the material containing mechanism comprises a material containing frame arranged in the sterilization tank and rotationally connected with the sterilization tank, and two groups of material containing assemblies arranged in the material containing frame, wherein the material containing frame is of an annular structure, the two groups of material containing assemblies are arranged in the material containing frame in an up-down parallel manner, the material containing assemblies comprise material containing discs rotationally connected with the inner side walls of the material containing frames, the material containing discs are coaxially arranged with the material containing frames, a plurality of annular positioning grooves are arranged on the material containing discs at intervals, the positioning grooves are coaxial with the material containing discs, annular positioning blocks matched with the positioning grooves are slidably connected in the positioning grooves, the upper material containing disc and the lower material containing disc are connected through a fixed shaft, the fixed shaft is coaxially arranged with the material containing discs, the same material containing disc is connected through a connecting rib, the connecting rib is arranged along the radial direction of the material containing disc, and one end part of the connecting rib is connected, the connecting rib is positioned between the two material containing discs, the outer side wall of each material containing frame is horizontally provided with two positioning shafts, the two positioning shafts are symmetrically arranged along the central axis of the material containing frame, the end parts of the positioning shafts horizontally and hermetically penetrate through the sterilization tank, the end part of one positioning shaft is connected with a first motor, the first motor is a forward and reverse rotating motor, the rotating angle is 180 degrees, and a first positioning hole horizontally penetrates through the other positioning shaft;
the spraying mechanism comprises a positioning hole, a steam inlet pipe and an annular steam exhaust pipe, wherein the end part of the steam inlet pipe penetrates through the positioning hole and the material containing frame in sequence and is positioned between two material containing discs, the annular steam exhaust pipe is arranged in the positioning block, the steam exhaust pipe and the positioning block are coaxially arranged, the steam exhaust pipe is communicated with a plurality of spraying pipes at intervals, the free ends of the spraying pipes extend out of the positioning block, the parts of the spraying pipes, which are positioned outside the positioning block, are uniformly provided with a plurality of steam outlets, the end part of the steam inlet pipe is communicated with a plurality of adjusting components, the adjusting components are sequentially communicated, the adjusting components and the positioning blocks on the same material containing disc are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, each adjusting component comprises a switching pipe which is communicated with the upper steam exhaust pipe and the lower steam exhaust pipe, a gravity block capable of sliding up and down is arranged in the switching pipe, and when the material containing discs are, the steam inlet pipe is communicated with the spraying pipe positioned above the steam inlet pipe;
the driving mechanism comprises a connecting shaft and a driving assembly which are coaxially arranged on the material containing disc, a plugboard is arranged at the free end of the connecting shaft, the driving assembly comprises a second motor arranged at the bottom of the sterilizing tank, an output shaft of the second motor hermetically and rotatably penetrates through the bottom of the sterilizing tank and is positioned in the sterilizing tank, a fixed seat is arranged at the end part of the output shaft of the second motor, a telescopic cylinder is arranged on the fixed seat, a fixed block is connected to the end part of the output shaft of the telescopic cylinder, a containing groove is formed in the fixed block to contain the plugboard, the second motor is a forward and reverse rotating motor, and the rotating angle of the second motor is 160-175 degrees;
and one end of the steam inlet pipe, which is positioned outside the sterilizing tank, is communicated with the steam generator through a steam hose.
