In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more readily apparent, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings and appended detailed description. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a method for traffic monitoring according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied to an operation and maintenance platform, where the operation and maintenance platform is configured to provide unified operation and maintenance services for a plurality of areas, and the method specifically may include the following steps:
in an operation and maintenance platform (such as a cross-domain operation and maintenance platform), a target service system can be monitored in real time, and when the target service system is abnormal, an alarm can be timely given, so that the target service system can be quickly recovered.
In daily operation and maintenance, the cross-domain operation and maintenance platform can acquire the flow data information of the target service system to monitor the flow data information of the target service system, for example, detect the daily total access amount of the target service system or the access amount of the target service system at a specific moment to monitor the access amount of the target service system, and when the access amount is too large, abnormal access may exist.
102, acquiring service information of the target service system when the flow data information is detected to be in a high-level state, wherein the service information comprises service order information and service popularization information;
after acquiring the flow data information, the cross-domain operation and maintenance platform can determine whether the flow data information reaches a preset high-level state, and when the current flow data information is determined to be in the high-level state, the service information of the target service system can be further acquired, wherein the service information is used for checking whether the current flow data information is in the high-level state and is fluctuation occurring in the normal operation process of the service, and the service information can comprise service order information and service popularization information.
when there is a new service order or the service promotion period is currently in progress, the traffic data information is increased to belong to normal traffic data fluctuation. Thus, after the service data is acquired, the newly opened target order information can be determined first so as to determine the influence of the target order information on the service data.
104, judging whether the target order information is matched with the flow data information;
after determining the target order information, it may be determined whether the newly opened target order information matches the traffic data information to determine whether the traffic data information reaches a high level state due to the newly opened target order information.
Step 105, when it is determined that the target order information is not matched with the flow data information, determining whether the service promotion information has target promotion information associated with the target order information at a preset time;
when the target order information is not matched with the flow data information, it can be determined that the flow data information is not caused by the newly opened target order information, and further it can be determined whether the service promotion information has target promotion information associated with the target order information at a preset time so as to determine whether promotion of related service exists recently, and the service promotion information is used for determining the influence of promotion on the flow data.
In an embodiment of the present invention, further includes:
and generating a second predictive warning of the target business system when the target order information is judged to be matched with the flow data information.
In practical application, when the target order information is judged to be matched with the flow data information, the flow data information can be determined to be caused by the newly opened target order information, so that a second predictive warning of the target service system can be generated to remind operation and maintenance personnel, and the current flow data information is caused by the newly added service order without processing.
And step 106, when the business promotion information is judged to have the target promotion information associated with the target order information at the preset time, generating a first predictive warning of the target business system.
When it is determined that the service popularization information has the target popularization information associated with the target order information at the preset time, it can be determined that the service popularization exists recently, and the service popularization can cause the target service system to generate a first predictive warning of the target service system so as to remind operation and maintenance personnel, and the current traffic data information abnormality is caused by the service popularization and is not required to be processed.
In an example, when service promotion information exists, whether the service promotion information is matched with the flow data information or not may be determined, and when the service promotion information is matched with the flow data information, it may be determined that target promotion information associated with the target order information exists in the service promotion information at the preset time.
In an embodiment of the present invention, further includes:
step S11, when judging that the service promotion information does not have the target promotion information associated with the target order information in the preset time, acquiring the performance information of the target service system;
in practical application, when the service promotion information does not have the target promotion information associated with the target order information in the preset time, it can be determined that no service promotion exists currently, and the abnormal flow data information may be that the target service system has an abnormality, so that the performance information of the target service system can be obtained to check the performance abnormality.
And step S12, generating a performance alarm of the target service system based on the performance information.
After the performance information of the target service system is acquired, the abnormal reason of the target service information can be determined, so that performance alarm of the target service information is generated, and when the performance alarm occurs, operation and maintenance personnel are reminded to carry out system maintenance on the target service information according to the performance alarm.
In another embodiment of the present invention, further comprising:
and generating a fault list of the target service system when the service promotion information is judged to not have the target promotion information associated with the target order information in the preset time, and processing the fault of the target service system according to the fault list.
In practical application, when the service promotion information does not have the target promotion information associated with the target order information in the preset time, it can be determined that no service promotion exists currently, and the abnormal flow data information may be that the target service system has an abnormality, and a fault list of the target service system can be generated, so that the cross-domain operation and maintenance platform can process the fault of the target service system according to the fault list, and the target service system can be recovered quickly.
According to the embodiment of the invention, through acquiring the flow data information of the target service system, further, the service information of the target service system can be acquired when the flow data information is detected to be in a high-level state, wherein the service information comprises service order information and service promotion information, and the target order information which is newly opened in the preset time can be determined in the service order information, further, whether the target order information is matched with the flow data information or not is judged, and when the target order information is not matched with the flow data information, whether the target promotion information associated with the target order information exists in the preset time is judged, further, when the target promotion information associated with the target order information exists in the preset time, the first premonition alarm of the target service system is generated, and the generation of premonition alarm aiming at the abnormal flow data in the service promotion process is realized, so that the interference to operation and maintenance personnel is avoided.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of another method for traffic monitoring according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied to an operation and maintenance platform, where the operation and maintenance platform is configured to provide unified operation and maintenance services for a plurality of areas, and may specifically include the following steps:
in an operation and maintenance platform (such as a cross-domain operation and maintenance platform), a target service system can be monitored in real time, and when the target service system is abnormal, an alarm can be timely given, so that the target service system can be quickly recovered.
In daily operation and maintenance, the operation and maintenance platform can acquire the flow data information of the target service system to monitor the flow data information of the target service system, for example, detect the daily total access amount of the target service system or the access amount of the target service system at a specific moment to monitor the access amount of the target service system, and when the access amount is too large, abnormal access may exist.
Step 202, when the flow data information is detected to be in a high-level state, acquiring service information of the target service system, wherein the service information comprises service order information and service popularization information;
after acquiring the flow data information, the operation and maintenance platform can determine whether the flow data information reaches a preset high-level state, and when the current flow data information is determined to be in the high-level state, the operation and maintenance platform can further acquire the service information of the target service system, wherein the service information can comprise service order information and service popularization information.
when there is a new service order or the service promotion period is currently in progress, the flow data information is increased and belongs to normal data fluctuation. Thus, after the service data is acquired, the newly opened target order information can be determined.
in the operation and maintenance platform, the order fluctuation range of the flow data information in a high-level state can be determined according to the historical order information and the historical flow data information, and the situation that the flow data information is in the high-level state under the condition of newly adding an order in the past is fully considered in the order fluctuation range.
after determining the order range, it may be determined whether the target order information is within the order fluctuation range to determine whether the flow data information is in a high level state caused by the target order information.
when the target order information is within the order fluctuation range, it can be determined that the target order information matches the flow data information, the fluctuation of the flow data information being due to the newly added order.
When the target order information is not within the order fluctuation range, it can be determined that the target order information matches the flow data information, and the fluctuation of the flow data information is not caused by the newly added order.
when the target order information is not matched with the flow data information, it can be determined that the flow data information is not caused by the newly opened target order information, and further it can be determined whether the service promotion information has the target promotion information associated with the target order information at a preset time so as to determine whether the promotion of related services exists recently.
When it is determined that the service popularization information has the target popularization information associated with the target order information at the preset time, it can be determined that the service popularization exists recently, and the service popularization causes the target service system to have the flow data information in a high-level state, so that a first predictive alarm of the target service system can be generated to remind operation and maintenance personnel, and the current flow data information abnormality is caused by the service popularization and is not required to be processed.
In an embodiment of the present invention, further includes:
determining the promotion time of the target promotion information; and adjusting a preset flow range of the high-level state in the popularization time based on the first predictive warning or the second predictive warning.
In practical application, the cross-domain operation and maintenance platform can also determine the promotion time of the target promotion information, including the start time and the end time, so that in order to avoid repeated occurrence of alarms, the preset flow range in the promotion time can be adjusted according to the predictive alarms.
For example, when the number of accesses reaches N1, it may be determined that the access amount is too high, when the access amount reaches M (M > N1), after the screening, it is determined that the service popularization is recently initiated, and the popularization time of the service popularization may be obtained, and in the popularization time, N1 is adjusted to N2 (N1 < N2), so as to avoid repeated occurrence of an alarm.
In an embodiment of the present invention, further includes:
and after the target popularization information is finished, adjusting a preset flow range corresponding to the high-level state according to order growth information of the target order information in the popularization time.
In practical application, during normal service promotion, flow data information fluctuates greatly, a high-level state is easy to appear, and after promotion is finished, if promotion is effective, a subsequent order will be increased, so that flow data information can be increased to some extent compared with that before promotion, and therefore, a preset flow range can be properly adjusted after promotion is finished.
According to the embodiment of the invention, by acquiring the flow data information of the target service system, when the reason that the flow data information is in a high-level state is determined to be service popularization, the first predictive warning of the target service system can be generated, so that the predictive warning is generated aiming at the abnormal flow data in the service popularization process, and the interference to operation and maintenance personnel is avoided.
