Abstract
本发明提供一种具有盒固持件的分配器、包括该分配器的系统、以及使用该系统制造饮料的方法,涉及饮料制造领域,其中该盒固持件具有用于盒和/或盒接收座的至少一个引导件和/或防扭转件。该分配器能够将盒可靠地固持在分配器中,使得一方面不发生泄漏另一方面也不发生反向污染。

本申请是申请号为201780006595.3、申请日为2017年1月12日、发明名称为“具有盒固持件的分配器”的专利申请的分案申请。
背景技术
本发明涉及一种具有盒固持件(Kartuschenhalterung)的分配器。
此类系统理论上是从现有技术(例如从EP 2 017 221 A1和WO 96/36556 A1)已知的并且用于从预先分份的盒来制造饮料。用此类系统制造饮料对于使用者而言是非常方便的,因为他仅仅需要将盒插入分配器中并且启动开始程序。然后分配器(也称为饮料制备机)全自动地协调饮料的生产过程,也就是尤其将该食物基质或饮料基质以预定的量混合到液体(尤其冷的和碳酸化的水)中并且引导到饮用容器中。以此方式使得对于使用者而言尤其混合饮料的制造明显更简单、快速且更不费时费力。使用者在此可以从多种不同的盒中选择,使得他可以依据喜好来制造不同的饮料。
开篇所述的分配器是从现有技术中已知的并且用于借助于盒来制造例如冷饮。重要的是,将盒可靠地固持在分配器中,使得一方面不发生泄漏另一方面也不发生反向污染。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是提供一种满足这些要求的分配器。尤其应在对分配器没有反向污染的情况下实现无泄漏的饮料制造。分配器应同时提供高操作舒适性并且可以成本低廉地实现。本发明的另一个目的是受控地设定饮料或食物上的泡沫形成。
这个目的通过具有盒固持件的分配器实现,该盒固持件具有至少一个引导件和/或用于盒和/或盒接收座的防扭转件。
对于本发明的这个主题所做出的实施方式同样且反向地适用于本发明的其他主题。
本发明涉及一种具有盒固持件的分配器,该盒固持件将该盒安装在该分配器处并且支撑和/或引导该盒。该盒具有空腔,饮料基质和/或食物基质位于该空腔中。这种基质优选是液态的并且尤其是浓缩物,并且与溶剂、尤其水混合以制造饮料或食物并且然后容纳在容器、尤其玻璃杯中,该玻璃杯优选位于该分配器的安排在固持件下方的支撑面上。饮料基质和/或食物基质优选包括用于软饮料(如含咖啡、碳酸、水果和/或糖柠檬水和果汁、啤酒(混合)饮料或其他含酒精或不含酒精的(混合)饮料)的液态预混成分。
根据本发明在该盒固持件处设置引导件和/或防扭转件。由此确保盒一方面至少在空间方向方面相对于分配器采取某一位置,另一方面防止在制造饮料之前或过程中盒的扭转或以错误的取向插入。以此方式还确保,在盒配备有可由分配器的识别物检测器读取的产品标识识别物的情况下,该识别物总是面向检测器,从而能够实现可靠且无错误的读取。
优选该盒固持件具有凹陷部,该凹陷部至少部分地接收该盒和/或该盒接收座。优选该盒固持件中的凹陷部和该盒或盒接收座至少部分形状配合地共同作用并且因此作为支撑面和/或防扭转件起作用。优选该凹陷部延伸直到边缘,使得该凹陷部的周边在一个位置上是开放的。在那里可以在盒接收座中放置凸出部。替代地,该凹陷部具有凸出部,该凸出部用于该盒接收座的凸出部。
替代地或附加地,该固持件具有引导件,该引导件与该盒接收座的周边和/或该盒共同作用。这个引导件例如可以是立钩,该立钩优选在固持件的凹陷部的边缘区域中延伸。该引导件优选与水平方向成直角延伸并且防止盒相对于竖直方向翻倒。
根据一个优选的实施方式,该凹陷部和/或该引导件具有用于该盒接收座处的突起/凸出部的开口,该突起可以用作防扭转件或用作另外的稳定件。
优选该固持件具有液体接口。通过这个液体接口提供用于制造饮料的溶剂。该固持件的液体接口优选与该盒接收座中的流体入口处于连接、尤其液体密封的连接。根据本发明的另一个优选的实施方式提出,对该液体接口馈送流体,该流体通过冷却组件冷却,其中该冷却组件是该分配器的一部分或者是与该分配器处于有效连接的分开的冷柜。因此,在有利的方式中,即使在盒自身没有冷却并且例如具有室温时也可以制造冷饮。该系统向已有的冷柜的整合具有如下优点:可以简单地将冷柜的已有的冷却组件同时以高效方式用于分配器。尤其在所谓的“并排”冷柜(通常也称为美国式冷柜)的情况下,在前部存在足够的构造空间来整合该分配器。可设想的是,分配器为用于此类冷柜的改装套件。冷却组件优选包括压缩机冷却单元、吸收器冷却单元或热电制冷器。根据本发明的另一个优选的实施方式提出,对该液体接口馈送流体,该流体通过碳酸化器添加碳酸。可设想的是,其中该碳酸化器是该分配器的一部分,并且其中该碳酸化器具有用于CO2罐的接收座以及用于从该CO2罐向该流体添加CO2的供应装置。于是,通过该系统还可以有利地制造加入碳酸的(软)饮料。替代地,还可设想的是,该碳酸化器具有外部的CO2接口。该流体尤其包括从分配器的水管线或水箱借助于一个或多个泵(优选隔膜泵)提供的水。向液体接口输送水优选借助于流通传感器来监视,例如超声波流通传感器或磁感生流通传感器。
根据本发明提出,该固持件具有与压缩空气源相连的压缩空气出口。该压缩空气出口作为盒卸载装置起作用并且用于将压缩空气从外部引入该盒的空腔中,从而将食物基质和/或饮料基质从空腔中压入盒接收座的混合室中。压缩空气尤其由分配器来提供。该盒接收座优选具有气体入口,在将该盒接收座插入到该固持件中时该气体入口直接耦合到该固持件的压缩空气出口上。其优点是,有效避免了向分配器方向上的反向污染,因为在将盒系统插入固持件中时压力通道立即处于压力下并且因此避免了食物基质和/或饮料基质向分配器的方向且尤其向压缩空气源的方向移动。因此该基质只能从该盒中的空腔出发向混合室的方向移动。
根据本发明的另一个优选的实施方式提出,该固持件具有触发元件,以便将该盒接收座的刺入器件从收缩位置转移到伸出位置。该盒优选用隔膜、例如密封膜封闭。该盒接收座优选具有刺入器件,该刺入器件能够在收缩位置与伸出位置之间偏移,在该收缩位置中该刺入器件与该隔膜间隔开,在该伸出位置中该刺入器件刺穿该隔膜并且突出直到该盒的空腔中。即,该盒被该刺入器件打开。为了将刺入器件转移到伸出位置中,该固持件具有触发元件。可设想的是,该触发元件具有固定的突起,在将该盒系统插入该固持件中时,该突起贴靠该刺入器件并且通过盒系统与触发元件之间的相对运动推动该刺入器件进入伸出位置。特别优选的是,压缩空气出口整合到该刺入器件中。
优选该固持件包括紧固凸缘,在插入该固持件时或之后,该紧固凸缘形状配合和/或力配合地在周围接合该盒接收座。该紧固凸缘还包括触发机构,该触发机构被配置为使得致动该触发机构导致该盒接收座被该紧固凸缘在周围接合和/或导致该紧固凸缘的偏移,从而产生在盒接收座和与该刺入器件接触的触发元件之间的相对运动,由此将该刺入器件从该收缩位置转移到该伸出位置中。该触发机构尤其包括用于手动致动该触发机构的手柄,其中该手柄优选形成为围绕与该盒的纵轴线基本上平行的旋转轴线能够旋转。该触发机构优选还包括转换传动装置,该转换传动装置将该手柄围绕与该纵轴线平行的旋转轴线的旋转运动转换成与该纵轴线基本平行的平移运动。在该盒系统已经被插入该固持件之后,该手柄被使用者致动,由此牢固地从周围接合该盒系统并且针对该触发元件线性地偏移。通过防旋转和将旋转运动转换成线性平移运动,保证了盒的取向相对于分配器保持恒定。由此有利地简化了在下文中描述的对产品标识识别物的读取。
根据本发明的另一个优选的实施方式提出,该分配器具有用于读取该盒和/或该盒接收座上的产品标识识别物的识别物检测器,其中该识别物检测器优选安排在该固持件的上方和/或后方。优选地,该产品标识识别物嵌入到条形码、RFID码、二维码、数据矩阵码、彩色码、全息码等等中。因而,以有利的方式,可以自动读取该产品标识识别物。识别物检测器尤其包括光学传感器,例如像当将盒插入到饮料制备机中时自动读取条形码或二维码或数据矩阵码的CCD摄影机。替代地,识别物检测器包括用于自动读取RFID码的收发天线。替代地可设想的是,该产品标识识别器还嵌入到其他可自动读取的计算机芯片中。术语二维码在本发明的意义上尤其包括任何数据矩阵码。于是术语二维码和数据矩阵码用作同义词。替代地或附加地可设想的是,产品标识识别物包括划线码、点码、二进制码、莫尔斯码、盲文字符码(盲文字)等等。这些码在此还可以嵌入到三维结构中,例如凹陷(Relief)中。该产品标识识别物尤其包括所谓的产品标识编号,尤其通用产品码(UPC)、欧洲制品编号(EAN)、GS1码、全球商品编号(GTIN)等等。以此方式,不需要为此引入新的编码系统。该产品标识识别物尤其遵守GS1标准。该产品标识识别物优选直接印刷、粘贴在盒上和/或引入盒的表面中,例如通过(激光)凹版印刷、冲裁或在制造盒时直接引入。替代地还可设想,用衬套、例如套管至少部分地包裹该盒,该产品标识识别物安排在该衬套上。该衬套也可以与该盒粘合或焊接。该衬套或套管可以由塑料膜、织物或纸制造。
本发明的另一个或优选的主题是一种分配器,该分配器具有用于容器的支撑面,在该容器中容纳制成的饮料或食物。其中该支撑面设置为高度可调的和/或能够旋转的。
优选该支撑面例如围绕一条轴线或者围绕一个点可旋转地设置,使得该容器、尤其在制成的饮料或食物流入时可以倾斜地放置。由此可以影响在饮料上的泡沫形成。支撑面可以手动或电机驱动地进行调节。分配器可以具有如下器件(例如摄影机):该器件获取饮料或食物上的泡沫状态并且借助于这个器件的信号对应地改变倾斜位置。此外优选地,用于制造饮料或食物的盒可以具有关于要使用的倾斜位置的信息。根据再另一个优选的实施方式,该盒具有识别物,借助于该识别物可以标识该盒。一旦辨认出该盒,就可以调出关于容器的所希望的倾斜位置的信息。类似的内容适合于容纳饮料或食物的容器。该容器也可以具有信息和/或识别物,通过该信息和/或识别物可以获得所希望的倾斜位置。此外,支撑面优选是高度可调的,使得该支撑面例如匹配不同的玻璃杯大小和/或可以通过下落路程的长度来影响泡沫形成。
另外,本发明涉及一种具有盒接收座和/或盒的系统,其中该盒接收座可逆地或不可逆地尤其部分接收该盒。盒具有空腔,该饮料基质和/或食物基质位于该空腔中并且在饮料制造和/或食物制造之前尤其通过该隔膜将其密封地封闭。然后为了制造饮料和/或食物将盒打开、尤其刺入隔膜,并且基质尤其在将压缩空气导入到空腔中的方式的支持下进入/流入盒接收座的混合室中,该盒接收座还具有用于与基质混合的稀释剂(也称为溶剂)的入口、尤其水入口,以便产生饮料或食物,该饮料或食物通过同样设置在盒接收座处的出口从混合室出来。溶剂的体积流量在此一般明显大于基质的提及流量。该盒和与该盒相连的该盒接收座一起构成盒系统,该盒系统可以插入该分配器的固持件中。
优选地,流动横截面,也就是说可供用于(尤其溶剂流和/或由溶剂和基质形成的混合物的)液体流动的横截面,如下地设置,使得该流动横截面相对于溶剂的流动方向首先减慢流动速度然后再加快流动速度。通过流动横截面变窄而实现的加速尽可能在溶剂和基质已经混合之后发生。
根据本发明的其他优选的主题,该混合室具有凸出部。这个凸出部优选从周边、尤其从侧向周边突出,该周边在盒接收座的两个端侧之间延伸出来。优选该凸出部是该混合室的一部分。优选该混合室的周边设计为基本上圆形的并且该凸出部从这个圆形突出。根据本发明的一个特别优选的实施方式,制成的饮料或食物的出口设置在该凸出部中。
根据本发明的再一个优选的主题,该盒接收座具有紧固环和/或保险环。这个紧固环和/或保险环优选接收紧固到该盒接收座处的盒。优选该紧固环和/或保险环在该混合室处设置有额定断裂位置和/或额定变形位置。在制造饮料或食物之前将这个位置破坏和或变形、尤其不可逆地变形。这例如可以通过相对彼此移动盒与盒接收座来进行。通过变形和/或破坏,盒接收座只能使用一次和/或盒接收座与盒之间的结合不能再消除。
优选地,在混合室中设置至少一个混合元件,该混合元件用于使溶剂或溶剂与基质的混合物产生旋流。优选该混合元件设置为凸出部和/或在该混合室的底部中成形。优选该混合元件设计为,使得溶解在溶剂中的碳酸不会排出或仅少量排出。优选该混合元件设计为,使其仅具有很小的压力损失。
优选该盒接收座具有刺入器件,该刺入器件在制造饮料或食物之前对该隔膜穿孔。这个刺入器件例如设计为从混合室的底部突出的尖端。盒接收座优选具有尖端引导件,刺入器件可偏移地安装在该尖端引导件中。该刺入器件以此方式能够在收缩位置与伸出位置之间偏移,在该收缩位置中该刺入器件与该隔膜间隔开,在该伸出位置中该刺入器件刺穿该隔膜并且突出直到该盒的空腔中。
优选该刺入器件在其外部周边上具有至少一个、优选多个凹入部和/或凸出部,该凹入部和/或凸出部用作基质的出口。该凹入部和/或凸出部的数量和大小优选取决于基质的黏度。该刺入器件的外壁设置有至少一个侧向通道,该侧向通道用于,当该隔膜被刺穿时,将该基质引导向该混合室的方向。然后通过在刺入器件处侧向形成的侧向通道可以使基质向混合室的方向流动经过隔膜。优选地,在刺入器件处形成多个侧向通道。这些侧向通道尤其分别形成为单侧开放的凹槽的形式。可设想的是,侧向通道的横截面和/或侧向通道的数量匹配基质的黏度,使得侧向通道控制或限制向混合室方向的基质流动。在高黏度下,使用较多的侧向通道或具有较大横截面的侧向通道,而在低黏度下设置较少的侧向通道或具有较小横截面的侧向通道。因而对于每个盒存在匹配的盒接收座。
优选向该刺入器件中整合压缩空气管线,尤其呈内部通道的形式,其中在该刺入器件的背向该盒的侧面形成有尤其从该盒接收座的外部能够接近的、该压缩空气管线的压缩空气接口,该压缩空气接口用于与压缩空气源相连,并且其中在该刺入器件的面向该盒的空腔的侧面形成有该压缩空气管线的压缩空气输出通道,该压缩空气输出通道用于将压缩空气吹入该盒中。优选在将由盒和盒接收座组成的盒系统插入到固持件中时已经在压缩空气接口处施加压缩空气,以便防止对分配器的任何反向污染。替代地,通过施加在分配器上的压缩空气将刺入器件从收缩位置移动到伸出位置中。替代于压缩空气还可以将CO2引入到空腔中,以便将基质从空腔转移到混合室中。
即,优选该刺入器件具有在顶端中或顶端的区域中终止的通道。通过这个通道可以将气体、尤其空气或CO2吹入盒中,以便加速和/或计量基质输出。
该系统优选形成为,当将该盒接收座插入该固持件中时和/或致动用于该紧固凸缘的该触发机构时,进行压缩空气接口与该固持件的压缩空气出口的耦合。压缩空气管线由此尽可能早地设置在压力下,使得抑制由基质对分配器的反向污染。
优选该入口和该出口设置在该盒接收座的相反的末端。特别优选该刺入器件设置为与该入口以及该出口齐平。
根据本发明的另一个优选的主题,该出口是可移动地、尤其可旋转地设置在该混合室处或者具有如下器件:通过该器件,可以将该出口尤其面向接收制成的饮料或食物的容器侧壁的方向定向。这种实施方式在有利地倾向于形成泡沫的饮料或食物的情况下是特别的。出口的移动可以手动地或电机式进行。对于盒具有标识的情况,在分配器已经辨认出盒之后可以自动进行旋转。此外可以存在确定泡沫的器件。于是,基于这一分析,可以对出口进行设定。
该盒优选由塑料、尤其通过模制和/或吹塑方法制造。该盒具有侧壁,该侧壁例如具有圆形、矩形、正方形、锥形或椭圆形的横截面。在侧壁的一端处一般(尤其一体式地)设置底部。侧壁和任选地底部伸展成空腔,在该空腔中尤其以液体形式提供饮料基质和/或食物基质。在壁区域的另一端处设置连接区域,通过该连接区域将盒与盒接收座相连。这个盒接收座可以是分配器的一部分或者与分配器分离的构件。
优选如此设置该连接区域,使得该连接区域具有至少一个凸缘。该凸缘从连接区域中伸出并且优选成角度、特别优选与连接区域的壁区域成直角。为了制造饮料或食物,凸缘优选水平地定向。优选该凸缘由实心材料制造,即非中空地制造。尤其喷射模制该凸缘。
此外优选的是,该凸缘设置有定位器件和或遮盖器件。该定位器件确保盒只能以某一位置、尤其以某一旋转角度、尤其相对于盒的纵向中轴线安排在分配器和/或盒接收座处。遮盖元件遮盖一个区域,尤其制成的饮料或食物流过的区域。优选该定位器件和该遮盖元件是相同的。
优选该定位器件和/或该遮盖器件是凹入部和/或凸出部,该凸出部从该凸缘、尤其从该凸缘的周边伸出。优选该定位器件和/或该遮盖器件设置为与该凸缘一体的。例如该定位器件和/或该遮盖器件形成为在凸缘的周边的一个位置处成形的鼻形部。该定位器件和/或该遮盖器件的厚度在此至少基本上对应于凸缘的厚度。
根据一个优选的实施方式,在该壁区域与该连接区域之间设置颈部。这个颈部例如可以具有圆形的横截面。这个颈部形成连接区域的壁区域。该凸缘优选直角地连接到该颈部。
优选地,在盒使用前尤其密封地封闭该盒的隔膜设置、尤其密封在该凸缘处、尤其在其端面处。为此,该凸缘、尤其其端面可以具有珠缘、尤其圆环形的珠缘,该珠缘在密封时与密封工具一起作用。优选该隔膜的外部的周长小于该凸缘的外部周长。
优选在该壁区域和/或在该颈部的区域中设置有紧固器件。通过该紧固器件可以将盒与分配器相连。该紧固器件例如可以是凹槽,在该凹槽中紧固器件接合到分配器。
盒接收座可以与盒牢固相连或者是替换零件,在使用盒之后该替换零件与该盒分离并且与新的盒相连。优选该盒接收座由塑料、尤其以注塑制造。优选将该盒接收座与分配器相连。
优选设置在该盒的凸缘处的该遮盖元件遮盖该盒接收座的出口。
优选该盒处的凸缘、尤其其周边与该盒接收座密封地共同作用。为此可以将凸缘的周边例如接合到盒接收座的凹槽中。这种凸缘/凹槽连接也可以用作力连接,以便防止在饮料或食物制造过程中盒相对于盒接收座偏移并且盒与盒接收座之间的连接变得不密封。

优选该稀释剂在馈入该入口之前被冷却和/或碳酸化。
根据本发明的一个优选的实施方式提出,该刺入尖端被该分配器的触发元件从该收缩位置转移到该伸出位置中,其中该盒接收座优选如下地相对于该固定的触发元件移动,使得该刺入尖端从该收缩位置转移到该伸出位置中。通过将刺入器件转移到伸出位置中,隔膜被穿孔并且盒由此被打开。通过固定的触发元件仅仅需要相对于固持件来移动该盒系统。

根据本发明的另一个优选的实施方式提出,在将该盒系统插入该固持件中和/或在将压缩空气馈入该盒中和/或将该稀释剂馈入该混合室中和/或将该紧固凸缘针对该触发元件偏移的时间上之前、过程中或之后,由该识别物检测器读取该产品标识识别物。优选由分析单元分析所读取的产品标识识别物,其中只有在该产品标识识别物能够被该分析单元验证时才将该压缩空气和/或该稀释剂馈入和/或将该紧固凸缘针对该触发元件偏移。以此方式保证,只能用已知的或对分配器认证的盒系统来操作分配器,从而避免由于意外使用错误的盒系统而损伤分配器或使使用者受伤的危险(例如可能无法承受压力)。
还可设想的是,所馈入的稀释剂的特性,且尤其所馈入的稀释剂的体积流量、总体积、压力、输送暂停、温度和/或碳酸化的时间曲线取决于经验证的产品标识识别物来控制。替代地或附加地,所馈入的压缩空气的特性,且尤其所馈入的压缩空气的体积流量、总体积、输送暂停和/或压力的时间曲线也取决于经验证的产品标识识别物来控制。优选还取决于经验证的产品标识识别物来控制稀释剂的体积流量与压缩空气的体积流量之间的比。尤其向产品标识识别物中嵌入饮料制备过程的全部参数和/或通过分配器可设定的变量,使得分配器从盒获得制造相应饮料所需或至少有帮助的全部信息。还可设想的是,一旦检测到固持件中盒的存在,这些信息储存在分配器的内部存储器中并且借助于产品标识识别物调出对于相应盒的信息并且用于控制后续的饮料制造方法。
本发明的另一个主题或该方法的另一个优选实施方式是用于制造饮料或食物的一种方法或上述方法,其中为了影响饮料或食物上的泡沫而控制或调节溶剂(尤其水)的体积流量。
对于本发明的这个主题所做出的实施方式同样且反向地适用于其他主题。
根据本发明,调节或控制体积流量以便影响饮料或食物上的泡沫。例如可以如此影响泡沫量(尤其作为泡沫高度来测量),使得在制造饮料或食物的过程中产生或多或少的泡沫。替代地或附加地,可以通过调节或控制溶剂的体积流量来改变泡沫的品质。尤其可以产生平均较小的气泡和因此较稳定的泡沫,或者平均较大的气泡和因此较不稳定的泡沫。
优选设置获得泡沫的至少一个参数(例如其高度)的器件、例如检测其高度。然而借助于这个器件的信号来调节或控制溶剂的体积流量。该器件例如是摄影机。但是替代地或附加地还可以经历对于相应基质而言固定的体积流量曲线。
例如溶剂间歇地、尤其向混合室或盒自身中投料。在混合室或盒中将溶剂与基质混合。
根据本发明的一个优选的实施方式,在该盒中的该基质与该溶剂的体积流量成比例或不成比例地投料。
本发明的再一个另外的根据本发明的或优选的实施方式涉及一种方法,其中为了影响该饮料或食物上的泡沫高度,改变容纳该饮料或食物的容器的倾斜度。

图1示出一个盒系统,由盒1以及盒接收座10组成。该盒1优选由塑料材料制成,例如通过注塑或注塑模制或者通过吹塑技术。在当前情况下该盒1具有正方形的壁区域6,底部区域7连接在该壁区域的一端(在此为上端)处。壁区域6和底部区域7限定了空腔,饮料基质和/或食物基质、尤其浓缩物位于该空腔中,通过该基质可以制造饮料或食物。在壁区域6的与底部区域7相反的末端(在此为下端)处设置有连接区域4,该连接区域在此情况下具有颈部3以及凸缘5。在填充盒1的空腔之后将其用封闭件(在此为隔膜14)密封地封闭。隔膜14、尤其塑料膜优选材料配合地、尤其通过与密封而与该凸缘5相连。盒1与盒接收座10通过连接区域4相连。在凸缘5处任选地设置定位器件和/或遮盖器件8,该器件在当前情况下设置为凸出部、尤其设置为鼻形的凸出部。鼻形部在此一体式地成形在凸缘5处。此外该盒系统具有盒接收座10。盒接收座10具有用于稀释剂(也称为溶剂)的入口15以及混合室13,该溶剂优选包括水,在该混合室中稀释剂和饮料基质和/或食物基质彼此混合。混合物的流动方向通过箭头12展示。制成的饮料/食物通过出口11离开混合室13并且捕集在容器(未展示)中、例如饮水玻璃杯中。此外,盒接收座10具有刺入器件16(在此为尖端),刺入密封在盒1的凸缘区域5处的隔膜14,使得饮料基质或食物基质尤其可以沿着尖端(该尖端为此在其外侧上优选设置有出口通道17)的外面例如流入流动室13中。
为了刺穿隔膜14,盒1和/或盒接收座10相对彼此并且彼此纵向地偏移,使得尖端16刺穿隔膜14。替代地,尖端16在盒接收座10的尖端引导件28中可纵向偏移地安装,从而不需要在盒接收座10与盒1之间的相对运动,而是仅尖端16从收缩位置转移到伸出位置中,在该收缩位置中该尖端与隔膜14间隔开(见图1),在该伸出位置中该尖端刺穿隔膜14并且伸出直到空腔中。
基质向混合室13中的流动可以通过气体加速和受到针对性的控制,该气体通过刺入尖端16中的通道18压入盒1的空腔中。例如可以将盒1中的压力且因此基质的体积流量与溶剂的体积流量相匹配。于是,当为了影响泡沫形成而针对性地控制或调节溶剂的体积流量时,这尤其可以是有意义的。基质的体积流量然后优选匹配溶剂的体积流量。
优选盒1的凸缘5与盒接收座10密封地共同作用并且由此确保液体仅通过出口5离开混合室13。此外尤其可以从这些图中看出,凸出部8在此情况下不仅是定位器件、而且还尤其密封地遮盖盒接收座中的出口11。凸缘8和设置在其上的凸出部8可以用其端面和/或用其周边与盒接收座的对应的面密封地共同作用。
在图2至5中示出了根据第一实施方式的该分配器的固持件24和该系统。在图2中在没有盒系统的情况下展示了固持件24,在该固持件中可以插入在图1中所示的盒系统并且尤其盒系统的盒接收座10。在图3和4中将盒系统插入固持件24中。在图5中展示了彼此分开的盒系统和固持件24。
固持件24具有凹陷部26,该凹陷部至少部分地接收盒接收座10。尤其借助于图4可以看出,盒接收座10的伸入凹陷部26中的部分可以与该凹陷部形状配合地共同作用。此外图2和3特别清晰地说明了,凹陷部26延伸直到固持件24的边缘,使得在那里存在开口,混合室13的出口11伸入到该开口中。由此产生了第一防扭转件。此外固持件24可以具有引导件25,该引导件与盒接收座10的周边形状配合地共同作用并且支撑盒尤其免于从竖直方向上翻倒。引导件25还可以具有凹陷部,出口11可以从该凹陷部伸出来。在此出口11还与引导件组合地防止盒接收座10相对于固持件24扭转。优选固持件24具有作为液体接口的管线22,该管线与溶剂贮存器(也称为用于稀释剂的贮存器或流体源)相连。当将盒接收座10插入固持件24中时,在管线22与盒接收座10的入口15产生流体连接,由此通过管线22流入的稀释剂到达混合室13中。
盒接收座10的出口11可以设置为可旋转的,尤其改变所制成的饮料或食物向容器中的射流的角度。如果射流例如向接收制成的饮料或食物的容器的壁部的方向上引导,则由此例如可以减少泡沫形成。替代地或附加地,容器位于其上的支撑面可以翻转,进而使得制成的饮料或食物的射流相对于壁部的入射角度改变。由此还可以影响泡沫形成。
在图6a至6c中示出了根据示例性的第二实施方式的系统的盒系统的盒1的示意性图示。可以看到,盒2包括带有修圆边缘、整平的纵向侧和盒开口的瓶状物体,该盒开口在沿着盒1的纵轴线与底部区域7相反的侧面上。在盒开口的区域中,盒1具有两个环绕的固持凸缘5,盒接收座10夹持到该固持凸缘上。在其他部分为圆形或修圆的盒1的盒1的一侧具有整平的区域29。在该整平的区域中优选施加产品标识识别物。
图7a、7b和7c示出根据本发明的示例性的第二实施方式的系统的盒系统的盒接收座10的示意性图示。盒接收座10在两侧具有至少部分环绕的卡锁条30,通过该卡锁条,盒接收座10夹持到盒1的固持凸缘5上。此外,盒接收座10具有混合室13,在该混合室中在其向后的一侧上该入口15以简单的贯穿开口的形式形成在盒接收座10的壁部中。入口15设置为,一旦将盒系统插入到固持件24中,通过与水贮存器处于流体连接的管线22相连。以此方式可以任选地使冷却水和/或碳酸化的水从分配器流入混合室13中。在前侧处,在混合室8的底部形成饮料出口11。混合室8的底部向饮料出口11的方向构成不断变深的凹陷部,使得在饮料制造过程结束之后在混合室13中不保留任何液体残余物。在图7a至7c中在混合室13之内大致中部可以看到尖端引导件28,在该尖端引导件中可偏移地安装有在图8a和8b中展示的刺入尖端16。
尖端引导件80为此包括引导部分,该引导部分具有位于内部的引导通道,在该引导通道中可偏移地接收刺入尖端。引导通道形成为基本上柱状的并且大致垂直于混合室13的底部向盒1的方向突起。在引导部分的背向盒1的末端形成具有减小的直径的环绕的止挡件,当刺入尖端到达伸出的位置中时,刺入尖端16的环绕的突出部在该止挡件处止动。止挡件因此限制刺入尖端16向空腔6的方向的移动。在混合室13的底部上安排有任选的混合结构,该混合结构造成流入的水的涡旋并且由此改进基质与水的混合。
在图8a和8b中展示了根据本发明第二示例性实施方式的系统的盒接收座10的刺入器件16(也称为刺入尖端)的细节视图。
刺入尖端16形成为纵向可偏移地安排在尖端引导件28中。由此该刺入尖端可以从收缩位置转移到伸出位置,在该收缩位置中刺入器件16与隔膜14间隔开,在该伸出位置中刺入器件16刺穿隔膜14并且突出直到该盒1的空腔中。刺入器件16从收缩位置向伸出位置的转移借助于分配器的触发元件进行。
沿着刺入尖端16走向的压缩空气管线31(也标识为通道22)整合到刺入尖端16中。压缩空气管线31在刺入尖端16之内几乎在中部从刺入尖端16的第一末端延伸直到刺入尖端16的第二末端。在刺入尖端16的第一末端形成有从盒接收座10的外部可接近的、该压缩空气管线31的压缩空气接口40,该压缩空气接口设置在固持件24处以便与同分配器的压缩空气源处于流体连接的压缩空气出口32相连。在第二末端处形成压缩空气管线31的压缩空气输出通道,当刺入尖端16位于伸出的位置中时,该压缩空气输出通道用于将压缩空气吹入该盒1的空腔中,然后由此将基质压入混合室13中。
该系统形成为,一旦将盒接收座10插入固持件24中和/或致动用于紧固凸缘的触发机构时,立即进行刺入器件16的压缩空气接口40与固持件24的压缩空气出口32的耦合。
刺入器件16的外壁形成有多个且尤其正好五个彼此几乎平行延伸的侧向通道17,用于当刺穿隔膜14时向混合室13的方向上引导基质。然后通过在刺入器件16处侧向形成的侧向通道可以使基质向混合室13的方向流动经过隔膜14。这些侧向通道17分别形成为单侧开放的凹槽的形式。可设想的是,侧向通道的横截面和/或侧向通道的数量匹配基质的黏度,使得侧向通道17控制或限制向混合室13方向的基质流动。刺入尖端16优选形成为塑料零件并且特别优选形成为塑料注塑模制零件。
在图9a和9b中展示根据本发明的第三实施方式的分配器和系统。
该系统包括由借助于图6a至6c说明的盒1以及借助于图7a至8b说明的盒接收座10组成的盒系统。盒1和盒接收座10彼此相连、尤其夹持。
该系统的分配器包括固持件24,盒系统由使用者手动地插入该固持件中。
固持件24包括压缩空气出口32,在将盒系统插入固持件24中之后,该压缩空气出口引起与在盒接收座10的刺入器件16处的压缩空气接口40的流体连接。分配器的压缩空气出口32通过柔性管线33与分配器的压缩空气源、例如在分配器的壳体内部中的压缩机相连,使得压缩空气管线31在刺入器件16的内部中处于压力下。还可设想的是,分配器的压缩空气源包括可更换的气体盒。压缩空气出口32形成为固定的元件并且由此同时包括触发元件,该触发元件将刺入器件16从其收缩的初始位置转移到伸出位置中,在该伸出位置中隔膜14被刺穿并且压缩空气输出通道安排在盒1的空腔之内。
固持件24还具有液体接口35(在图2中也标识为管线22),通过该液体接口,将来自分配器的水贮存器的水供应到盒接收座10的水入口15。水贮存器尤其包括可取出的水箱,来自该水箱的水借助于一个或多个泵抽出并且在压力下供应到水入口15。优选一旦将盒系统插入到固持件24中,就产生流体供应器与水入口15之间的连接。来自水箱的水在供应到水入口15之前任选仍在分配器之内借助于碳酸化器而碳酸化(即添加碳酸)和/或借助于冷却单元而冷却。冷却单元尤其包括具有压缩机的冷却回路并且与碳酸化器一样整合到分配器的壳体中。
固持件24还包括紧固凸缘34,该紧固凸缘在插入到固持件中形状配合和/或力配合地在周围接合盒接收座10。紧固凸缘34为此包括至少两个钳37,这些钳在径向上从周围接合盒接收座10。固持件24此外具有用于致动紧固凸缘34的触发机构。触发机构包括在固持件24处例如由使用者手动致动的手柄,该手柄在其致动时可以围绕与盒2的纵轴线基本上平行的旋转轴线旋转。手柄经由转换传动装置与紧固凸缘34的钳37如下耦合,使得通过手柄的下降可以使钳37向彼此移动并且在其间形状配合地接收或夹持盒接收座10。
同时,转换传动装置实现将手柄的旋转运动转换成紧固凸缘34的向下的线性平移运动,使得整个盒系统下降。盒接收座10因此相对于固定的触发元件36如此移动,使得刺入器件16抵靠触发元件36,由此该刺入器件16从收缩位置移动到伸出位置中。由此将隔膜14穿孔。还可设想的是,通过盒接收座10相对于触发元件36的下降首先产生压缩空气出口32与压缩空气接口40之间的流体连接。转换传动装置通过芯轴毂传动装置产生转换和下降运动。
通过将压缩空气引入空腔中并将水引入混合室13中,启动饮料制造过程并且在混合室14中产生的饮料可以通过出口11到达在出口11下方安排在分配器的支撑面上的饮用容器。支撑面尤其设置为可旋转的和/或高度可调的。
盒1在其面向分配器的壳体的整平的区域28中具有产品标识识别物38。产品标识识别物38在此包括二维码,在该二维码中嵌入了关于存在于空腔中的基质的信息。在相反的侧面上,在分配器的壳体处安排有呈光学摄影机、尤其CCD摄影机形式的识别物检测器39。二维码被光学摄影机获取并且借助于分配器的分析单元来分析。以此方式,在分配器侧可以辨认出,插入到固持件24的盒系统为哪一种盒1。借助于这些信息可以从分配器的内部存储器中在适当时加载关于借助于处于盒1中的基质制备饮料的信息。尤其由此预先给出所馈入的水的体积流量、温度、压力和/或碳酸化的时间上的且绝对的曲线,或者所馈入的压缩空气的体积流量和/或压力的时间上的且绝对的曲线。还可设想的是,稀释剂的体积流量与压缩空气的体积流量之间的比率取决于经验证的产品标识识别物来控制,以便在对相应的盒类型制造饮料时在外观和口味方面实现最优的结果。
在制造饮料之后使用者可以将手柄向回转动,由此再次升高盒系统。由此释放的盒系统现在可以从分配器中取出并且进行处置或回收。

通过将该刺入尖端16从该收缩位置转移到该伸出位置中来对该隔膜14穿孔,
通过经由该压缩空气接口40将压缩空气馈入到该盒1中来将饮料基质和/或食物基质从该盒1转移到该混合室13中,
通过该入口15向该混合室13中馈入稀释剂,以及
借助于该出口11将在该混合室13中通过混合该饮料基质和/或食物基质与该稀释剂而产生的饮料导出。
实施方式37涉及一种根据实施方式36的方法,其中该稀释剂在馈入该入口15之前被冷却和/或碳酸化。
实施方式38涉及一种根据实施方式36或37之一的方法,其中该刺入尖端16被该分配器的触发元件从该收缩位置转移到该伸出位置中,其中该盒接收座10优选如下地相对于该固定的触发元件移动,使得该刺入尖端16从该收缩位置转移到该伸出位置中。

Claims (15)
1.一种系统,具有分配器、盒接收座(10)和盒(1),其中所述分配器包括盒固持件(24),所述盒固持件具有用于盒(1)和/或盒接收座(10)的至少一个引导件和/或防扭转件(25、27),其中所述盒固持件(24)具有凹陷部(26),所述凹陷部至少部分地接收所述盒(1)和/或所述盒接收座(10),其中所述盒接收座(10)具有用于稀释剂的入口(15)、混合室(13)、以及出口(11),在所述混合室中将所述稀释剂和饮料基质和/或食物基质混合,其中所述盒(1)借助于隔膜(14)封闭,并且所述盒接收座(10)具有用于对所述隔膜(14)穿孔的刺入器件(16),其中所述刺入器件(16)设置为与所述入口(15)以及所述出口(11)齐平。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中相对于所述稀释剂的流动方向,流动横截面首先扩宽然后再度减小。
3.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述混合室(13)具有凸出部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的系统,其特征在于,所述出口(11)设置在所述凸出部中。
5.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述盒接收座(10)具有尖端引导件(28),所述刺入器件(16)可偏移地安装在所述尖端引导件中,其中所述刺入器件(16)在收缩位置与伸出位置之间能够偏移,在所述收缩位置中所述刺入器件(16)与所述隔膜(14)间隔开,在所述伸出位置中所述刺入器件(16)刺穿所述盒(1)的隔膜(14)并且突出直到所述盒(1)中。
6.根据权利要求5所述的系统,其特征在于,当所述隔膜(14)被所述刺入器件(16)刺穿时,向所述刺入器件(16)的外壁中引入至少一个侧向通道(71),以便将所述饮料基质和/或食物基质引导向所述混合室(13)的方向。
7.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,压缩空气管线(31)整合到所述刺入器件(16)中并且其中在所述刺入器件(16)的背向所述盒(1)的侧面形成有尤其从所述盒接收座(10)的外部能够接近的、所述压缩空气管线(31)的压缩空气接口(40),所述压缩空气接口用于与压缩空气源相连,并且其中在所述刺入器件(16)的面向所述盒(1)的侧面形成有所述压缩空气管线(34)的压缩空气输出通道,所述压缩空气输出通道用于将压缩空气吹入所述盒(1)中。
8.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统形成为,当将所述盒接收座(10)插入所述盒固持件中时和/或致动用于紧固凸缘的触发机构时,进行压缩空气接口(40)与所述盒固持件的压缩空气出口的耦合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述入口(15)和所述出口(11)设置在所述盒接收座(10)的相反的末端。
10.根据权利要求1至9中的任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,盒(1)设置在所述盒接收座(10)处或所述盒接收座中,所述盒具有壁区域(6),在所述壁区域的一端连接有连接区域(4),所述连接区域尤其用所述隔膜(14)封闭,并且在所述壁区域的相反的末端任选地设置底部区域(7),其中所述壁区域和任选地所述底部区域伸展成空腔,所述空腔接收饮料基质和/或食物基质。
11.根据权利要求10所述的系统,其特征在于,所述连接区域(4)具有至少一个凸缘(5),所述凸缘设置有定位器件和/或遮盖器件(8)。
12.根据权利要求11所述的系统,其特征在于,所述定位器件和/或所述遮盖器件(8)是凹入部和/或凸出部,所述凸出部从所述凸缘、尤其从所述凸缘的周边伸出。
13.根据权利要求10所述的系统,其特征在于,在所述壁区域(6)与所述连接区域(4)之间设置有颈部(3)。
14.根据权利要求11所述的系统,其特征在于,所述隔膜(14)紧固、尤其密封在所述凸缘处。
15.根据权利要求10所述的系统,其特征在于,所述盒接收座(10)尤其可松脱地紧固在所述盒(1)的所述连接区域(4)处。
