The ABS resin is a graft copolymer formed by copolymerizing three monomers of acrylonitrile, 1, 3-butadiene and styrene, is a thermoplastic high polymer material with high strength, good toughness and easy processing and forming, and when the anti-explosion flame-retardant heat insulation board 13 is prepared, the ABS resin is used as a main material, styrene-butadiene rubber and epoxy resin are mixed into the ABS resin to form, so that the ABS resin is convenient for shaping and cutting after cooling, and the ABS resin has the advantages of easily available material, low price and low manufacturing cost. Meanwhile, the flame retardant halogen flame retardant or inorganic flame retardant is added into the explosion-proof flame-retardant heat insulation plate 13, so that the finished explosion-proof flame-retardant heat insulation plate 13 has a higher melting point, and a certain flame-retardant effect can be achieved; by adding glass fiber and plant fiber into the explosion-proof flame-retardant heat-insulating board 13, the overall mechanical strength of the finished explosion-proof flame-retardant heat-insulating board 13 can be increased, so that the flame-retardant heat-insulating board has good fireproof and explosion-proof functions.
The specific preparation method of the explosion-proof flame-retardant heat insulation plate 13 comprises the following steps: firstly, raw materials are weighed according to the proportion, then ABS resin, epoxy resin and styrene-butadiene rubber are added into the same container for melting and stirring, the ABS resin, the epoxy resin and the styrene-butadiene rubber are fully mixed, after the mixing is completed, flame retardant is added, the mixture is continuously stirred and mixed, then glass fiber and plant fiber are added, the mixture is stirred again, the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain a semi-finished product, the semi-finished product is cooled and molded by adopting a cuboid mold in a fluid state, and then the semi-finished product is cut to a proper size by adopting a cutting machine, so that the explosion-proof flame-retardant heat insulation board 13 is obtained.

fourthly, fixing the corner post 3 and the middle post 4 on the bottom plate 1 by adopting bolts according to the requirement, then inserting the limit strips 24 on the same side of the first side plate 21 and the second side plate 22 into the same first trapezoid groove 11 or the second trapezoid groove 14 together, enabling the side walls of the limit strips 24 to be tightly attached to the side walls of the first trapezoid groove 11 or the second trapezoid groove 14, matching the size between the two limit strips 24 with the size of the fixed post 10, inserting the fixed post 10 between the two limit strips 24, and carrying out limit fixing by utilizing the sliding plate 101 and the sliding groove 12, so that the wall plate 2 and the corner post 3 or the middle post 4 are completely fixed, and are difficult to move in the horizontal direction, thereby achieving the aim of assembling the wall plate 2 and the corner post 3 and the middle post 4;
and fifthly, the top plate 5 can be assembled through the cooperation of the limiting columns and the mounting holes 15, namely, the assembly process of the whole house is completed.
