Detailed Description
In order to clearly understand the technical features, objects, and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the snap-in display module 100 in an embodiment of the present invention includes a face mask 10, an LED display panel 20, and a bottom case 30, and a first snap assembly 50, a second snap assembly 60, a first positioning assembly 70, and a second positioning assembly 80 disposed on the face mask 10, the LED display panel 20, and the bottom case 30. The face mask 10, the LED display panel 20 and the bottom case 30 have the same size, the face mask 10 and the LED display panel 20 are both rectangular plate-shaped structures, and the bottom case 30 is a field-shaped plate-shaped structure. The second clip assembly 60 clips the face mask 10 to the LED display panel 20 as shown in fig. 1 to 4. The second latch assembly 60 includes a second latch 61 and a second latch hole 62. The second fastener 61 extends from the face mask 10 to the LED display panel 20, and a barb structure is disposed at an end of the second fastener 61 extending from the face mask 10 to the LED display panel 20. The second fastening hole 62 is disposed on the LED display panel 20 and is engaged with the second fastening member 61. When the second fastening member 61 is inserted into the second fastening hole 62, the barb structure is elastically deformed under the extrusion of the second fastening hole 62, and is fastened and fixed in the second fastening hole 62 after passing through the second fastening hole 62.
Alternatively, it may be: in the second clip assembly 60, the second clip 61 extends from the LED display panel 20 to the face mask 10; the second fastening hole 62 is disposed on the mask 10 and is engaged with the second fastening member 61.
The plurality of second fasteners 61 are arranged on the mask 10 in an array, and the plurality of second fastening holes 62 are arranged on the LED display panel 20 in an array matching with the plurality of second fasteners 61. It is to be understood that the second clip assembly 60 may or may not be provided. When the second clip assembly 60 is not provided, the LED display panel 20 is centrally fixed by the face mask 10 and the bottom chassis 30.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the first positioning assembly 70 is disposed between the face mask 10 and the LED display panel 20 to position the relative position of the face mask 10 and the LED display panel 20. The first positioning member 70 includes a first positioning post 71 and a first positioning hole 72, and the first positioning post 71 and the first positioning hole 72 are respectively disposed on the face mask 10 and the LED display panel 20. Preferably, the first positioning post 71 is located on the face mask 10, and the first positioning hole 72 is located on the LED display panel 20. Alternatively, the first positioning posts 71 are two and located at opposite diagonal ends of the face mask 10 or the LED display panel 20.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the second positioning assembly 80 is disposed between the LED display panel 20 and the bottom chassis 30, and positions a relative position of the LED display panel 20 and the bottom chassis 30. The second positioning assembly 80 includes a second positioning column 81 and a second positioning hole 82, and the second positioning column 81 and the second positioning hole 82 are respectively disposed on the LED display panel 20 and the bottom chassis 30. Preferably, six second positioning posts 81 are arranged on the LED display panel 20 or the bottom chassis 30 in a 3 × 2 array.
