Abstract

本发明公开一种用于瓜果疏菜包装运输的防水纸板制造方法,包括以下步骤:挑选麦草、稻草为制造纸板的原材料,将麦草、稻草软化、切割,加入草木浆纤维软化降解剂对麦草、稻草进行软化处理;将软化后的麦草、稻草堆置5‑7天,微生物分解麦草、稻草中的木素、半纤维素、多糖类物质;将微生物处理后的麦草、稻草制浆,向浆料中加入湿强剂并搅拌;将浆料抄造制得半成品纸板;将纸板通过熔融的防水涂料浸渍槽浸泡20min,然后将纸板置于120℃的热风干燥10min,冷却至室温,即得防水纸板。本发明防水纸板的制造方法简单,制备得到的纸板不仅具有良好的防水性,纸板强度大大提高,且纸张表面性质也很好,很好地解决包装箱纸抗潮、回软现象。

技术领域
本发明属于造纸技术领域,涉及一种用于瓜果疏菜包装运输的防水纸板制造方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着人民生活水平的提高,对商品外包装的要求越来越高。瓜果疏菜包装纸箱作为商品外包装容器,不仅能保证商品的运输安全,又要能起到美化商品、提高附加值、促进销售的作用,特别是近年来市场上出现各种印刷精美的新型防潮上光纸箱在很大程度上改进了包装纸箱的产品质量,从根本上解决了纸箱包装易潮、易霉、易损的问题。
目前具有防水性能的纸箱需求正在不断的增长,尤其是在蔬菜、食品产品的包装方面应用逐步增加。特别是出口产品的耐水纸箱用量增长迅速,极大的促进了纸箱制造业的发展。
防水涂料在纸箱上涂刷后快速干燥成膜,其膜层透明度高、光泽度好,涂膜光滑不粘连,对纸箱印刷油墨无影响。一般的纸箱经过涂饰防水涂料后,可使纸箱的表面耐磨性增强、抗划痕、强度高,且有较强的抗水性、良好的防潮性,可对纸箱起到美化及长期保护的作用。
现有技术是在纸板粘合过程中,把耐水性的防水涂料用喷涂法或滚涂法涂布在张纸表面上,使纸板具有良好的耐水性。用这种方法制造的纸板,能充分防止水从表面浸入,加工费用也较低廉,但不能防止水从纸板断面浸入。
更多的是,上述纸箱在包装瓜果疏菜时,保鲜性能还不能够满足需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于瓜果疏菜包装运输的防水纸板制造方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种用于瓜果疏菜包装运输的防水纸板制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)挑选麦草、稻草为制造纸板的原材料,将麦草、稻草软化、切割,加入草木浆纤维软化降解剂对麦草、稻草进行软化处理;
(2)将软化后的麦草、稻草堆置5-7天,微生物分解麦草、稻草中的木素、半纤维素、多糖类物质;
(3)将微生物处理后的麦草、稻草制浆,向浆料中加入湿强剂并搅拌;
(4)将浆料抄造制得半成品纸板;
(5)将纸板通过熔融的防水涂料浸渍槽浸泡20min,然后将纸板置于120℃的热风干燥10min,冷却至室温,即得防水纸板。
作为进一步地优选,本发明所述步骤(3)中强湿剂的添加量为浆料重量的0.01-0.3%。
作为进一步地优选,本发明所述步骤(3)中搅拌速度为850-900r/min,搅拌3-5min。
本发明的有益效果:本发明防水纸板的制造方法简单,制备得到的纸板不仅具有良好的防水性,纸板强度大大提高,且纸张表面性质也很好,很好地解决包装箱纸抗潮、回软现象。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
一种用于瓜果疏菜包装运输的防水纸板制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1、挑选麦草、稻草为制造纸板的原材料,将麦草、稻草软化、切割,加入草木浆纤维软化降解剂对麦草、稻草进行软化处理。
2、将软化后的麦草、稻草堆置5-7天,微生物分解麦草、稻草中的木素、半纤维素、多糖类物质。
3、将微生物处理后的麦草、稻草制浆,向浆料中加入湿强剂并搅拌,其中,强湿剂的添加量为浆料重量的0.1%,搅拌速度为850r/min,搅拌3min。
4、将浆料抄造制得半成品纸板。
5、将纸板通过熔融的防水涂料浸渍槽浸泡20min,然后将纸板置于120℃的热风干燥10min,冷却至室温,即得防水纸板。
实施例2
一种用于瓜果疏菜包装运输的防水纸板制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1、挑选麦草、稻草为制造纸板的原材料,将麦草、稻草软化、切割,加入草木浆纤维软化降解剂对麦草、稻草进行软化处理。
2、将软化后的麦草、稻草堆置5-7天,微生物分解麦草、稻草中的木素、半纤维素、多糖类物质。
3、将微生物处理后的麦草、稻草制浆,向浆料中加入湿强剂并搅拌,其中,强湿剂的添加量为浆料重量的0.3%,搅拌速度为900r/min,搅拌4min。
4、将浆料抄造制得半成品纸板。
5、将纸板通过熔融的防水涂料浸渍槽浸泡20min,然后将纸板置于120℃的热风干燥10min,冷却至室温,即得防水纸板。

(2)将软化后的麦草、稻草堆置5-7天,微生物分解麦草、稻草中的木素、半纤维素、多糖类物质;
(3)将微生物处理后的麦草、稻草制浆,向浆料中加入湿强剂并搅拌;
(4)将浆料抄造制得半成品纸板;
(5)将纸板通过熔融的防水涂料浸渍槽浸泡20min,然后将纸板置于120℃的热风干燥10min,冷却至室温,即得防水纸板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于瓜果疏菜包装运输的防水纸板制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中强湿剂的添加量为浆料重量的0.01-0.3%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于瓜果疏菜包装运输的防水纸板制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中搅拌速度为850-900r/min,搅拌3-5min。
