Description
(図1A乃至30の実施形態)
以下、コーヒー製品が特に言及されるが、本発明の目的の抽出ユニットは、他の種類の液体食料製品、すなわち飲料の製造に向けられる原料を含むカプセルさえ扱うように使用され得ることが理解されるべきである
図20は、一般的にカプセルを使用する手動タイプのコーヒーマシンを示し、抽出ユニットが図1乃至19を参照して以下に記載される構造を有して設置される。マシン1は、抽出ユニット2によって製造された飲料を供給する2つのノズル5Aを持つ供給ユニット5のしたに置かれるカップTのための設置面3を有する。

本発明による抽出ユニットのさらなる実施形態およびその動作が図21乃至42に示される。

図43乃至46は、本発明による抽出ユニットのさらなる実施形態を示す。

Claims (16)
- プリパックカプセルから飲料を準備するための抽出ユニットであって:
−抽出チャンバを開閉するように一方が他方に対して可動である、第1の抽出チャンバ部分及び第2の抽出チャンバ部分を持つ、抽出チャンバと;
−前記抽出チャンバに向かって前記カプセルを挿入するための挿入通路と;
−前記第1の抽出チャンバ部分及び前記第2の抽出チャンバ部分が開いているとき、前記第1の抽出チャンバ部分及び前記第2の抽出チャンバ部分の一方に前記カプセルを偏向させるように、前記第1の抽出チャンバ部分と前記第2の抽出チャンバ部分との間に介在する可動偏向器と;
−前記抽出チャンバを開閉するための駆動機構と;
−移動可能なカプセル支持部材であって、前記抽出チャンバが開いているとき、前記カプセルが前記可動偏向器及び前記移動可能なカプセル支持部材によって支持されるように、前記カプセルを下から保持するように配置されるとともに制御される、移動可能なカプセル支持部材と;を有し、
前記駆動機構は、前記抽出チャンバを開閉するように、前記第1の抽出チャンバ部分及び前記第2の抽出チャンバ部分の一方に接続され;前記駆動機構は、前記駆動機構が、前記抽出チャンバの閉鎖中、前記第1の抽出チャンバ部分及び前記第2の抽出チャンバ部分の相互の動きの軌跡から、前記可動偏向器及び前記移動可能なカプセル支持部材を排除するために、前記可動偏向器及び前記移動可能なカプセル支持部材の両方を制御するように、前記可動偏向器及び前記移動可能なカプセル支持部材に接続される、
抽出ユニット。 - 前記可動偏向器は、前記カプセルを、前記第1の抽出チャンバ部分及び前記第2の抽出チャンバ部分の一方に形成された抽出凹部に向かって偏向するように配置される、
請求項1に記載の抽出ユニット。 - 前記挿入通路は、前記カプセルを重力によって挿入するように、概して垂直方向に向けられる、
請求項1又は2に記載の抽出ユニット。 - 前記可動偏向器の運動は、運動学的な接続的な接続部材を介して、前記駆動機構によって制御される、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の抽出ユニット。 - 前記可動偏向器は、前記駆動機構によって、前記第1の抽出チャンバ部分と前記第2の抽出チャンバ部分との間に介在する位置に戻る、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の抽出ユニット。 - 前記可動偏向器は、前記第1の抽出チャンバ部分と前記第2の抽出チャンバ部分との間に介在する位置に弾性的に戻る、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の抽出ユニット。 - 前記可動偏向器はシュートを有し、前記シュートは、前記抽出チャンバが開いているとき、前記第1の抽出チャンバ部分と前記第2の抽出チャンバ部分との間で、頂部から下方に且つ前記第1の抽出チャンバ部分及び前記第2の抽出チャンバ部分の一方に向かって傾斜した位置に配置し、前記挿入通路から来るカプセルは、前記シュートによって案内される、
請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の抽出ユニット。 - 前記第1の抽出チャンバ部分及び前記第2の抽出チャンバ部分の一方は可動であるとともに、他方は前記挿入通路が付随する支持構造に対して固定される、
請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の抽出ユニット。 - 前記可動偏向器は、前記支持構造にヒンジ接続されるとともに、前記抽出チャンバが開いているとき、前記第1の抽出チャンバ部分と前記第2の抽出チャンバ部分との間に介在し、且つ前記抽出チャンバが閉じているとき、前記駆動機構の制御下で前記第1の抽出チャンバ部分及び前記第2の抽出チャンバ部分の前記軌跡から外へ出る回転動作を備える、
請求項8に記載の抽出ユニット。 - 前記第1の抽出チャンバ部分及び前記第2の抽出チャンバ部分の少なくとも一方は、使い切った前記カプセルを排出するための弾性排出器を有し、前記可動偏向器は、前記カプセルが前記第1の抽出チャンバ部分及び前記第2の抽出チャンバ部分のいずれか一方に付着して留まる場合に、前記抽出チャンバ部分からの前記カプセルの分離及び除去をもたらすように、前記カプセルと干渉する軌跡に従う動きを備える、
請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の抽出ユニット。 - 前記駆動機構は、前記抽出チャンバの開閉のための制御レバーを有する、
請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の抽出ユニット。 - 前記制御レバーは、前記制御レバーの動作が前記抽出チャンバの開閉をもたらすとともに前記可動偏向器の動作が前記第1の抽出チャンバ部分及び前記第2の抽出チャンバ部分の動作に同期されるように、前記可動偏向器に接続される、
請求項11に記載の抽出ユニット。 - 前記第1の抽出チャンバ部分及び前記第2の抽出チャンバ部分は、一方が他方に対して、前記カプセルの前記挿入通路の方向に概して直交する方向にしたがって、動く、
請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の抽出ユニット。 - 前記可動偏向器は、互いにヒンジ接続されるとともに伸展位置に弾性的に付勢される2つの部分を有する、
請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の抽出ユニット。 - 前記可動偏向器の前記2つの部分は、前記抽出チャンバ部分の前記軌跡から出されたときに前記可動偏向器が回転するピボット軸に平行な軸周りに互いにヒンジ接続され、前記可動偏向器の前記2つの部分は、前記抽出チャンバの閉鎖中、前記カプセルと一緒に作用することによって相互に傾けられた位置を取らされる、
