Abstract
The embodiment of the application discloses an information processing method, which comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps that a first electronic device obtains event information of a target event occurring in at least one component in a second electronic device, wherein the event information at least comprises identification information of the at least one component; detecting at least an operating state of a target component corresponding to the identification information; and if the running state of the target component meets the condition of the target event, executing the processing operation aiming at the target component. Technical Field
The present application relates to, but not limited to, the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to an information processing method, an electronic device, and an information processing system.
Background
As a general-purpose basic technology, the artificial intelligence technology is changing the technical development in various fields. The electronic equipment is no exception, and novel intelligent electronic equipment is produced in the fusion of artificial intelligence technology.
The existing electronic equipment maintenance mode can only depend on manual operation of managers, fault intelligent management of a plurality of electronic equipment cannot be realized, maintenance efficiency is low, and labor cost is high.

The first electronic device and the second electronic device described in the embodiments of the present application may be two different electronic devices in the same electronic device set. The set of electronic devices may include, but is not limited to, a set formed by electronic devices in the same local area network, a set formed by electronic devices in the same area, and a set formed by electronic devices connected to the same network.

In the embodiment of the present application, the target event may refer to an event that an operating parameter of a component is abnormal or a component is failed, for example, a temperature of a CPU is higher than a normal value, a fan is damaged, and the like. The event information refers to information describing the occurrence of the target event of the component, and for example, the event information may include identification information of the component where the target event occurs, and the representation, reason, and the like of the target event occurring in the component.
In an embodiment of the application, the event information at least includes identification information of a target event component occurring in the second electronic device. The identification information of the component may be information of the function, type, model, etc. of the component. Therefore, the first electronic device can conveniently judge the target event of the component corresponding to the identification information according to the identification information. Here, the target component corresponding to the identification information may refer to a target component that is the same as or similar to the component characterized by the identification information.
In the embodiment of the present application, step 102 detects at least an operating state of a target component corresponding to the identification information. Here, the target component corresponding to the identification information may be understood as a component identical or similar to a component in the second electronic device where the target event occurs.

In an embodiment of the application, the second electronic device comprises at least one component. Here, the second electronic device may monitor an operating parameter of each component of the at least one component in real time, and when the operating parameter of the component changes, acquire the operating parameter of the at least one component; in another implementation, the second electronic device may further obtain an operating parameter of at least one component in the second electronic device at a preset time interval.
In this embodiment, step 202 generates, based on at least the operating parameter of the at least one component, operating information of the at least one component and/or notification information of occurrence of a target event of the at least one component, including:
the second electronic equipment generates operation information of the at least one component based on the operation parameters of the at least one component;

Here, the operation information includes at least an operation parameter of each component in the second electronic device.
In this embodiment of the application, the second electronic device may further determine, according to the operating parameter of each component, whether the component satisfies a condition for occurrence of a target event, and if it is determined that the component satisfies the condition for occurrence of the target event, generate notification information for the component, where the notification information at least includes identification information of the component.
In the above scheme, the second electronic device actively determines whether the target event occurs in the component according to the operating parameter of the component. In another embodiment, the second electronic device may also passively receive the exception information or fault information sent by the component to the processor of the second electronic device, and the second electronic device may directly send the exception information or fault information generation notification information of the component to the first electronic device.
The second electronic device sends the notification information to the first electronic device after obtaining the notification information of the at least one component, the first electronic device obtains event information of the target event of the at least one component after reading the notification information, and the component of the target event in the second electronic device can be directly determined. Here, the notification information and the event information may be understood to be the same information.
Alternatively, the second electronic device may generate operational information for the at least one component based on the operational parameters of the at least one component.
Furthermore, after the second electronic device obtains the operation information of at least one component, the second electronic device directly sends the operation information of at least one component to the first electronic device, so that the first electronic device can judge whether a target event occurs to the component in the second device according to the received operation information.
In this way, the second electronic device can share the information of the self component to the first electronic device; the method comprises the steps of enabling the first electronic device to pay attention to whether the same or similar components in the first device generate target events or not, and directly triggering processing operation on the components in the first electronic device after the target events of the components in the first electronic device are detected.
In an embodiment of the present application, sending operation information of at least one component to a first electronic device includes:
when detecting that the operating parameter of at least one component in the second electronic equipment changes, updating the operating information of at least one component, and sending the updated operating information of at least one component to the first electronic equipment;
or respectively sending the running information corresponding to at least one component to the first electronic equipment based on the preset time interval.
It should be noted that, for the descriptions of the same steps and the same contents in this embodiment as those in other embodiments, reference may be made to the descriptions in other embodiments, which are not described herein again.
The embodiment of the application provides an information processing method, specifically, a second electronic device determines an operating parameter of at least one component in the second electronic device; generating operation information of at least one component or notification information of at least one component of target events based on at least operation parameters of at least one component; and sending the operation information or the notification information of the at least one component to the first electronic equipment so that the first electronic equipment obtains the event information of the target event of the at least one component in the second electronic equipment based on the operation information or the notification information. In the embodiment of the present application, the operation information of the second electronic device includes not only the operation parameter of at least one component in the second electronic device, but also the identification information of each component in the second electronic device.
Specifically, the step 302 of generating the operation information of the at least one component based on the operation parameter of the at least one component includes:
acquiring identification information of at least one component;
generating operation information corresponding to at least one component based on the identification information of at least one component and the operation parameters of at least one component; and the identification information of the components in the operation information corresponds to the operation parameters of the components one to one.
In this embodiment of the application, the second electronic device may detect a component included in the second electronic device according to an operation parameter of at least one component, and determine whether an abnormality occurs. inputting the accumulated service time of the ith component and the information of the operating environment where the ith component is located into a stability judgment model to obtain a stability parameter of the ith component;
if the stability parameter of the ith component is larger than a preset threshold value, determining that the target event occurs in the ith component;
and generating notification information of the target event of the ith component at least based on the identification information of the ith component.
Here, the stability determination model is obtained by training using specific training data, where the specific training data includes a duration of use of the preset component, corresponding operating environment information, and a stability parameter corresponding to the preset component.
In the embodiment of the present application, the stability parameter of the ith component may be characterized by the size of the probability of the target event occurring in the ith component.
Based on the method, the second electronic equipment can predict the probability value of the target event of the component according to the operation parameter of each component; if the stability parameter of the ith component is greater than the preset threshold, it can be considered that the ith component is most likely to be abnormal, and then notification information corresponding to the ith component is generated.
In the above description of the embodiments, the first electronic device and the second electronic device are two different electronic devices in the same set of electronic devices. The first electronic device and the second electronic device are only used for distinguishing two different electronic devices and are not used for limiting the electronic devices.
In the embodiment of the application, information can be shared among all the electronic devices in the electronic device set. The stability determination model may also be updated based on operation information sent by other electronic devices (e.g., the first electronic device) in the set of electronic devices.
Specifically, the second electronic device may receive operation information sent by the first electronic device; the operation information comprises accumulated use time of at least one component in the first electronic equipment, operation environment information where the at least one component is located, and stability parameters corresponding to the at least one component;
and updating the stability judgment model based on the operation information of the first electronic equipment.
Thus, the stability determination model can be gradually updated and refined over time; in this way, the stability parameter of the component is obtained through the updated stability judgment model, and the second electronic device can predict whether the component is about to have the target event more accurately.
Step 303, the second electronic device sends the operation information or the notification information of the at least one component to the first electronic device.
Step 304, the first electronic device receives the operation information or the notification information of the at least one component sent by the second electronic device.
The first electronic device and the second electronic device are two different electronic devices in the same electronic device set. The first electronic device and the second electronic device are only used for distinguishing two different electronic devices and are not used for limiting the electronic devices.
In the embodiment of the application, information can be shared among all the electronic devices in the electronic device set. The first electronic device is any one of the set of electronic devices, and the second electronic device is any one of the set of electronic devices except the first electronic device.
It should be further noted that the first electronic device and the second electronic device have the same function, that is, the first electronic device may generate at least one piece of component information based on its own component, and share the component information to other electronic devices in the target set of electronic devices. Specifically, the first electronic device obtains an operation parameter and identification information of an ith component based on operation information of the ith component in the second electronic device;
and comparing the operating parameters of the ith component with the parameter standard corresponding to the identification information of the ith component, and determining whether the event information of the target event occurs in the ith component.
Here, the parameter criteria for each component when operating can be stored in the first electronic device. The first electronic equipment reads the identification information of the ith component and the operation parameters corresponding to the ith component from the operation information according to the sequence of the components; and searching the parameter standard matched with the ith identification information from the storage unit. And then comparing the operating parameter of the ith component in the second device with the parameter standard corresponding to the ith identification information, and actively determining whether the target event occurs in the ith component of the second device by the first electronic device.
It should be noted that the parameter criterion here may be a parameter threshold. And when the operating parameters of the i components are within the threshold range of the parameter standard, the i component is considered to be abnormal.
In another embodiment of the application, the first electronic device passively obtains notification information of at least one component occurrence target event sent by the second electronic device.
That is, the first electronic device can directly obtain event information of at least one component having a target event based on the notification information of at least one component of the second electronic device in step 304.
Step 306, the first electronic device detects at least an operating state of the target component corresponding to the identification information.
Specifically, after determining that a target event occurs in one component in the second electronic device, the first electronic device determines, according to the identification information of the component, an operating state of a target component corresponding to the identification information.
Here, the target component corresponding to the identification information may be understood as a component identical or similar to a component in the second electronic device where the target event occurs.
In an embodiment of the present application, detecting at least an operating state of a target component corresponding to the identification information may include:
detecting the running state of a target assembly corresponding to the identification information in the first electronic equipment;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and at least detecting the running state of a target component corresponding to the identification information in the target electronic equipment set.
Specifically, the first electronic device determines whether a target component corresponding to the identification information exists in the first device according to the identification information, and reads the running state of the target component if the target component corresponding to the identification information exists.

a detection unit 42 for detecting at least an operation state of the target component corresponding to the identification information;
and a processing unit 43, configured to execute a processing operation for the target component if the operating state of the target component satisfies the condition of the target event.
In other embodiments of the present application, the detecting unit 42 is specifically configured to detect at least a target component corresponding to the identification information in the first electronic device,
correspondingly, the processing unit 43 is configured to determine that, if the operation state representation of the target component is adapted to the operation state of the at least one component in which the target event occurs, the processing operation for the target component is executed.
In other embodiments of the present application, the detecting unit 42 is configured to detect at least an operating state of a target component corresponding to the identification information in the target electronic device set,
correspondingly, the processing unit 43 is configured to determine that, if the running state representation of the target component in the target electronic device set matches with the running state of the at least one component in which the target event occurs, the number of electronic devices reaches a threshold value, and execute a processing operation for the target component.
In other embodiments of the present application, the processing unit 43 is specifically configured to output a first prompt message for the target component, so that the operator performs processing on the target component about the target event; alternatively, processing regarding the target event is performed for the target component.
In other embodiments of the present application, the obtaining unit 41 is specifically configured to obtain operation information of at least one component in the second electronic device, and obtain event information of a target event occurring on the at least one component based on the operation information; or obtaining the notification information of the target event happening on at least one component sent by the second electronic equipment.
In this embodiment of the application, the obtaining unit 41 is specifically configured to obtain an operation parameter and identification information of an ith component in the second electronic device based on the operation information of the ith component; wherein i is an integer greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to N, and N is the total number of at least one component in the second electronic device; n is an integer greater than or equal to 1; and comparing the operating parameters of the ith component with the parameter standard corresponding to the identification information of the ith component, and determining whether the event information of the target event occurs in the ith component.
The embodiment of the application provides a first electronic device, which obtains event information of a target event occurring in at least one component in a second electronic device, wherein the event information at least comprises identification information of the at least one component; detecting at least an operating state of a target component corresponding to the identification information; and if the running state of the target component meets the condition of the target event, executing the processing operation aiming at the target component. In this way, after the first electronic device acquires the information that the target event occurs in the component in the second electronic device, the first electronic device focuses on the target component corresponding to the component in which the target event occurs, and when it is determined that the target event also occurs in the target component, the first electronic device directly triggers the processing operation for the target component. So, through the information that first electronic equipment and second electronic equipment can the shared component in the equipment, do not need operating personnel to carry out manual detection, realized intelligent equipment management, improved equipment detection efficiency, reduced the cost of labor simultaneously.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, there is provided a second electronic device, as shown in fig. 5, including:
a determining unit 51 for determining an operating parameter of at least one component in the second electronic device;
an information generating unit 52, configured to generate operation information of the at least one component or notification information of occurrence of a target event of the at least one component based on at least an operation parameter of the at least one component;
a sending unit 53, configured to send operation information or notification information of at least one component to the first electronic device, so that the first electronic device obtains event information of at least one component in the second electronic device about an occurrence of a target event based on the operation information or the notification information.
In other embodiments of the present application, the information generating unit 52 is specifically configured to obtain the cumulative duration of use of the ith component in the second electronic device and the operating environment information of the ith component; wherein i is an integer greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to N, and N is the total number of at least one component in the second electronic device; n is an integer greater than or equal to 1; inputting the accumulated service time of the ith component and the information of the operating environment where the ith component is located into a stability judgment model to obtain a stability parameter of the ith component; if the stability parameter of the ith component is larger than a preset threshold value, determining that the target event occurs in the ith component; and generating notification information of the target event of the ith component at least based on the identification information of the ith component.
The embodiment of the application provides a second electronic device, which determines an operating parameter of at least one component in the second electronic device; generating operation information of at least one component or notification information of at least one component of target events based on at least operation parameters of at least one component; and sending the operation information or the notification information of the at least one component to the first electronic equipment so that the first electronic equipment obtains the event information of the target event of the at least one component in the second electronic equipment based on the operation information or the notification information. In this way, the second electronic device can share the information of the self component to the first electronic device; the method comprises the steps of enabling the first electronic device to pay attention to whether the same or similar components in the first device generate target events or not, and directly triggering processing operation on the components in the first electronic device after the target events of the components in the first electronic device are detected. So, through the information that first electronic equipment and second electronic equipment can the shared component in the equipment, do not need operating personnel to carry out manual detection, realized intelligent equipment management, improved equipment detection efficiency, reduced the cost of labor simultaneously.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, there is provided an information processing system, as shown in fig. 6, including at least a first electronic device 61 and a second electronic device 62, wherein,
the first electronic device 61 is configured to obtain event information of occurrence of a target event of at least one component in the second electronic device, where the event information at least includes identification information of the at least one component; detecting at least an operating state of a target component corresponding to the identification information; and if the running state of the target component meets the condition of the target event, executing the processing operation aiming at the target component.
In this embodiment, the information processing system further includes a plurality of other electronic devices. Specifically, the first electronic device, the second electronic device and the other plurality of electronic devices can constitute a target electronic device set.
In an embodiment of the present application, the first electronic device and the second electronic device are two different electronic devices in the same electronic device set. The first electronic device and the second electronic device are only used for distinguishing two different electronic devices and are not used for limiting the electronic devices.
In the embodiment of the application, information can be shared among all the electronic devices in the electronic device set. The first electronic device is any one of the set of electronic devices, and the second electronic device is any one of the set of electronic devices except the first electronic device.
In other embodiments of the present application, the first electronic device 61 is further configured to detect at least a target component corresponding to the identification information in the first electronic device; and if the running state representation of the target component is matched with the running state of at least one component in which the target event occurs, executing the processing operation aiming at the target component.
In other embodiments of the present application, the first electronic device 61 is further configured to detect at least an operation state of a target component corresponding to the identification information in the target electronic device set, and execute a processing operation for the target component if the operation state of the target component in the target electronic device set indicates that the number of electronic devices adapted to the operation state of the at least one component in which the target event occurs reaches a threshold value.
In other embodiments of the present application, the first electronic device 61 is further configured to output a first prompt message for the target component, so that the operator performs processing on the target component about the target event; alternatively, processing regarding the target event is performed for the target component.
In other embodiments of the present application, the first electronic device 61 is further configured to obtain operation information of at least one component in the second electronic device, and obtain event information of a target event occurring on the at least one component based on the operation information; or obtaining the notification information of the target event happening on at least one component sent by the second electronic equipment.
In other embodiments of the present application, the second electronic device 62 is further configured to obtain an operation parameter and identification information of an ith component in the second electronic device based on the operation information of the ith component; wherein i is an integer greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to N, and N is the total number of at least one component in the second electronic device; n is an integer greater than or equal to 1; comparing the operating parameters of the ith component with the parameter standard corresponding to the identification information of the ith component, and determining whether the event information of the target event occurs in the ith component
In other embodiments of the present application, the second electronic device 62 is configured to determine an operating parameter of at least one component of the second electronic device; generating operation information of at least one component or notification information of at least one component of target events based on at least operation parameters of at least one component; and sending the operation information or the notification information of the at least one component to the first electronic equipment so that the first electronic equipment obtains the event information of the target event of the at least one component in the second electronic equipment based on the operation information or the notification information.
In other embodiments of the present application, the second electronic device 62 is configured to obtain the cumulative duration of use of the ith component and the operating environment information where the ith component is located in the second electronic device; inputting the accumulated service time of the ith component and the information of the operating environment where the ith component is located into a stability judgment model to obtain a stability parameter of the ith component; if the stability parameter of the ith component is larger than a preset threshold value, determining that the target event occurs in the ith component; and generating notification information of the target event of the ith component at least based on the identification information of the ith component.
In an exemplary embodiment, the present application further provides a computer readable storage medium, such as a memory including a computer program, which is executable by a processor of the first electronic device 61 or a processor of the second electronic device 62 to perform the aforementioned information processing method steps. The computer-readable storage medium may be a magnetic random access Memory (FRAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a magnetic surface Memory, an optical disk, or a Compact Disc Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM), among other memories.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of a hardware embodiment, a software embodiment, or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present application is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the application. Claims (10)
1. An information processing method comprising:
the method comprises the steps that first electronic equipment obtains event information of target events of at least one component in second electronic equipment, wherein the target events refer to events that operating parameters of the component are abnormal or the component fails; the event information includes at least identification information of the at least one component;
the first electronic device at least detects the running state of a target component corresponding to the identification information in the first electronic device or a target electronic device set; wherein the set of target electronic devices includes at least one of: a set of electronic devices in the same local area network, a set of electronic devices in the same area, and a set of electronic devices connected to the same network;
if the running state of the target component meets the condition of the target event, the first electronic equipment executes processing operation aiming at the target component;
wherein the first electronic device performs processing operations for the target component, including:
outputting a first prompt message aiming at the target component to enable an operator to process the target component about the target event; or, processing the target event aiming at the target component; the processing with respect to the target component can eliminate the target event.
2. The method of claim 1, detecting at least a target component in the first electronic device corresponding to the identification information,
if the running state of the target component meets the condition of the target event, executing processing operation aiming at the target component, wherein the processing operation comprises the following steps:
and if the running state representation of the target component is matched with the running state of the at least one component in which the target event occurs, executing the processing operation aiming at the target component.
3. The method of claim 1, detecting at least a target component operational state in the set of target electronic devices corresponding to the identification information,
if the running state of the target component meets the condition of the target event, the first electronic device executes processing operation aiming at the target component, and the processing operation comprises the following steps:
and if the running state representation of the target component in the target electronic equipment set and the running state of the at least one component in which the target event occurs are matched reach a threshold value, the first electronic equipment executes processing operation aiming at the target component.
4. The method of claim 1, the first electronic device obtaining event information of at least one component in a second electronic device about occurrence of a target event, comprising:
obtaining operation information of at least one component in the second electronic equipment, and obtaining event information of the target event of the at least one component based on the operation information;
or obtaining the notification information of the target event happening on the at least one component sent by the second electronic equipment.
5. An information processing method comprising:
the second electronic equipment determines the operating parameters of at least one component in the second electronic equipment;
the second electronic equipment generates operation information of the at least one component or notification information of the occurrence of a target event of the at least one component at least based on the operation parameters of the at least one component; the target event refers to an event that the operating parameter of the component is abnormal or the component fails;
the second electronic equipment sends the operation information or the notification information of the at least one component to the first electronic equipment so that the first electronic equipment obtains event information of a target event of the at least one component in the second electronic equipment based on the operation information or the notification information; the event information is used for enabling the first electronic device to output a first prompt message aiming at a target component when determining that the operating state of the target component corresponding to the identification information of the component in the event information in the first electronic device or a target electronic device set meets the condition of the target event, so that an operator can process the target component about the target event; or, processing the target event aiming at the target component; the processing with respect to the target component can eliminate the target event; wherein the set of target electronic devices includes at least one of: a set of electronic devices in the same local area network, a set of electronic devices in the same area, and a set of electronic devices connected to the same network.
6. The method of claim 5, the first electronic device obtaining event information of the at least one component of the target event based on the operational information, comprising:
the first electronic equipment obtains the operation parameters and the identification information of the ith component based on the operation information of the ith component in the second electronic equipment; wherein i is an integer greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to N, and N is the total number of at least one component in the second electronic device; n is an integer greater than or equal to 1;
and comparing the operating parameters of the ith component with the parameter standard corresponding to the identification information of the ith component, and determining whether the event information of the target event occurs in the ith component.
7. The method of claim 5 or 6, wherein the second electronic device generates notification information of occurrence of a target event of the at least one component based on at least an operating parameter of the at least one component, and comprises:
acquiring the accumulated use time of the ith component in the second electronic equipment and the operating environment information of the ith component;
inputting the accumulated service time of the ith component and the information of the operating environment to a stability judgment model to obtain a stability parameter of the ith component;
if the stability parameter of the ith component is larger than a preset threshold value, determining that a target event occurs in the ith component;
and generating notification information of the target event of the ith component at least based on the identification information of the ith component.
8. A first electronic device, the first electronic device comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring event information of a target event occurring in at least one component in the second electronic equipment, wherein the target event refers to an event that the operating parameter of the component is abnormal or the component fails; the event information includes at least identification information of the at least one component;
a detection unit, configured to detect at least an operating state of a target component corresponding to the identification information in the first electronic device or in a target electronic device set; wherein the set of target electronic devices includes at least one of: a set of electronic devices in the same local area network, a set of electronic devices in the same area, and a set of electronic devices connected to the same network;
the processing unit is used for executing processing operation aiming at the target component if the running state of the target component meets the condition of the target event;
the processing unit is further used for outputting a first prompt message aiming at the target component so as to enable an operator to process the target component about the target event; or, processing the target event aiming at the target component; the processing with respect to the target component can eliminate the target event.
9. A second electronic device, the second electronic device comprising:
the determining unit is used for determining the operating parameters of at least one component in the second electronic equipment;
an information generating unit, configured to generate operation information of the at least one component or notification information of occurrence of a target event of the at least one component based on at least an operation parameter of the at least one component; the target event refers to an event that the operating parameter of the component is abnormal or the component fails;
a sending unit, configured to send operation information or notification information of the at least one component to a first electronic device, so that the first electronic device obtains event information of at least one component in the second electronic device, where a target event occurs, based on the operation information or the notification information; the event information is used for enabling the first electronic device to output a first prompt message aiming at a target component when determining that the operating state of the target component corresponding to the identification information of the component in the event information in the first electronic device or a target electronic device set meets the condition of the target event, so that an operator can process the target component about the target event; or, processing the target event aiming at the target component; the processing with respect to the target component can eliminate the target event; wherein the set of target electronic devices includes at least one of: a set of electronic devices in the same local area network, a set of electronic devices in the same area, and a set of electronic devices connected to the same network.
10. An information processing system includes at least a first electronic device and a second electronic device,
the first electronic device is used for obtaining event information of a target event occurring in at least one component in the second electronic device, wherein the target event refers to an event that an operating parameter of the component is abnormal or the component is in failure; the event information includes at least identification information of the at least one component; detecting at least the running state of a target component corresponding to the identification information in the first electronic equipment or the target electronic equipment set; if the running state of the target component meets the condition of the target event, executing processing operation aiming at the target component; wherein the set of target electronic devices includes at least one of: a set of electronic devices in the same local area network, a set of electronic devices in the same area, and a set of electronic devices connected to the same network;
the first electronic equipment is further used for outputting a first prompt message aiming at the target component so as to enable an operator to process the target component about the target event; or, processing the target event aiming at the target component; the processing with respect to the target component can eliminate the target event.
