Example 1
The following raw materials in parts by weight are selected: 10 parts of cistanche, 25 parts of black sesame, 5 parts of fructus cannabis, 5 parts of bunge cherry seed, 5 parts of dried orange peel and 10 parts of malt; the bowel relaxing ointment is prepared according to the following preparation method:
(1) crushing: parching semen Sesami Niger and semen Pruni with slow fire, pulverizing into powder, pulverizing fructus Cannabis, and sieving with 60 mesh sieve;
(2) extraction: cleaning Cistanchis herba, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae and fructus Hordei Germinatus with water, mixing, adding purified water 8 times of the total amount of the medicinal materials, decocting with water for 1 time, each time for 1 hr, cooling the extractive solution, and filtering with 200 mesh sieve;
(3) concentration: heating the filtrate to boiling, then using slow fire, continuously stirring and concentrating to three fifths of the original filtrate volume, stopping heating, and keeping the concentrated solution for later use;
(4) mixing and stirring: adding semen Sesami Niger, fructus Cannabis, and semen Pruni powder into the concentrated solution, heating with slow fire, stirring continuously until the stirring rod is lifted to obtain medicinal liquid and hung flag, and stopping heating to obtain paste;
(5) and (3) sterilization: placing the paste obtained in the step (4) in a container, and sterilizing at 150 ℃ for 10 s;
(6) filling: cooling to 36 ℃, and filling and sealing by a vacuum filling machine;
(7) secondary sterilization: sterilizing for 15 minutes at 90 ℃ by using a sterilization kettle to prepare the finished product of the bowel relaxing ointment.
Example 2
The preparation method comprises the following steps of: 30 parts of cistanche, 40 parts of black sesame, 15 parts of fructus cannabis, 15 parts of bunge cherry seed, 15 parts of dried orange peel and 20 parts of malt; the bowel relaxing ointment is prepared according to the following preparation method:
(1) crushing: parching semen Sesami Niger and semen Pruni with slow fire, pulverizing into powder, pulverizing fructus Cannabis, and sieving with 80 mesh sieve;
(2) extraction: cleaning Cistanchis herba, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae and fructus Hordei Germinatus with water, mixing, adding purified water 10 times of the total amount of the medicinal materials, decocting with water for 2 times, each time for 2 hr, cooling the extractive solution, and filtering with 400 mesh sieve;
(3) concentration: heating the filtrate to boiling, then using slow fire, continuously stirring and concentrating to three fifths of the original filtrate volume, stopping heating, and keeping the concentrated solution for later use;
(4) mixing and stirring: adding semen Sesami Niger, fructus Cannabis, and semen Pruni powder into the concentrated solution, heating with slow fire, stirring continuously until the stirring rod is lifted to obtain medicinal liquid and hung flag, and stopping heating to obtain paste;
(5) and (3) sterilization: placing the paste obtained in the step (4) in a container, and sterilizing at high temperature of 120 ℃ for 30 s;
(6) filling: cooling to 40 deg.C, vacuum filling, and sealing;
(7) secondary sterilization: sterilizing for 30 minutes at 80 ℃ by using a sterilization kettle to prepare the finished product of the bowel relaxing ointment.
Example 3
The preparation method comprises the following steps of: 20 parts of cistanche, 30 parts of black sesame, 10 parts of fructus cannabis, 8 parts of bunge cherry seed, 6 parts of dried orange peel and 15 parts of malt; the bowel relaxing ointment is prepared according to the following preparation method:
(1) crushing: parching semen Sesami Niger and semen Pruni with slow fire, pulverizing into powder, pulverizing fructus Cannabis, and sieving with 65 mesh sieve;
(2) extraction: cleaning Cistanchis herba, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae and fructus Hordei Germinatus with water, mixing, adding purified water 12 times of the total amount of the medicinal materials, decocting with water for 3 times, each time for 3 hr, cooling the extractive solution, and filtering with 300 mesh sieve;
(3) concentration: heating the filtrate to boiling, then using slow fire, continuously stirring and concentrating to three fifths of the original filtrate volume, stopping heating, and keeping the concentrated solution for later use;
(4) mixing and stirring: adding semen Sesami Niger, fructus Cannabis, and semen Pruni powder into the concentrated solution, heating with slow fire, stirring continuously until the stirring rod is lifted to obtain medicinal liquid and hung flag, and stopping heating to obtain paste;
(5) and (3) sterilization: placing the paste obtained in the step (4) in a container, and sterilizing at a high temperature of 140 ℃ for 40 s;
(6) filling: cooling to 38 deg.C, vacuum filling, and sealing;
(7) secondary sterilization: sterilizing for 20 minutes at 85 ℃ by using a sterilization kettle to prepare the finished product of the bowel relaxing ointment.
Functional test of animals
Small intestine propulsion experiment
1. Grouping and dose setting: 210 Kunming mice were taken and adaptively fed for 5 days, and then randomly divided into 21 groups of a normal control group, a model control group, a low dose group (0.5g/kg body weight), a high dose group (1.0g/kg body weight) and 17 prescription split groups (2.0g/kg body weight) according to body weight. The specific information of each group is as follows:

group A8: 10 parts of cistanche and 5 parts of fructus cannabis (2.0g/kg of body weight);
group A9: 10 parts of cistanche and 5 parts of bunge cherry seeds (2.0g/kg of body weight);
group A10: 5 parts of bunge cherry seed and 5 parts of dried orange peel (2.0g/kg body weight);
group A11: 10 parts of cistanche, 5 parts of fructus cannabis and 5 parts of bunge cherry seed (2.0g/kg body weight);

group A17: 10 parts of cistanche, 25 parts of black sesame, 5 parts of fructus cannabis, 5 parts of bunge cherry seed and 10 parts of malt (2.0g/kg body weight);
2. model preparation and drug delivery: 10 mice in each group, during the test, the low-dose group, the high-dose group and each prescription group are respectively administered with the test substances according to the gavage of 20 ml/kg-bw, and the normal control group and the model control group are both administered with distilled water with the same volume by gavage for 1 time every day for 14 days continuously. (3) concentration: heating the filtrate to boiling, then using slow fire, continuously stirring and concentrating to three fifths of the original filtrate volume, stopping heating, and keeping the concentrated solution for later use;
(4) mixing and stirring: adding semen Sesami Niger, fructus Cannabis, and semen Pruni into the concentrated solution, heating with slow fire, stirring continuously, lifting the stirring rod to obtain medicinal liquid, hanging flag, and stopping heating to obtain pasty composition.

6. A method for preparing the paste of claim 4, characterized by comprising the steps of:
(1) crushing: parching semen Sesami Niger and semen Pruni with slow fire, pulverizing into powder, and sieving; pulverizing fructus Cannabis, and sieving;
(2) extraction: cleaning cistanche, dried orange peel and malt with water, mixing, adding purified water which is 8-12 times of the total amount of the medicinal materials, extracting for 1-3 times, 1-3 hours each time, cooling the extracting solution, and filtering with a 200-400-mesh sieve;
(3) concentration: heating the filtrate to boiling, then using slow fire, continuously stirring and concentrating to three fifths of the original filtrate volume, stopping heating, and keeping the concentrated solution for later use;
(4) mixing and stirring: adding semen Sesami Niger, fructus Cannabis, and semen Pruni powder into the concentrated solution, heating with slow fire, stirring continuously until the stirring rod is lifted to obtain medicinal liquid and hung flag, and stopping heating to obtain paste;
(5) and (3) sterilization: sterilizing the paste obtained in the step (4) at a high temperature of 120-150 ℃ for 10-40 s;
(6) filling: cooling to 36-40 ℃, and filling and sealing by a vacuum filling machine;
(7) secondary sterilization: sterilizing for 15-30 minutes at 80-90 ℃ by using a sterilization kettle to prepare a finished product of the paste for treating constipation caused by kidney qi deficiency and body fluid depletion.
