本发明公开了一种防霉玻璃胶的制造工艺,属于化工技术领域。本发明的制备工艺如下:(1)将硫化硅橡胶和甲基硅油、防霉剂、增塑剂一起加入到搅拌釜中,开动搅拌机,转速为20转/分,搅拌至少20分钟后,加入甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷;(2)继续搅拌至少20分钟,加入气相粉后搅拌至少40分钟;(3)加入二醋酸二丁基锡,继续搅拌至少20分钟,搅拌均匀后,包装即得成品。相对于现有技术,本发明具有防霉和快干特性,能够快速产生较强的粘结力,其制造工艺简单,操作方便。本发明产品表干时间和固化速度较快,便于施工,产品粘结性好,透明度较高。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工技术领域,尤其是一种防霉玻璃胶的制造工艺。
背景技术
玻璃胶是将玻璃与玻璃或玻璃与其它基材进行粘接的材料,以成分可以分为硅酮胶和聚氨酯胶,硅酮胶又分为酸性胶和中性胶,中性胶又分为结构胶、密封胶、耐候胶;硅酮胶是有机硅部分产品,其粘接力强,拉伸强度大,同时又具有耐候性、抗震性和防潮、抗臭性和适应冷热变化大的特点。加之其较广泛的适用性,能实现大多数建材产品之间的粘合,因此应用价值非常大。
目前,现有的酸性玻璃胶一般可以适用于金属与塑料、铝合金门窗、店面橱窗、天窗、塑胶之间、玻璃之间的密封防漏,但是不可用于结构玻璃装配;现有的酸性玻璃胶对大部分建筑材料,如玻璃、铝材、不含油质的木材等具有优异的粘结性,但是不能用于粘接陶瓷、大理石等。现有的酸性玻璃胶使用之后通常需要较长的时间才能变干,从而产生较强的粘结力,对于某些要求快速粘结的场所或物件,往往不能达到理想的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够快速产生较强的粘结力的一种防霉玻璃胶的制造工艺。
本发明的目的是通过采用以下技术方案来实现的:
一种防霉玻璃胶的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):将硫化硅橡胶和甲基硅油、防霉剂、增塑剂一起加入到搅拌釜中,开动搅拌机,转速为20转/分,搅拌至少20分钟后,加入甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷;
步骤(2):继续搅拌至少20分钟,加入气相粉后搅拌至少40分钟;
步骤(3):加入二醋酸二丁基锡,继续搅拌至少20分钟,搅拌均匀后,包装即得成品。
所述玻璃胶包括以下重量配比的组分:硫化硅橡胶62份、二甲基硅油10份、增塑剂12份,气相粉8份,甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷7.9份、二醋酸二丁基锡0.1份。
所述气相粉是气相二氧化硅。
所述玻璃胶是单组份硅酮胶。
所述硅橡胶是室温硫化硅橡胶。
本发明的有益效果是:相对于现有技术,本发明是具有防霉和快干特性的酸性玻璃胶,能够快速产生较强的粘结力,其制造工艺简单,操作方便。本发明产品表干时间和固化速度较快,便于施工,产品粘结性好,透明度较高。
具体实施方式
一种防霉玻璃胶的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):将硫化硅橡胶和甲基硅油、防霉剂、增塑剂一起加入到搅拌釜中,开动搅拌机,转速为20转/分,搅拌至少20分钟后,加入甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷;
步骤(2):继续搅拌至少20分钟,加入气相粉后搅拌至少40分钟;
步骤(3):加入二醋酸二丁基锡,继续搅拌至少20分钟,搅拌均匀后,包装即得成品。
所述玻璃胶包括以下重量配比的组分:硫化硅橡胶62份、二甲基硅油10份、增塑剂12份,气相粉8份,甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷7.9份、二醋酸二丁基锡0.1份。
所述气相粉是气相二氧化硅,玻璃胶是单组份硅酮胶,所述硅橡胶是室温硫化硅橡胶。本发明制造工艺简单,操作方便。产品表干时间和固化速度较快,便于施工,产品粘结性好,透明度较高。

Claims (5)

1.一种防霉玻璃胶的制造工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):将硫化硅橡胶和甲基硅油、防霉剂、增塑剂一起加入到搅拌釜中,开动搅拌机,转速为20转/分,搅拌至少20分钟后,加入甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷;
步骤(2):继续搅拌至少20分钟,加入气相粉后搅拌至少40分钟;
步骤(3):加入二醋酸二丁基锡,继续搅拌至少20分钟,搅拌均匀后,包装即得成品。
