after the angle of the adjustment angle a is obtained, the adjustment angle a is adjusted in the opposite direction of the wind speed, so that the spray drop point can be compensated, and the compensated drop point is positioned at the position opposite to the spray head 55.
According to the spraying device provided by the embodiment, the lifting frames 1 are positioned on two sides of the hanging basket structure, the lifting frames are connected with the roof lifting device, and through the arrangement of the guide rail mechanism, the spraying mechanism can be ensured to move along the guide rail mechanism to realize automatic spraying within a set range, so that the spraying of building materials on the surface of a wall body is realized.

the spraying mechanism comprises a box body for containing spraying materials, a nozzle is arranged at the bottom of the box body, the box body is supported on a fixed plate, and the fixed plate is connected with a moving part to drive the box body to move along the guide rail mechanism;
the hanging basket structure comprises a main hanging basket and side guardrails, wherein the main hanging basket is U-shaped, two sides of the main hanging basket are respectively connected with the side guardrails through guardrail doors, the guardrail doors are rotatably connected with the main hanging basket, and locking parts are arranged between the guardrail doors and the side guardrails;
the locking part comprises a latch body arranged on the side guard rail, the latch body can be lifted relative to the side guard rail, a socket is arranged on the side part of the guard rail door, and the socket is matched with the latch body;
the plug pin body comprises a connecting block connected with the side guard rail, one end of the connecting block is connected with the plug pin, the plug pin is matched with the socket, the other end of the connecting block is sleeved on the side guard rail, and the width of the connecting block is larger than the diameter or the width of the plug pin;
a switch magnet is arranged between the connecting block and the side guard rail;
the guide rail mechanism comprises two T-shaped guide rails, a set distance is arranged between the two T-shaped guide rails at intervals, a rolling wheel is arranged at the bottom of the fixed plate, and the rolling wheel is contacted with the upper surface of the T-shaped guide rails and rolls along the T-shaped guide rails under the action of external force;
the two sides of the bottom of the fixed plate are respectively provided with an anti-falling guide wheel, and the anti-falling guide wheels roll along the side parts of the vertical sections of the T-shaped guide rails;
the controller realizes integral automatic control;

the air pump and the rotating motor are connected with the controller, the controller controls the rotating motor to drive the deflection angle of the nozzle according to the wind speed measured by the wind speed and direction sensor, increases the spraying pressure inside the nozzle, and adjusts the angle of the nozzle according to the influence of different wind directions on atomized paint, thereby ensuring uniform spraying effect.
