Abstract

Description
发明领域
本发明涉及可崩解含水胶囊,该胶囊在常规的贮藏条件下以及在常规的混合过程中均是稳定的,而在施用到个人表面上时崩解。本发明进一步涉及制备此类胶囊的方法、利用此类胶囊的个人护理组合物、使用此类胶囊处理皮肤或化妆皮肤的方法。
发明背景
粉底组合物可以施用到面部和身体其它部位以匀化肤色和纹理以及遮掩毛孔、瑕疵、细纹等。粉底组合物还可用于增加皮肤水分、平衡皮肤含油量以及提供保护使皮肤免受日晒、风吹和其它环境因素的不利影响。
粉底组合物通常以液体或霜膏悬浮液、乳液、凝胶、粉饼、散粉或无水的油和蜡组合物的形式获得。乳液型粉底是适宜的,因为它们可通过所掺入的水和水溶性皮肤处理剂来提供润湿效果。另一方面,可将更大量且种类更多的粉末和颜料配制成粉饼和散粉。
近来,寻求润增湿效果以及在皮肤上既具有良好覆盖又具有自然外观的理想外观的消费者习惯于两步粉底应用方案。所述两步方案通常包括施用液体或乳液型粉底,然后施用粉饼或散粉粉底。此类高要求的消费者认为此类两步方案可提供最佳的成效。然而,此类方案也是相当复杂的。需要一种能够在皮肤上提供良好的感觉和良好的外观的粉底产品。
同时,可崩解含水胶囊是本领域已知的。此类胶囊在施用到皮肤并且在皮肤上崩解后可提供独特的感觉,或感觉变化。在施用到皮肤上后,此类胶囊提供润湿感或清新感。此类胶囊还可以差不多稳定的方式向皮肤递送水溶性皮肤活性剂,例如维生素C衍生物。
已知的可崩解含水胶囊通常由细小的多孔粉末如二氧化硅颗粒制成,其可以是或不是经过表面处理的,如例如PCT公开WO 01/85138,日本专利公布2001-131528A、2000-247823A、2000-309506A、11-130614A、10-265367A、5-65212A、和4-308520A中所公开。尽管多孔二氧化硅的使用可提供相对稳定的胶囊,但也已观察到,多孔二氧化硅在施用到皮肤上之后可带来负面的干燥感觉。对于被期望因胶囊内包含的大量的水而提供保湿感觉的产品而言,这显然是不可取的。此外,这些公布中的一些公开了用于制备胶囊的极端的条件和步骤,包括高剪切混合和剪切之前的冷冻。从商业角度来看,此类条件和步骤是昂贵的和不利的。
已进行了一些努力来试图利用氟表面涂层剂涂覆的粉末,例如在日本专利公布2006-509732A、2001-226230A、2001-158716A、和1-125314A中所公开的。然而,以上提及的胶囊中没有一种既提供了向皮肤的适宜的施涂,同时又提供了令人满意的剪切应力耐受性。PCT公开WO2008/018028公开了用氟表面涂层剂涂覆的粉末制成的胶囊。从安全性和环保的角度来看,提供不含氟表面涂层剂的胶囊将是特别有利的。
基于前文所述,存在对能够向个人表面提供良好的感觉,同时具有适当的剪切耐受性,使得其在常规贮藏条件下以及在常规混合过程中是稳定的,而在施用到个人表面时在一定的剪切应力下崩解的可崩解含水胶囊的需求。还存在对在个人表面上提供良好外观的可崩解含水胶囊的需求。还存在对能被经济地制造的可崩解含水胶囊的需求。
没有任何现有技术能提供本发明的全部优点和有益效果。
发明概述
本发明涉及可崩解含水胶囊,所述可崩解含水胶囊包含按重量计:
(a)约40%至约98%的水相,所述水相包含按该水相的重量计至少50%的水;以及

可崩解含水胶囊

优选地,本发明的胶囊优选基本上不含表面活性剂。不受理论的约束,据信表面活性剂通过降低水相和拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末之间的表面张力差不利地影响本发明胶囊的稳定性和剪切应力耐受性。本文中,表面活性剂包括具有去污性能的那些,以及仅用作乳化剂以乳化水和油相的那些。
优选地,考虑到安全性和环境问题,本发明的胶囊基本上不含表面涂氟的颜料。用于在本文中优选要避免的氟表面涂层的材料包括全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷、全氟烷基磷酸、它们的盐、以及它们的混合物。

本发明的胶囊自身可提供散粉产品形式的产品。本发明的胶囊还可与其它组分混合以提供不同的产品形式。本发明的胶囊具有适当的剪切耐受性,使得其在常规贮藏条件下,以及在常规混合过程中例如当与其他组分混合时是稳定的,而当施用到个人表面上时崩解。
本发明的胶囊作为个人护理组合物用于向个人表面呈递水、所述粉末、和其他组分是尤其有用的。本文的个人护理组合物包括用于皮肤护理、化妆、大面积处理、香料、防汗、除臭、毛发着色、毛发处理、毛发定型等目的的那些组合物。本文的个人护理组合物可采取粉末、蜡固化固体形式、液体、洗剂、糊剂、气溶胶等产品形式。一种高度优选的产品形式实施方案是用于皮肤上的粉末,例如粉底和皮肤护理产品。
本发明的胶囊尤其适合用作或掺入到个人护理组合物中以用于处理皮肤以及化妆皮肤。因此,本发明还涉及处理或化妆皮肤的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)提供本发明的可崩解含水胶囊;
(2)通过手指或施用装置在皮肤上剪切所述可崩解含水胶囊以允许所述可崩解含水胶囊崩解;从而所述可崩解含水胶囊的组分被施用到皮肤上;以及
(3)使水蒸发和/或吸收到皮肤中。
就此类个人护肤组合物而言,本发明的胶囊的粉末组分是经过选择以提供适当的皮肤处理和/或化妆效果的。此外,本发明的胶囊可包含以溶解或分散形式处于水相中或被吸引到粉末组分中的各种皮肤有益剂和香料。由于一个或多个原因,递送此类包含于本发明可崩解含水胶囊中的皮肤有益剂和香料是有利的。对那些热敏性组分而言,本发明的胶囊在使用前可防止或延缓蒸发。对那些通过与个人护理组合物中残留物质接触可能会降低或损害有益效果的组分而言,本发明的胶囊可用作隔离物。其它组分在本发明胶囊施用并且崩解后可提供某种感觉。
水相
本发明的胶囊包含水相,所述水相包含按该水相的重量计至少50%、优选至少60%的水,任选的水溶性溶剂,和任选的胶凝剂,详见后文。本发明的胶囊包含按胶囊的重量计约40%至约95%,优选约60%至约90%的水相。所述水相可仅由水组成。优选使用去离子水。根据产品所需的特性,也可使用包含矿物阳离子的天然来源的水。在一个优选的实施方案中,水可源自发酵的生物培养物或其滤液。高度优选的此类商业源是以商品名SK-II Pitera可自Kashiwayama获得的Galactomyces菌发酵滤液。
根据所期望的产品特征,并且尤其是当包含皮肤有益剂时,根据所述皮肤有益剂的活性和稳定性来选择水相的pH。在一个优选的实施方案中,pH被调节至约4至约8。缓冲液和其他pH调节剂可被包含在内以得到所期望的pH。
水溶性溶剂
本发明胶囊的水相还可包含水溶性溶剂,所述水溶性溶剂选自低级烷基醇和水溶性湿润剂。根据所期望递送的皮肤感觉和/或为递送某些皮肤有益剂,选择水溶性溶剂。
可用于本发明的低级烷基醇是含有1至6个碳原子的一元醇,更优选乙醇和异丙醇。
本文中有用的水溶性湿润剂包括多元醇,例如丁二醇(1,3丁二醇)、戊二醇(1,2-戊二醇)、甘油、山梨醇、丙二醇、己二醇、乙氧基化葡萄糖、1,2-己二醇、己三醇、双丙二醇、赤藓醇、海藻糖、双甘油、木糖醇、麦芽糖醇、麦芽糖、葡萄糖、果糖;以及其他水溶性化合物,例如脲、硫酸软骨素钠、透明质酸钠、磷酸腺苷钠、乳酸钠、吡咯烷酮碳酸盐、环糊精、以及它们的混合物。还可用于本发明的包括水溶性烷氧基化非离子聚合物如分子量高达约1000的聚乙二醇和聚丙二醇,如CTFA名为PEG-200、PEG-400、PEG-600、PEG-1000的那些以及它们的混合物。
在一个优选的实施方案中,本发明的胶囊包含约1%至约30%的水溶性湿润剂。在胶囊用作粉底的一个高度优选的实施方案中,所述胶囊包含约3%至约30%的水溶性湿润剂。

胶凝剂
本发明组合物的胶囊的水相还可包含按胶囊的重量计约0.1%至约20%,优选约0.1%至约5%的胶凝剂。当与水相混合时,所述胶凝剂可为所述水相提供约10mPas至约1,000,000mPas,优选约10mPas至约100,000mPas的粘度。胶凝剂可将水和任选的水溶性溶剂保留于较刚性的结构中,从而据信可改善胶囊的稳定性和完整性,使得胶囊的存储寿命延长。

可用于本发明的是纤维素衍生物聚合物。可用于本发明的纤维素衍生物聚合物包括甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟乙基乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、硝化纤维、纤维素硫酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、结晶纤维素、纤维素粉末以及它们的混合物。还可用的是淀粉衍生物聚合物,例如羧甲基淀粉和甲基羟丙基淀粉。可高度用于本发明的可商购获得的化合物包括商品名为Natrosol Hydroxyethylcellulose的羟乙基纤维素,和商品名为Aqualon Cellulose Gum的羧甲基纤维素,它们均得自Aqualon。

拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末
本发明组合物的可崩解含水胶囊包含按所述胶囊的重量计约0.1%至约35%,优选约3%至约25%的拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末。本文中的球状粉末具有至少1μm,优选约1μm至约25μm,更优选约4μm至约15μm的粒度,并且形状为球形。不受理论的约束,据信由于拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末高度疏水的表面、较大的尺寸和球形的形状,所述拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末在尺寸较小的填料粉末的相界排列,并为总体的胶囊提供良好的光滑感觉和提高的稳定性。由于所述拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末的形状和半透明性,其能够通过光漫射效应改善天然的外观,并且还可减轻某些其他较小的填料粉末可能导致的负面的皮肤感觉。
本文中的拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末包含100重量份的球形硅氧烷弹性体颗粒和0.5-25重量份的用于涂覆所述球形硅氧烷弹性体颗粒的聚有机倍半硅氧烷;其中所述拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末在水中不分散,而是漂浮;具有至少1μm的平均粒度并且具有通过硬度计A硬度测得的约10至约80的柔软度,涂覆的聚有机倍半硅氧烷的表面优选还与三甲基甲硅烷基结合,并且优选地,表面涂覆的聚有机倍半硅氧烷通过与四烷氧硅烷和至少一种硅烷化剂的水解而进一步缩合,其中所述硅烷化剂选自由下列组成的组:三甲基烷氧基硅烷、三甲基硅烷醇、和六甲基二硅氮烷。对于向胶囊提供稳定性,此类拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末是尤其有利的。下文的参考实施例1和2是此类拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末的范例。
填料粉末
本发明组合物的可崩解含水胶囊包含按所述胶囊的重量计约2%至约30%,优选约2%至约20%的填料粉末。本文的填料粉末具有约4nm至小于1μm,优选约5nm至约500nm的粒度,并且表面涂覆有疏水性涂覆材料。

填料粉末涂覆有具有疏水特性的涂覆材料。本文可用的疏水性涂覆材料包括聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚甲基氢硅氧烷、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷、正辛基三乙氧基硅烷、聚甲基-α-苯乙烯硅氧烷、丙烯酰硅氧烷共聚物、以及它们的混合物。

本文中可商购获得的填料粉末包括可以商品名OTS-11TTO-V-3从Daito Kasei购得的涂覆有三乙氧基辛基硅烷并具有约60nm的长轴粒度和约10nm的短轴粒度(纵横比约6)的二氧化钛,可以商品名Aerosil R 972从Nihon Aerosil购得的具有15nm粒度的二甲基甲硅烷基化二氧化硅,可以商品名OTS-2TIO2CR-50从Daito Kasei购得的涂覆有三乙氧基辛基硅烷并具有约250nm粒度的二氧化钛,可以商品名OTS-2YELLOW LL-100P、OTS-2BLACK BL-100P、和OTS-2RED R-516P从Daito Kasei购得的涂覆有三乙氧基辛基硅烷并具有约400nm粒度的黄色、黑色和红色氧化铁。
皮肤有益剂
本发明的组合物的胶囊可进一步包含溶解于或分散于所述水相或粉末组分中的皮肤有益剂。那些极性的皮肤有益剂能够溶解于或分散于所述水相中,而不溶解于或分散于所述水相的那些可与所述粉末组分混合并被吸引在其中。当包含皮肤有益剂时,其以不影响胶囊的稳定性的量被包含,按胶囊的重量计通常为约0.001%至约20%。

能起到UVA过滤物作用的有用的油溶的有机UV保护剂包括:二苯甲酰甲烷的衍生物,尤其是1-(4’-叔-丁基苯基)-3-(4’-甲氧苯基)丙烷-1.3-二酮和1-苯基-3-(4’-异丙基苯基)丙烷-1.3-二酮。
可商购获得的本文中的油溶性有机UV防护剂包括:可以商品名PARSOL MCX得自ROCHE VITAMINS JAPAN K.K的2-乙基己基4-甲氧基肉桂酸酯和得自BASF的2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮(二苯甲酮-3)。

本文中有用的无机UV防护剂是在水中少量可溶或不溶的、化妆用的并且皮肤病学上可接受的金属氧化物和/或其他金属化合物,尤其是钛(TiO2)、锌(ZnO)、铁(例如Fe2O3)、锆(ZrO2)、硅(SiO2)、锰(例如MnO)、铝(Al2O3)和铈(例如Ce2O3)的氧化物,相应的金属的混合的氧化物以及此类氧化物的混合物。无机的UV防护剂具有小于200nm,优选小于100nm的粒度。因此,根据表面涂层的特性,以上所述的某些填料可提供UV防护的有益效果。
可商购获得的本文中的无机UV防护剂包括:可以商品名Z-cote HP1得自BASF的具有约70nm的平均粒度的氧化锌,可以商品名SI-TTO-S-3Z-LHC和SAMT-UFZO-450得自Miyoshi的具有约50nm的平均粒度的氧化钛,可以商品名OTS-7FZO-50得自Daito Kasei的涂覆有三乙氧基辛基硅烷且具有约20nm的粒度的氧化锌。
附加组分
本文的胶囊还可包含常规用于局部用产品中的附加组分,例如以用于向组合物或身体表面提供美学或功能性有益效果或功能性有益效果,例如涉及外观、气味、或触觉的感觉有益效果;治疗有益效果;或预防有益效果(应当了解,上述所需物质自身可提供此类有益效果)。当被包含时,其量被保持在按所述胶囊的重量计不超过约10%。
适宜局部用成分种类的实例包括:不满足上文所述的其他粉末的定义的粉末和颜料,包括不是拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末的球形粉末、抗螯合剂、研磨剂、收敛剂、染料、精油、芳香剂、成膜聚合物、增溶剂、抗结块剂、消泡剂、基料、缓冲剂、增量剂、变性剂、pH调节剂、推进剂、还原剂、多价螯合剂、化妆品杀虫剂、和防腐剂。
制备可崩解含水胶囊的方法
本发明涉及用于以经济且有效的方式制备如上所述可崩解含水胶囊,同时保持所述胶囊物理结构的适宜方法。所述方法涉及混合水相和粉末相,所述粉末相包含拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末和填料粉末。为方便起见,在此部分中,将用以形成胶囊的水相和粉末相的混合称为“主混合”,而将主混合前某些组成组分的混合称为“预混合”。
如上所述,不受理论的约束,据信通过填料组分表面的表面张力,所述填料组分排列于所述水相的相界处,同时所述填料粉末的颗粒经由范德瓦耳斯结合力彼此结合。本文的适宜的方法是可提供足够能量以使水相微粉化和保持微粉化水相尺寸,并从而使填料粉末能够排列于相界处以形成稳定的胶囊,而不会提供会立即破坏所述胶囊物理结构的剪切应力的那些。优选避免的是向胶囊施加高剪切的方法例如高速搅拌,以及提供碾压或揉捏作用的机械混合方法。
一般来讲,在主混合前分别制备水相和粉末相。可将粉末相研磨成粉,以使任何可能妨碍后续的胶囊制备过程的附聚物碎裂。当掺入胶凝剂时,根据组成组分的物理特性以及混合设备的组件,使胶凝剂与残留的水相或粉末相预混。
在一个优选的实施方案中,用(例如)硅氧烷或特氟隆疏水性涂布用于主混合的容器内壁以降低内壁的表面能,从而以有效的方式提供胶囊制备。当如下文以“包装内制造”方法所详述的。将最终的初级包装直接用于主混合时,最终的初级包装的内壁应具有50dyne/cm或更低,优选40dyne/cm或更低的表面能。
适合用于主混合的混合设备是外部能源型设备和容器摇动型设备。这些设备是在制备胶囊的容器中不具有混合桨叶等的那些。这些设备是有利的,因为在制备过程期间,几乎不提供或仅提供可控量的剪切应力。这些设备是有利的,还因为制备过程在较短的时间段内完成。
外能源型混合设备包括但不限于振动型搅拌器和谐振频率型搅拌器。振动型搅拌器是通过垂直振动运动、陀螺式振荡或振动频率作用而提供对流混合的那些。谐振频率型搅拌器是使用振荡器来激发材料以经由高效能量转移来混合的那些。容器摇动型混合设备是不提供旋转运动,而是通过陀螺式摇动运动的交替加速和减速作用来提供对流混合的那些。
在这些外能源型设备或容器晃动型设备中,简单地将用于制备胶囊的组成组分一起填充到混合容器中,并且混合。所述混合容器不被倒置。因此,这些设备可用于提供在供消费者使用的最终的初始包装中直接制备胶囊的方法,即所谓的“包装内制备”方法。因此,在一个高度优选的实施方案中,本发明的方法涉及使用外能源型设备或容器晃动型混合设备,其中将胶囊提供到供消费者使用的最终初始包装中,其中所述方法包括以下步骤:
i)直接在最终的初级包装中提供所述水相、拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末和填料粉末;以及

本文中,最终的初始包装是指使用者在其中接收产品的初始包装,而不是仅用于将产品递送或填充到最终的初始包装中的临时容器或包装。
可商购获得的本文中高度优选的振动型搅拌器包括可得自CPS Color的COROB 200,和可得自Tsukishima Techno Machinery Co.,Ltd.的TSTM Vibratory Mixer and Vibratory Mixer Type 1。可商购获得的本文中高度优选的谐振频率搅拌器包括可得自Resodyn Corporation的ResodynResonant Acoustic Mixers。可商购获得的本文中高度优选的容器摇动搅拌器包括可得自Willy A.Bachofen AG的TURBULA Mixer Type T2F、T10B、T50A、和Dyna Mix,以及可得自CPS Color的COROBM300/CORB和VIBRO。

本发明的胶囊具有适当的震动稳定性,使得其在常规贮藏条件下以及在常规混合过程中是稳定的,而在施用到个人表面时崩解。常规贮藏条件是指5℃至40℃的环境。随着初始的胶囊可流动的干粉状外观变为不能流动的湿糊状外观,通过肉眼能够容易地观察到本发明的胶囊的崩解。
通过如下文的实施例部分所述的翻滚冲击方法,能够合适地定量测定这样的震动稳定性。本发明的胶囊优选具有至少8分钟的震动稳定性。震动稳定性可根据所计划的产品用途进行调整。根据本发明有可能提供具有非常高的震动稳定性的胶囊,但是这样的稳定性必须与施用时的崩解性以及崩解时优选的凉爽感觉相平衡。
实施例
以下实施例进一步描述和例证了本发明保护范围内的实施方案。所给出的这些实施例仅仅是说明性的,不可理解为是对本发明的限制,因为在不脱离本发明实质和范围的条件下可以作出许多变型。除非下文另外说明,此处适用的成分均以化学名或CTFA名来识别。
下列是用于皮肤上的胶囊组合物、其制备方法、和它们特性的技术和感觉评析。实施例1-5为依照本发明的胶囊,而比较实施例1至2为不是依照本发明的那些。此外,提供了参考实施例1和2以描述本文中优选的拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末的特性。
参考实施例1
以下的实施例中使用的拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末照此制备。
在1升的玻璃烧杯中,通过用均质混合器以2000rpm混合,使500g具有580mm2/s的粘度的分子式(1)的甲基乙烯基聚硅氧烷和19g具有30mm2/s的粘度的分子式(2)的甲基氢聚硅氧烷(即,每一烯烃不饱和的基团的氢硅烷基团的数量为1.06的量)溶解。然后,加入3g聚气乙烯月桂醚(9摩尔%添加的氧乙烯)和55g水,并用均质混合器以6000rpm混合,从而实现水包油乳液形式并稠化,并进一步混合15分钟。然后,通过在以2000rpm进行的混合下加入421g水,获得了均一化的白色乳液。该乳液被转入具有带锚固搅拌叶片的混合装置的1升玻璃烧瓶中,调节温度为15-20℃,加入氢氯铂酸烯烃络合物(具有0.5%的铂含量)的甲苯溶液0.8g和聚气乙烯月桂醚(9摩尔%添加的氧乙烯)1.6g作为共混溶液,并在相同的温度下混合12小时,以获得硅氧烷弹性体细小颗粒的水分散体。用光学显微镜观察到所述硅氧烷弹性体细小颗粒的形状为球形,并且用电阻法微粒分布测量装置“Multisizer-3”(Beckman Coulter)测量到其具有5μm的体积平均粒度。
如此获得的球形硅氧烷弹性体细小颗粒的水分散体870g被转入具有带锚固搅拌叶片的混合装置的3升玻璃烧瓶中,并加入2013g的水和57g28%的氨溶液。该流体的pH为11.3。调节温度至5-10℃之后,以20分钟的时长滴入60g甲基三甲氧基硅烷(对于100重量份的球形弹性体细小颗粒,6.5重量份的水解缩合的聚甲基倍半硅氧烷),同时保持流体温度在5-10℃,在相同温度下再混合1小时,以完成甲基三甲氧基硅烷的水解缩合。
用加压过滤器将硅氧烷弹性体细小颗粒的水分散体中的水解缩合的甲基三甲氧基硅烷流体脱水至水含量为约30%。将脱水物转入具有带锚固搅拌叶片的混合装置的5升玻璃烧瓶中,加入3000g 50%的甲醇溶液并混合30分钟,然后用加压过滤器脱水。将脱水物转入具有带锚固搅拌叶片的混合装置的5升玻璃烧瓶中,加入3000g的水并混合30分钟,然后用加压过滤器脱水。在热空气对流干燥机中于105℃干燥脱水物并挤入气流磨,以获得能流动的细小颗粒。通过用电子显微镜观察,确认了所获得的是表面涂覆有约100nm的微粒的球形细小颗粒,其中球形硅氧烷弹性体细小颗粒涂覆有聚甲基倍半硅氧烷。通过用表面活性剂使上述细小颗粒分散在水中,并用电阻法微粒分布测量装置“Multisizer-3”(Beckman Coulter)测量,测得其体积平均粒度为5μm。当用JIS K 6253测量时,所获得的细小颗粒具有29的硬度检测器A硬度。
当1g所获得的细小颗粒与50g水被置于100ml的烧杯中并用玻璃棒混合1分钟时,没有颗粒分散到水中,而是依然漂浮在表面。
参考实施例2
以下的实施例中使用的拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末照此制备。
以与参考实施例1中相同的方式获得了球形硅氧烷弹性体细小颗粒的水分散体。
如此获得的球形硅氧烷弹性体细小颗粒的水分散体870g被转入具有带锚固搅拌叶片的混合装置的3升玻璃烧瓶中,并加入2013g的水和57g28%的氨溶液。该流体的pH为11.3。调节温度至5-10℃之后,以20分钟的时长滴入46.8g甲基三甲氧基硅烷(对于100重量份的球形弹性体细小颗粒,5.1重量份的水解缩合的聚甲基倍半硅氧烷),同时保持流体温度在5-10℃,然后以5分钟的时长滴入8.4g三甲基硅烷醇(对于100重量份的球形弹性体细小颗粒,1.9重量份的水解缩合的聚甲基倍半硅氧烷)和4.8g四甲氧基硅烷(0.34mol每1mol三甲基硅烷醇),同时保持流体温度在5-10℃,在相同温度下再混合1小时,以完成甲基三甲氧基硅烷、四甲氧基硅烷、和三甲基硅烷醇的水解缩合。
用加压过滤器将硅氧烷弹性体细小颗粒的水分散体中的水解缩合的甲基三甲氧基硅烷、四甲氧基硅烷、和三甲基硅烷醇甲氧硅烷流体脱水至水含量为约30%。将脱水物转入具有带锚固搅拌叶片的混合装置的5升玻璃烧瓶中,加入3000g 50%的甲醇溶液并混合30分钟,然后用加压过滤器脱水。将脱水物转入具有带锚固搅拌叶片的混合装置的5升玻璃烧瓶中,加入3000g的水并混合30分钟,然后用加压过滤器脱水。在热空气对流干燥机中于105℃干燥脱水物并挤入气流磨,以获得能流动的细小颗粒。通过用电子显微镜观察,确认了所获得的是表面涂覆有约100nm的微粒的球形细小颗粒,其中球形硅氧烷弹性体细小颗粒涂覆有聚甲基倍半硅氧烷。通过用表面活性剂使上述细小颗粒分散在水中,并用电阻法微粒分布测量装置“Multisizer-3”(Beckman Coulter)测量,测得其体积平均粒度为5μm。当用JIS K 6253测量时,所获得的细小颗粒具有29的硬度检测器A硬度。
当1g所获得的细小颗粒与50g水被置于100ml的烧杯中并用玻璃棒混合1分钟时,没有颗粒分散到水中,而是依然漂浮在表面。

制备方法
混合组分A,并且转移到具有疏水性内表面的容器中。分别混合组分B,并且转移到同一容器中。关闭所述容器并用TURBLER Shaker MixerT2F(Willy A.Bachofen AG)以95rpm震动3分钟。
测试方法
胶囊包封:如果通过来自KEYENCE的数字显微镜VHX-900观察到了均匀的细小颗粒状的胶囊,则评价为“好”。如果没有形成胶囊,则评价为“不好”。图1提供了已成功地形成的本发明的优选实施方案的胶囊200倍放大的显微照片。如能够从图1看见的,观察到了胶囊的清晰边界。当胶囊没有形成时,观察不到这样的边界,而是观察到或多或少均一化的整体。对于没有形成胶囊的那些组合物,不可能进行余下的测试。
震动稳定性(翻滚冲击方法):称量5g的粉末样品并置于50ml的聚丙烯容器中。盖上盖子之后,将上述容器放入1L的塑料容器中。盖上上述1L的容器,安置于TURBLER Mixer Type T2F(Willy A.Bachofen AG)上,以100rpm摇动1分钟,然后停止并观察。每一分钟的摇动之后,重复相同的摇动和观察程序,直到总共进行15个循环。如果粉末样品崩解并变为液态,则认为是测试终点,记录总的摇动时间。如果样品耐受了总计5分钟的摇动并在总计6分钟时崩解,则测试值被定义为“5分钟”。耐受了8分钟的摇动的那些组合物被认为具有可以接受的稳定性。
施用时的凉爽感觉:当被五名专家级专门小组成员施用在手上时,以5个等级评估凉爽感觉(不凉爽-1,非常微弱的凉爽-2,微弱的凉爽-3,强烈的凉爽-4和非常强烈的凉爽-5)。然后计算平均值。没有提供大于3.0的计算分值的那些组合物被认为没有提供令人满意的凉爽感觉。
评定
实施例1-5和比较实施例1-2的结果显示在表1和2中。不含拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末,并且包含水分散性硅氧烷弹性体粉末作为替代的比较实施例1,没有提供可以接受的稳定性。具有少于所需量的填料粉末的比较实施例2没有形成胶囊。
实施例1-5的使用
实施例1-5的胶囊具有适当的震动稳定性,使得其在常规贮藏条件下以及常规混合过程中是稳定的,而在施用到皮肤上时在一定的剪切应力下崩解。当崩解时,实施例1-5的胶囊向皮肤提供良好的感觉。实施例1-3作为粉底是有用的。当施用到皮肤上时,所述胶囊通过平衡的覆盖范围和自然的外观在皮肤上提供适当的凉爽感觉、良好的外观。实施例4作为皮肤增亮粉末和/或凉爽粉末是有用的。当施用到皮肤上时,所述胶囊提供适当的凉爽感觉,并且亮肤剂渗透到皮肤中。实施例5作为眼影和腮红是有用的。当施用到皮肤上时,所述胶囊提供适当的凉爽感觉和良好的外观。

Claims (14)
1.一种可崩解含水胶囊,所述胶囊包含按重量计:
(a)40%至98%的水相,所述水相包含按该水相的重量计至少50%的水;以及
(b)0.1%至35%的拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末,所述拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末包含100重量份的球形硅氧烷弹性体颗粒和0.5-25重量份的用于涂覆所述球形硅氧烷弹性体颗粒的聚有机倍半硅氧烷;其中所述拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末在水中不分散,而是漂浮;具有至少1μm的平均粒度并且具有通过硬度计A硬度测得的10至80的柔软度;以及
(c)2%至30%的填料粉末,所述填料粉末具有不大于1μm的平均粒度并且是经过疏水性表面处理的;
其中所述拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末的涂覆的聚有机倍半硅氧烷的表面还与三甲基甲硅烷基结合;
其中所述拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末的表面涂覆的聚有机倍半硅氧烷通过与四烷氧硅烷和至少一种硅烷化剂的水解而进一步缩合,其中所述硅烷化剂选自由下列组成的组:三甲基烷氧基硅烷、三甲基硅烷醇和六甲基二硅氮烷;和
其中所述填料粉末包括至少一种纺锤形的金属氧化物粉末,所述纺锤形的金属氧化物粉末是经过疏水性表面处理的,并且具有25nm至150nm的平均长轴粒度、4nm至50nm的平均短轴粒度和大于3的纵横比。
2.如权利要求1所述的胶囊,其中所述拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末具有通过硬度计A硬度测得的10至35的柔软度。
3.如权利要求1所述的胶囊,其中所述水相还包含胶凝剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的胶囊,其中所述胶囊还包含皮肤有益剂。
5.如权利要求1所述的胶囊,其中所述胶囊还包含香料。
6.如权利要求1所述的胶囊,其中所述胶囊基本上不含表面活性剂。
7.如权利要求1所述的胶囊,其中所述胶囊基本上不含表面涂氟的颜料。
8.如权利要求1所述的胶囊,其中所述胶囊具有适当的剪切耐受性,使得其在常规贮藏条件下以及在常规混合过程中是稳定的,而在施用到个人表面时崩解。
9.如权利要求8所述的胶囊,其中所述胶囊当用翻滚冲击方法测量时具有至少8分钟的震动稳定性。
10.一种包含如权利要求1所述的胶囊的化妆品组合物。
11.一种制备如权利要求1所述的胶囊的方法,其中所述胶囊的组分被混合设备混合,所述混合设备选自由外部能源型和容器摇动型组成的组。
12.如权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述胶囊将在最终的初级包装中提供给消费者使用,其中所述方法包括以下步骤:
i)直接在最终的初级包装中提供所述水相、拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末和填料粉末;以及
ii)将步骤i)的产物安放在用于制备所述胶囊的混合设备上。
13.一种用于提供如权利要求1所述的可崩解含水胶囊的即用即制型产品,所述产品包括所述胶囊的组成组分和最终的初级包装,所述初级包装具有内壁,所述内壁具有50dyne/cm或更低的表面张力,其中所述水相在使用前与所述拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末和填料粉末分别地包装,并且其中所述胶囊通过下列步骤制备:
i)将所述水相、拒水性硅氧烷弹性体粉末和填料粉末填充进所述最终的初级包装;以及
ii)将步骤i)的产物手动摇晃,直至所述水相被胶囊包封于所述填料粉末中。
14.一种处理皮肤或对皮肤化妆的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)提供如权利要求1所述的可崩解含水胶囊;
(2)通过手指或施用装置在皮肤上剪切所述可崩解含水胶囊以允许所述可崩解含水胶囊崩解;从而所述可崩解含水胶囊的组分被施用到皮肤上;和
(3)使水蒸发和/或吸收到皮肤中。
