboard machine 1, a plunger pump 2-1-11 is installed at the top opening of the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2-1-10, the inlet of the plunger pump 2-1-11 is connected with a booster pump 2-1-12 through a gas pipe 2-1-13, the outlet of the plunger pump 2-1-11 is connected with the dripping pipe rack 2-1-5 through a liquid pipe 2-1-14, and the dripping process is as follows: when the plunger pump 2-1-11 works, liquid nitrogen is continuously sucked into the pump by means of the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the pump, the liquid nitrogen obtains kinetic energy by means of the high-speed rotation of the impeller and enters the dripping pipe frame 2-1-5, and the booster pump 2-1-12 injects gas into the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2-1-10 in the period, so that the liquid nitrogen storage tank 2-1-10 is prevented from generating vacuum; the heating medium sterilization device 2-2 comprises a second rack 2-2-1, a second lifting column 2-2-2, a second machine cover 2-2-3 and infrared heating pipes 2-2-4, wherein the second rack 2-2-1 is placed on two sides of the apron machine 1 in parallel, the second lifting column 2-2-2 is symmetrically installed on the top surface of the second rack 2-2-1, the second lifting column 2-2-2 is a hydraulic cylinder, the second machine cover 2-2-3 is welded on the top surface of the second lifting column 2-2-2, and the infrared heating pipes 2-2-4 are installed on the bottom surface of the second machine cover 2-2-3.
In the invention, the scale plate machine 1 is in a model number bl 800; the model of the hand-selecting conveyor 3 is CF-01; the model of the magnetic separator 4 is RCDB; the type of the winnowing machine 6 is FXJ; the model of the wind selection feeding machine 5 is yk-100; the model of the weight discharging machine 7 is CF-01; the model of the combustible discharging machine 8 is CF-01.
In the invention, a toxic material storage box 9 is arranged on one side of the manual selection conveyor 3 and is used for collecting toxic and harmful garbage picked by an operator; a weight storage box 10 is arranged below the discharge position of the weight discharging machine 7 and is used for collecting heavy garbage; and a combustible material storage box 11 is placed below the discharging position of the combustible material discharging machine 8 and used for collecting combustible garbage.
In the invention, the first cover 2-1-3 is of an inverted box-shaped structure and can be used as a gas collecting hood for capturing nitrogen generated after decomposition of liquid nitrogen, and the gas outlet pipe 2-1-4 is arranged on the top surface of the first cover 2-1-3 and can collect the nitrogen and process the nitrogen into the liquid nitrogen again, thereby reducing the cost of enterprises.
In the invention, the drip irrigation pipe rack 2-1-5 comprises a liquid inlet pipe 2-1-6, a vertical pipe 2-1-7, a horizontal pipe 2-1-8 and a spray nozzle 2-1-9, wherein the liquid inlet pipe 2-1-6 is arranged on the top surface of a first cover 2-1-3, the liquid inlet pipe 2-1-6 extends to the lower part of the first cover 2-1-3 and is connected with the vertical pipe 2-1-7, the two ends of the vertical pipe 2-1-7 are sealed, the horizontal pipe 2-1-8 is welded at equal intervals in the vertical direction of the vertical pipe 2-1-7, the two ends of the horizontal pipe 2-1-8 are sealed, the bottom surface of the horizontal pipe 2-1-8 is provided with a plurality of spray nozzles 2-1-9, liquid nitrogen enters the vertical pipe 2-1-7 through the liquid inlet pipe 2-1-, then the garbage enters a transverse pipe 2-1-8 and drops through a spray head 2-1-9, and the soft garbage is embrittled.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the vertical pipes 2-1-7 are disposed at the positions of the symmetry axes of the horizontal pipes 2-1-8, so as to ensure uniform dripping of liquid nitrogen.
In the invention, the outer sides of the bottom surface vertical pipes 2-1-7 of the first cover 2-1-3 are symmetrically provided with material turning mechanisms 2-1-15, the material turning mechanisms 2-1-15 comprise bases 2-1-16, cylindrical rods 2-1-17, springs 2-1-18, bearing seats 2-1-19, rotating shafts 2-1-20 and press rollers 2-1-21, the bases 2-1-16 are fixedly connected with the first cover 2-1-3, the cylindrical rods 2-1-17 are connected on the first cover 2-1-3 in a sliding manner, the springs 2-1-18 are arranged between the cylindrical rods 2-1-17 and the bases 2-1-16, the free ends of the cylindrical rods 2-1-17 are provided with the bearing seats 2-1-19, rotating shafts 2-1-20 are installed between the bearing seats 2-1-19, compression rollers 2-1-21 are welded on the rotating shafts 2-1-20, the length of each compression roller 2-1-21 is slightly smaller than the bandwidth of the plate descaling machine 1, the side walls of the compression rollers 2-1-21 are welded with material poking plates 2-1-22 at equal angles, and the material turning process comprises the following steps: the garbage moves on the scaleboard machine 1, liquid nitrogen is dripped on the garbage, the soft objects are crushed under the extrusion of the compression rollers 2-1-21, and meanwhile, the lower part of the garbage is overturned to the upper part to be dripped with the liquid nitrogen.
According to the invention, the protective net 2-2-5 is arranged under the infrared heating pipe 2-2-4, so that the situation that garbage moving on the scaleboard machine 1 scrapes the infrared heating pipe 2-2-4 to cause damage is avoided.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing examples, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made, and equivalents can be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. A treatment method for recycling and sorting garbage is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: placing the garbage on a scaleboard machine, enabling the garbage to move along the scaleboard machine at a uniform speed, embrittling the soft objects through a refrigerant sterilization device, killing heat-resistant bacteria and heat-resistant viruses in the garbage, and crushing the solid objects through a heat medium sterilization device, and killing cold-resistant bacteria and cold-resistant viruses in the garbage;
s2: the garbage obtained in the step S1 falls on a manual sorting conveyor, toxic and harmful garbage in the garbage is manually picked out and placed in a toxic material storage box, the garbage moves along the manual sorting conveyor at a uniform speed, and iron substances are adsorbed by a magnetic separator;
s3: the garbage obtained in the S2 falls into a hopper of an air separation feeding machine, the garbage is conveyed into an air separator, the heavier garbage falls into a weight storage box through a weight discharging machine, and the combustible garbage falls into a combustible storage box through a combustible discharging machine to finish garbage separation.
2. A sterilization device for recycling and sorting garbage comprises a scaleboard machine, a sterilization device, a manual selection conveyor, a magnetic separator, a winnowing feeding machine, a winnowing machine, a heavy object discharging machine and a combustible material discharging machine, and is characterized in that the sterilization device is arranged right above the scaleboard machine, the manual selection conveyor is arranged below the discharging position of the scaleboard machine, the magnetic separator is arranged right above the manual selection conveyor, the winnowing feeding machine is arranged below the discharging position of the manual selection conveyor, the winnowing machine is arranged below the discharging position of the winnowing feeding machine, the heavy object discharging machine is arranged below the left side discharging port of the winnowing machine, and the combustible material discharging machine is arranged below the right side discharging port of the winnowing machine;
the sterilization equipment comprises a refrigerant sterilization device and a heat medium sterilization device, wherein the refrigerant sterilization device comprises a first rack, first lifting columns, a first cover, a dripping pipe rack, a liquid nitrogen storage tank, a plunger pump and a booster pump, the first rack is placed on two sides of the apron machine in parallel, the first lifting columns are symmetrically arranged on the top surface of the first rack, the first cover is arranged on the top surface of the first lifting column, the dripping pipe rack is arranged on the bottom surface of the first cover, the liquid nitrogen storage tank is placed on one side of the apron machine, the plunger pump is arranged at the top opening of the liquid nitrogen storage tank, the inlet of the plunger pump is connected with the booster pump through a gas pipe, and the outlet of the plunger pump is connected with the dripping pipe rack through a liquid conveying pipe; the heating medium sterilization device comprises a second rack, a second lifting column, a second cover and infrared heating pipes, wherein the second rack is placed on two sides of the apron machine in parallel, the second lifting column is symmetrically arranged on the top surface of the second rack, the second cover is arranged on the top surface of the second lifting column, and the infrared heating pipes are arranged on the bottom surface of the second cover.
3. The sterilization equipment for the recycling and sorting of garbage according to claim 2, wherein one side of the manual sorting conveyor is provided with a toxic material storage box; a weight storage box is arranged below the discharge position of the weight discharge machine; and a combustible storage box is arranged below the discharging position of the combustible discharging machine.
4. The sterilization equipment for recycling and sorting garbage according to claim 2, wherein the first lifting column is one of a hydraulic cylinder, an electric screw rod and a pneumatic push rod.
5. The sterilizing apparatus for recycling and sorting garbage according to claim 2, wherein the first cover is of an inverted box-shaped structure, and the top surface of the first cover is provided with the air outlet pipe.
6. The sterilization equipment for resource separation of garbage according to claim 2, wherein the dripping pipe rack comprises a liquid inlet pipe, a vertical pipe, a horizontal pipe and nozzles, the liquid inlet pipe is arranged on the top surface of the first cover, the liquid inlet pipe extends to the lower part of the first cover and is connected with the vertical pipe, the two ends of the vertical pipe are sealed, the horizontal pipe is arranged at the vertical direction of the vertical pipe at equal intervals, the two ends of the horizontal pipe are sealed, and the nozzles are arranged on the bottom surface of the horizontal pipe.
7. The sterilization apparatus for the resource separation of garbage according to claim 6, wherein the vertical tube is disposed at the position of the symmetry axis of the horizontal tube.
8. The sterilization equipment for resource separation of garbage according to claim 2, wherein the outer side of the bottom vertical pipe of the first cover is symmetrically provided with a material overturning mechanism, the material overturning mechanism comprises a base, a cylindrical rod, a spring, bearing seats, a rotating shaft and a pressing roller, the base is fixedly connected with the first cover, the cylindrical rod is connected to the first cover in a sliding manner, the spring is arranged between the cylindrical rod and the base, the free end of the cylindrical rod is provided with the bearing seats, the rotating shaft is arranged between the bearing seats, the pressing roller is arranged on the rotating shaft, the length of the pressing roller is slightly smaller than the bandwidth of the plate descaling machine, and the side walls of the pressing roller are provided with a stirring plate at equal angles.
9. The sterilization equipment for recycling and sorting garbage according to claim 2, wherein the second lifting column is one of a hydraulic cylinder, an electric screw rod and a pneumatic push rod.
10. The sterilization equipment for resource recycling and sorting of garbage according to claim 2, characterized in that a protective net is arranged right below the infrared heating pipe.
