One embodiment of the present invention provides a display unit that can be fixed to a wall or a stand and that can display image information when powered on. For another example, if the PCB is directly connected to the bottom case 110 by screws, the depth of the screw holes on the PCB is small due to the thinness of the PCB, and the length of the screw holes is small, so that the connection is not firm. The embodiment of the present invention can ensure the flatness and neatness of the front surface 100A of the display panel 100 without damaging the integrity of the front surface 100A of the display panel 100, and can also improve the connection strength.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bottom chassis 110 is provided with a mounting hole 111, and when the display panel 100 and the bottom chassis 110 are assembled, the fixing member 140 of the display panel 100 extends into the mounting hole 111, and the first connecting member 120 extends into the mounting hole 111 and is connected to the fixing member 140, that is, the display panel 100 is fixedly connected to the bottom chassis 110 by the first connecting member 120. In this embodiment, since the mounting hole 111 can accommodate the fixing member 140, the thickness of the display module 10 can be reduced. For example, the fixing member 140 is disposed on the back surface 100B of the display panel 100 and protrudes, and the fixing member 140 is accommodated in the mounting hole 111, so that the back surface 100B of the display panel 100 is attached to the bottom chassis 110, that is, a gap is not formed between the bottom chassis 110 and the display panel 100 due to the protruding fixing member 140 disposed on the back surface 100B of the display panel 100, thereby reducing the thickness of the display module 10; or the mounting hole 111 can receive at least a portion of the fixing member 140, which can reduce the thickness of the display module 10 to some extent. The fixing member 140 is provided with a coupling hole 141, and the first coupling member 120 may be coupled to the coupling hole 141. For example, when the first connecting member 120 is a screw, the connecting hole 141 is a threaded hole, and the screw can be in threaded fit with the threaded hole; for another example, when the first connector 120 is a bayonet, the connection hole 141 may be a bayonet capable of being snap-fitted with the bayonet.
In some embodiments, the fixing element 140 may be a metal element, and the first connecting element 120 may also be a metal element, so that when the fixing element 140 and the first connecting element 120 are engaged, the mechanical strength of the first connecting element 120 and the fixing element 140 can be improved. For example, the fixing member 140 may be made of a copper material, and the first connecting member 120 may also be made of a copper material; for another example, the fixing member 140 may be made of stainless steel, and the first connecting member 120 may also be made of stainless steel. Fig. 9 is an exploded view of a display unit according to an embodiment of the present invention, the display unit includes a support frame 30, a suspension member 20, and a display module 10, the suspension member 20 is fixedly mounted on the display module 10, and the display module 10 is suspended on the support frame 30 by the suspension member 20. Wherein, the supporting frame 30 is provided with a hanging hole 300, one end of the hanging member 20 is connected to the display module 10, and the other end is hung in the hanging hole 300.
Specifically, the hanging hole 300 includes a first hanging hole portion 310 and a second hanging hole portion 320, and the first hanging hole portion 310 has a larger aperture than the second hanging hole portion 320. Fig. 10 is a schematic structural view of hanger 20 according to an embodiment of the present invention, hanger 20 includes a first card portion 210, a second card portion 220 and a connecting portion 200 connected in sequence, connecting portion 200 is connected to a display unit, and a card slot 240 is formed between first card portion 210 and second card portion 220. The first card portion 210 can pass through the first hanging hole portion 310 but cannot pass through the second hanging hole portion 320, and the second card portion 220 cannot pass through the second hanging hole portion 320. When the hanger is installed, the first locking portion 210 is inserted into the first hanging hole portion 310 of the hanging hole 300, the first locking portion 210 and the second locking portion 220 are respectively positioned at the front and back sides of the supporting frame 30, and then the hanger 20 is moved to the second hanging hole portion 320, since neither the first locking portion 210 nor the second locking portion 220 can pass through the second hanging hole portion 320, the locking groove 240 can be locked around the hole of the second hanging hole portion 320.
In some embodiments, the supporting frame 30 is generally vertically disposed, and the first hanging hole portion 310 is located above the second hanging hole portion 320, when the display module assembly 10 is assembled with the supporting frame 30, after the first locking portion 210 is inserted into the first hanging hole portion 310 of the hanging hole 300, under the action of gravity, the display module assembly 10 moves downward, so that the hanging member 20 moves to the second hanging hole portion 320 and keeps being locked to the second hanging hole portion 320. When using for a long time, can not make display module assembly 10 and support frame 30 pine take off, the security is high.
As shown in fig. 10, a screw thread section is provided on the connection portion 200 of the hanger 20, and the hanger 20 is screwed to the display module 10 through the screw thread section. That is, the hanging members 20 can adjust the depth of the connecting portion 200 screwed into the display module assembly 10, and when a plurality of hanging members 20 are disposed on the display module assembly 10, the hanging members 20 can be extended out of the display module assembly 10 to the same height by adjusting the depth of the connecting portion 200 screwed into the display module assembly 10, for example, when the supporting frame 30 is vertically disposed, the display module assembly 10 can also be vertically disposed by adjusting the hanging members 20.
In some embodiments, a plurality of display modules 10 are disposed on the supporting frame 30, and the display surfaces of the display modules 10 can be on a plane by adjusting the height of the suspension member 20 extending out of the display modules 10, so as to make the whole screen more flat. As shown in fig. 10, first card portion 210 is provided with an adjustment groove 230, and a tool can be used to be caught in adjustment groove 230 to facilitate rotation of hanger 20. The adjusting groove 230 may be a straight groove or a cross groove.
As shown in fig. 10, the first locking portion 210 is provided with a chamfered portion 211, and the first locking portion 210 is easily inserted into the first hanging hole portion 310 by providing the chamfered portion 211.
In one embodiment, the radial dimension of the first locking portion 210 is smaller than the radial dimension of the second locking portion 220, and the second locking portion 220 cannot pass through the first hanging hole portion 310.

Furthermore, the terms "first", "second" and "first" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means at least two, e.g., two, three, etc., unless specifically limited otherwise.
In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," "secured," and the like are to be construed broadly and can, for example, be fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally formed; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be directly connected or indirectly connected through intervening media, or they may be connected internally or in any other suitable relationship, unless expressly stated otherwise. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, the first feature "on" or "under" the second feature may be directly contacting the first and second features or indirectly contacting the first and second features through an intermediate. Also, a first feature "on," "over," and "above" a second feature may be directly or diagonally above the second feature, or may simply indicate that the first feature is at a higher level than the second feature. A first feature being "under," "below," and "beneath" a second feature may be directly under or obliquely under the first feature, or may simply mean that the first feature is at a lesser elevation than the second feature.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" or "disposed on" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. The terms "vertical," "horizontal," "upper," "lower," "left," "right," and the like as used herein are for illustrative purposes only and do not denote a unique embodiment.

Claims (10)
1. A display module (10), comprising:
the display panel (100), the display panel (100) has front (100A) and back (100B) that set up relatively, the front (100A) of the said display panel (100) has display elements (130), the back (100B) has fixings (140);
the bottom shell (110), the bottom shell (110) is provided with a mounting hole (111); and
and the first connecting piece (120) extends into the mounting hole (111) and is connected with the fixing piece (140) so as to fixedly connect the display panel (100) and the bottom shell (110).
2. The display module (10) according to claim 1, wherein the fixing member (140) comprises a main body (140A) and a positioning pin (140B) disposed on the main body (140A), and the back surface (100B) of the display panel (100) is provided with a positioning blind hole for receiving the positioning pin (140B).
3. The display module (10) according to claim 2, wherein the positioning pin (140B) is provided with a first rotation stop surface (140B1), the positioning blind hole is provided with a second rotation stop surface, and after the positioning pin (140B) is inserted into and engaged with the positioning blind hole, the first rotation stop surface (140B1) is engaged with the second rotation stop surface in an abutting manner so as to limit the rotation of the positioning pin (140B) relative to the positioning blind hole.
4. The display module (10) according to claim 2, wherein the body portion (140A) is provided with a rotation stopping groove (142), and the display panel (100) or the bottom case (110) is provided with a rotation stopping pin engaged with the rotation stopping groove (142); or
The body part (140A) is provided with a rotation stopping pin, and the display panel (100) or the bottom shell (110) is provided with a rotation stopping groove (142) matched with the rotation stopping pin.
5. The display module (10) according to claim 2, wherein the body portion (140A) comprises a first end (140A1) and a second end (140A2) which are oppositely arranged, the positioning pin (140B) is arranged at the first end (140A1), the first end (140A1) is provided with a first receiving groove (143), a side surface of the body portion (140A) is provided with a second receiving groove (144) which is communicated with the first receiving groove (143), and the first receiving groove (143) and the second receiving groove (144) are used for receiving a welding material.

The display module (10) according to claim 1, wherein the first connecting member (120) comprises a head portion and a connecting rod connecting the head portion, the connecting rod is connected to the fixing member (140), and an elastic pad (180) is disposed between the head portion and the bottom chassis (110).

The display module (10) according to claim 1, wherein the display module (10) further comprises a signal receiving assembly (150), a line concentrator assembly (160) and a second connector (170), the signal receiving assembly (150) is disposed between the line concentrator assembly (160) and the display panel (100), the line concentrator assembly (160) is electrically connected to the signal receiving assembly (150), the signal receiving assembly (150) is electrically connected to the display panel (100), and the line concentrator assembly (160) is connected to the bottom chassis (110) through the second connector (170).
8. The display module (10) according to claim 7, wherein the bottom case (110) is provided with a device slot (112) for accommodating the signal receiving assembly (150).
9. The display module (10) according to claim 1, wherein the bottom case (110) is provided with a binding site (113) for fixing the wire (161).
10. The display module (10) according to claim 1, wherein the mounting hole (111) of the bottom case (110) is configured to receive at least a portion of the fixing member (140).
