本发明公开了一种防潮防霉瓦楞纸箱,属于纸箱生产加工技术领域,包括由瓦楞纸板组成的箱体,所述瓦楞纸板由至少两层瓦楞芯纸通过胶粘剂粘合,所述瓦楞纸板由外到内依次为面纸、芯纸和里纸,所述瓦楞纸板的面纸上设置有防水涂料,瓦楞纸箱经过涂饰防水涂料后,可使纸箱的表面耐磨性增强、抗划痕、强度高,且有较强的抗水性、良好的防潮性,可对纸箱起到美化及长期保护的作用。里纸表面设置有防霉涂料,能够有效抑制霉菌的生长及繁衍,有效防止霉菌对所运输物品的侵蚀。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸箱生产技术领域,更为具体地,涉及一种防潮防霉瓦楞纸箱。
背景技术
瓦楞纸板经过模切、压痕、钉箱或粘箱制成瓦楞纸箱。瓦楞纸箱是一种应用最广的包装制品,用量一直是各种包装制品之首,包括钙塑瓦楞纸箱。半个多世纪以来,瓦楞纸箱以其优越的使用性能和良好的加工性能逐渐取代了木箱等运输包装容器,成为运输包装的主力军。它除了保护商品、便于仓储、运输之外,还起到美化商品,宣传商品的作用。瓦楞纸箱属于绿色环保产品,它利于环保,利于装卸运输。但是在运输过程中难免会遇到下雨天气,瓦楞纸箱防水性能较差,遇水容易烂掉,造成包装盒损毁,弄湿损坏包装盒内的物品。同时,物品在生产、包装、运输和储存的过程中,由于空气、土壤、水等都存在微生物,利用普通瓦楞纸箱包装的物品物品不可避免会受到霉菌的感染,当霉菌大量繁殖时,会对包装盒内的物品造成不同程度的损害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种防潮防霉瓦楞纸箱,能够起到较好的防潮防霉效果,有效保护被服等内装物不受霉菌的侵害。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种防潮防霉瓦楞纸箱,包括由瓦楞纸板组成的箱体,所述瓦楞纸板由外到内依次为面纸、芯纸和里纸,所述瓦楞纸板由至少两层瓦楞芯纸通过胶粘剂粘合,所述瓦楞纸板的面纸表面上设置有防水涂料,所述防水涂料由以下玉米淀粉110~200份,焦锑酸钾1~5份,脱水明矾6~20份,轻质氧化镁7~15份,硼砂5~20份,浓度为95%的氢氧化钠溶液4-19份,硫酸铝0.5~2份,聚乙烯醇3~12份,膨胀剂1~10份,水830-1310份;所述里纸表面设置有防霉涂料,所述防霉涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:水:65-75份;大米淀粉:9-12份;糯米淀粉:22-30份;碳酸钙:12-16份;氢氧化钠:1-2份;环氧树脂:3-4份;萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物:0.12-0.16份;羧甲基纤维素:1.5-1.8份;硼砂:0.3-0.5份;防腐剂:1.5-1.7份。
进一步的,所述防水涂料制备过程如下:先将水加入容器中,在50-65℃、30-40r/s转速下搅拌均匀后加入玉米淀粉,搅拌至粘稠状,加入焦锑酸钾、脱水明矾、轻质氧化镁、硼砂、浓度为95%的氢氧化钠溶液、硫酸铝、聚乙烯醇、膨胀剂、继续搅拌混合均匀即可制得防水涂料。
进一步的,所述防霉涂料制备过程如下:将水倒入容器中,并调整水温为50-70℃,加入大米淀粉搅拌均匀后加入糯米淀粉,搅拌至粘稠状,再加入碳酸钙,并进行搅拌,其中,搅拌时间为10-20min,加入氢氧化钠、环氧树脂、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、羧甲基纤维素、硼砂、防腐剂,搅拌均匀后静置、冷却,即可制得防霉涂料。
进一步的,所述防霉涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:水:70份;大米淀粉:10份;糯米淀粉:24份;碳酸钙:14份;氢氧化钠:1.5份;环氧树脂:3.3份;萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物:0.14份;羧甲基纤维素:1.7份;硼砂:0.4份;防腐剂:1.6份。

一种防潮防霉瓦楞纸箱,包括由瓦楞纸板组成的箱体,所述瓦楞纸板由外到内依次为面纸、芯纸和里纸,所述瓦楞纸板由至少两层瓦楞芯纸通过胶粘剂粘合,所述瓦楞纸板的面纸表面上设置有防水涂料,所述防水涂料由以下玉米淀粉110~200份,焦锑酸钾1~5份,脱水明矾6~20份,轻质氧化镁7~15份,硼砂5~20份,浓度为95%的氢氧化钠溶液4-19份,硫酸铝0.5~2份,聚乙烯醇3~12份,膨胀剂1~10份,水830-1310份;所述里纸表面设置有防霉涂料,所述防霉涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:水:65-75份;大米淀粉:9-12份;糯米淀粉:22-30份;碳酸钙:12-16份;氢氧化钠:1-2份;环氧树脂:3-4份;萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物:0.12-0.16份;羧甲基纤维素:1.5-1.8份;硼砂:0.3-0.5份;防腐剂:1.5-1.7份。
优选的,所述防水涂料制备过程如下:先将水加入容器中,在50-65℃、30-40r/s转速下搅拌均匀后加入玉米淀粉,搅拌至粘稠状,加入焦锑酸钾、脱水明矾、轻质氧化镁、硼砂、浓度为95%的氢氧化钠溶液、硫酸铝、聚乙烯醇、膨胀剂、继续搅拌混合均匀即可制得防水涂料。将防水涂料经过MRC-1000涂布机涂布于250g/m2箱纸板上,170℃烘干后收卷,作为面纸1备用。
优选的,所述防霉涂料制备过程如下:将水倒入容器中,并调整水温为50-70℃,加入大米淀粉搅拌均匀后加入糯米淀粉,搅拌至粘稠状,再加入碳酸钙,并进行搅拌,其中,搅拌时间为10-20min,加入氢氧化钠、环氧树脂、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、羧甲基纤维素、硼砂、防腐剂,搅拌均匀后静置、冷却,即可制得防霉涂料。将防霉涂料使用涂布机将此涂料涂布于230g/m2的牛卡纸上,涂布量分别8,18g/m2,并以未涂布的作为参照,烘干后收卷,作为里纸3备用。
芯纸3经过多层粘合组成复合瓦楞芯纸,防水涂布面纸1、防霉涂布里纸3、复合瓦楞芯纸,经过生产线,制备复合六层瓦楞纸板和纸箱。
作为较佳的实施例,所述水为蒸馏水。
实施例2
一种防潮防霉瓦楞纸箱,包括由瓦楞纸板组成的箱体,所述瓦楞纸板由外到内依次为面纸1、芯纸2和里纸3,所述瓦楞纸板由至少两层瓦楞芯纸2通过胶粘剂粘合,所述瓦楞纸板的面纸1上设置有防水涂料,所述防水涂料由以下玉米淀粉110~200份,焦锑酸钾1~5份,脱水明矾6~20份,轻质氧化镁7~15份,硼砂5~20份,浓度为95%的氢氧化钠溶液4-19份,硫酸铝0.5~2份,聚乙烯醇3~12份,膨胀剂1~10份,水830-1310份;所述里纸1表面设置有防霉涂料,所述防霉涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:水:70份;大米淀粉:10份;糯米淀粉:24份;碳酸钙:14份;氢氧化钠:1.5份;环氧树脂:3.3份;萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物:0.14份;羧甲基纤维素:1.7份;硼砂:0.4份;防腐剂:1.6份。
防霉测试方法和标准:内外包装材料与包装件按GB/T4768-2008“防霉包装”的试验方法,将试验材料放置于温度29℃±1℃,相对湿度97%±1%的试验箱中进行28天防霉试验,按照霉菌生长情况,将防霉包装等级分为4级。各等级有如下不同:
I级经28天霉菌试验,均未发现霉菌生长。
II级经28天霉菌试验后,内包装密封完好,产品表面及内包装薄膜表面均未发现霉菌生长。外包装局部区域有霉菌生长,生长面积不应超过内外表面的10%,且不应因长霉影响包装的使用性能。
III级经28天霉菌试验后,产品及内外包装允许出现局部少量长霉现象。试验样品长霉面积不应超过其内外表面的25%。
IV级进行28天霉菌试验后,试验样品局部或整件出现严重长霉现象,长霉面积占其内外表面积25%。若试验延长至84天,试验期内包装材料机械性能下降,产生霉斑影响外观。经测试,本实施例1-3制得的防霉瓦楞纸箱均达到I级。

1.一种防潮防霉瓦楞纸箱,其特征在于:包括由瓦楞纸板组成的箱体,所述瓦楞纸板由至少两层瓦楞芯纸通过胶粘剂粘合,所述瓦楞纸板由外到内依次为面纸、芯纸和里纸,所述瓦楞纸板的面纸表面上设置有防水涂料,所述防水涂料由以下玉米淀粉110~200份,焦锑酸钾1~5份,脱水明矾6~20份,轻质氧化镁7~15份,硼砂5~20份,浓度为95%的氢氧化钠溶液4-19份,硫酸铝0.5~2份,聚乙烯醇3~12份,膨胀剂1~10份,水830-1310份;所述里纸表面设置有防霉涂料,所述防霉涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:水:65-75份;大米淀粉:9-12份;糯米淀粉:22-30份;碳酸钙:12-16份;氢氧化钠:1-2份;环氧树脂:3-4份;萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物:0.12-0.16份;羧甲基纤维素:1.5-1.8份;硼砂:0.3-0.5份;防腐剂:1.5-1.7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防潮防霉瓦楞纸箱,其特征在于,所述防水涂料制备过程如下:先将水加入容器中,在50-65℃、30-40r/s转速下搅拌均匀后加入玉米淀粉,搅拌至粘稠状,加入焦锑酸钾、脱水明矾、轻质氧化镁、硼砂、浓度为95%的氢氧化钠溶液、硫酸铝、聚乙烯醇、膨胀剂、继续搅拌混合均匀即可制得防水涂料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防潮防霉瓦楞纸箱,其特征在于,所述防霉涂料制备过程如下:将水倒入容器中,并调整水温为50-70℃,加入大米淀粉搅拌均匀后加入糯米淀粉,搅拌至粘稠状,再加入碳酸钙,并进行搅拌,其中,搅拌时间为10-20min,加入氢氧化钠、环氧树脂、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、羧甲基纤维素、硼砂、防腐剂,搅拌均匀后静置、冷却,即可制得防霉涂料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防潮防霉瓦楞纸箱,其特征在于:所述防霉涂料由以下重量份的原料制成:水:70份;大米淀粉:10份;糯米淀粉:24份;碳酸钙:14份;氢氧化钠:1.5份;环氧树脂:3.3份;萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物:0.14份;羧甲基纤维素:1.7份;硼砂:0.4份;防腐剂:1.6份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的防潮防霉瓦楞纸箱,其特征在于:所述水为蒸馏水。
