This comparative example provides a hair conditioner which was formulated in a manner similar to that of example 1 except that strontium chloride was not included, the amount was made up to deionized water, and the other components and amounts were maintained. The preparation process is as in example 1.
Test example 1
The hair conditioners prepared in examples 1 to 10 were subjected to safety performance evaluation:
selecting 100 social volunteers meeting the requirements, wherein the social volunteers are 20-45 years old and randomly divided into 10 groups, 5 females and 5 males in each group, respectively trying the hair conditioner prepared in the embodiment 1-10 according to the groups, respectively taking 0.020-0.025mL of a tested sample, putting the tested sample into a spot tester chamber, and not carrying out any treatment on a control hole. The spot test device with the test substance is applied to the back or forearm of the subject with hypoallergenic tape, and is applied to the skin with palm pressure for 24h. Skin reactions were observed at 30min (after disappearance of the indentation), 24h and 48h after removal of the plaque from the test article, respectively, according to the criteria of table 1. The test results are shown in Table 2.

The results show that: examples 1 to 10 of the present invention are all negative reactions, which indicate that the hair conditioner of the present invention is safe and mild and does not cause adverse reactions such as skin irritation and sensitization.
Test example 2
220 volunteers (average alopecia is about 200 per day) of common alopecia patients with alopecia are randomly selected, half of men and women are 23-55 years old, and the volunteers are divided into an experimental group 1-10 groups, a comparative example group 1, 20 persons in each group and 10 men and 10 women. The using method comprises the following steps: before use, the hair and scalp were washed clean, 5mL of each group of products was evenly wiped on the scalp and hair in a wet state, the scalp and hair were massaged for 5min until absorption, finally the scalp and hair were rinsed clean with clear water, the application was carried out every 3 days for 90 days, the growth of the hair of volunteers of each group was observed, the average value was taken for each group, and the results are shown in table 3 (the results are presented as average values):

From the data in table 3: the hair conditioner has the remarkable effects of stimulating hair follicles of the scalp, promoting the growth and the regeneration of hair and preventing alopecia, the strontium-containing compound and the copper peptide have the remarkable synergistic effect on the effects, and meanwhile, the specific type of the strontium-containing compound, the addition of the polyvinylpyrrolidone and the addition of the hyaluronic acid can also influence the technical effects.
Test example 3
Hair contact angle and smoothness evaluation:
the contact angle can be used for representing the hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity of the surface of the hair, the larger the contact angle is, the better the hydrophobicity of the hair is, the higher the health degree of the hair is, 10 hairs are randomly selected by each volunteer in the test example 2, deionized water is used for the contact angle test, the change condition of the contact angle before and after shampoo use is compared and is divided into 3 grades (the change amplitude is unchanged, namely within 0.1%, the change amplitude is increased and decreased), and the number of people in each grade is recorded. The results are shown in Table 4.
The smoothness was determined by the coefficient of friction, and each volunteer in test example 2 randomly selected 10 hairs, arranged and fixed on a slide glass, combed and slid with a probe from the root to the tip of the hair, measured the average coefficient of friction, divided into three grades (below 0.15, 0.15-0.20, above 0.20), and recorded the number of people in each grade. The results are shown in Table 4.

From the data in table 4, it can be seen that: after the volunteers use the hair conditioner, the hydrophobicity and smoothness of the hair are obviously improved. And the composition formula of the hair conditioner obviously influences the effect of the hair conditioner on the hydrophobicity and smoothness of the hair.
The applicant states that the present invention is described by the above examples, but the present invention is not limited to the above examples, i.e., the present invention is not limited to the above examples. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are all within the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiments, the various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner, and in order to avoid unnecessary repetition, the present invention does not separately describe various possible combinations.
Claims (10)
1. A hair conditioner with scalp care and hair nourishing effects is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: a conditioning agent, a surfactant, a thickening agent, a humectant, a pH regulator, a preservative and deionized water; the conditioning agent includes a strontium containing compound.
2. The hair conditioner with both scalp care and hair nourishing effects of claim 1, wherein the strontium-containing compound comprises any one of strontium chloride, strontium chloride hexahydrate, strontium hydroxide, strontium acetate, strontium citrate, strontium peroxide or a combination of at least two thereof.
3. The hair conditioner with both scalp care and hair nourishing effects of claim 1, wherein said conditioner further comprises cupreotide.
4. The hair conditioner with the effects of maintaining scalp and nourishing hair according to claim 3, wherein the mass ratio of the copper peptide to the strontium-containing compound is 1.
5. The hair conditioner with both scalp care and hair nourishing effects according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the conditioner further comprises any one or a combination of at least two of hydrolyzed silk protein, silicone oil or polyvinylpyrrolidone; preferably a combination of hydrolyzed silk protein, silicone oil and polyvinylpyrrolidone;
preferably, the silicone oil comprises any one of or a combination of at least two of ammonia-terminated polydimethylsiloxane (and) cetrimide (and) trideceth-12, polydimethylsiloxane (and) laureth-23 (and) C12-15 alkanol polyether-3, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane (and) dimethiconol.
6. The hair conditioner with both scalp care and hair nourishing effects according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the surfactant comprises any one or a combination of at least two of cetyltrimethylammonium chloride, stearamidopropyl dimethylamine, cetostearyl alcohol, and polyethylene glycol stearate;
preferably, the thickener comprises any one of or a combination of at least two of hydroxyethyl cellulose, sodium polyacrylate grafted starch, hydroxypropyl guar gum, ammonium acryloyldimethyl taurate/VP copolymer, sodium polyacrylate or acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer;
preferably, the moisturizer comprises any one of or a combination of at least two of hyaluronic acid, hyaluronate, propylene glycol, glycerol, dipropylene glycol, trehalose; preferably hyaluronic acid and/or a hyaluronate salt;
preferably, the hyaluronic acid is a combination of macromolecular hyaluronic acid, medium molecular hyaluronic acid and small molecular hyaluronic acid;
preferably, the hyaluronate is a combination of a macromolecular hyaluronate, a medium molecular hyaluronate and a small molecular hyaluronate.
7. The hair conditioner having both scalp nourishing and hair nourishing effects according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising: any one or combination of at least two of a superfatting agent, a fragrance, and a chelating agent;
preferably, the superfatting agent comprises water-soluble lanolin.
8. The method for preparing a hair conditioner with scalp care and hair nourishing effects according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and homogenizing the raw material components of the hair conditioner to obtain the hair conditioner.
9. The method for preparing the hair conditioner with the effects of nourishing scalp and hair according to claim 8, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Mixing a thickening agent with deionized water, homogenizing and stirring, mixing with a surfactant for dispersion, and heating to obtain a matrix A;
(2) Mixing and stirring the matrix A and a conditioner to obtain a matrix B;
(3) Mixing the matrix B with humectant and antiseptic, and adjusting pH with pH regulator.
10. The method for preparing hair conditioner with scalp care and hair nourishing effects according to claim 9, wherein the heating of step (1) is performed to 75-90 ℃;
preferably, the mixing and stirring of the step (2) are carried out at 30-50 ℃;
preferably, the pH value is adjusted to 4.0-8.0 in the step (3).
