Abstract

一种热塑性胶粘剂及其制备方法,属于胶粘剂技术领域。本发明热塑性胶粘剂以以丙烯酸酯类共聚物为主要组分,通过引入带官能团的单体,赋予了本发明胶粘剂的耐热、耐水、易交联等性能。无机填料与有机主体材料之间可以相互作用,提高胶粘剂的粘附力、强度和韧性;本发明热塑性胶粘剂同时具有较高的强度和韧性。本发明热塑性胶粘剂固化温度低,在室温下便可固化,工艺简单、操作方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶粘剂的制备方法,具体地涉及一种热塑性胶粘剂及其制备方法,属于胶粘剂技术领域。
背景技术
人类使用胶粘剂已有几千年的历史,随着各种胶粘剂理论的相继提出,以及胶粘界面化学、胶粘剂流变学和胶粘破坏机理等基础研究工作的深入进展,使胶粘剂性能、品种和应用有了突飞猛进的发展。胶粘剂,又称粘合剂或者胶黏剂,是通过界面的粘附和物质的内聚作用,使两种或两种以上的部件或材料连接在一起的天然的或人工合成的、有机的或无机的一类物质的统称,习惯上人们将胶粘剂简称为胶。
随着工业经济的发展,需求量的逐渐增加,胶粘剂从最早的动物胶到现在的多种多样的人工合成胶粘剂,胶粘剂在各个行业中得到了广泛的应用。在建筑方面胶粘剂主要用于室内装饰和密封两个方面。在轻工业部门中,胶粘剂用于塑料包装箱、金属、复合材料等材料的粘结。胶粘剂还用于木材加工,人们利用胶粘剂将木材做成胶合板,不仅提高了木材的性能,增加其应用范围更是利用胶粘剂将木材加工中剩下的没用的下脚料刨花和木等压制成各种纤维板、木屑板等板材,胶粘剂为木材资源的综合利用开辟了新途径。发展最快的是以橡胶、聚丙烯酸酯为基料的压敏型和以低分子量聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯等为基料的热熔胶以及醋酸乙烯乳液等,除此以外,在胶粘剂在乐器、文具、日用百货、文物的修复和古迹的保护中也有着广泛的应用。在新兴高科技的航天航空方面,胶粘剂更是发挥着重要的作用。
热塑性胶粘剂的基料是线性聚合物,是通过溶剂挥发、冷却等使胶粘剂固化成为胶层的一类胶粘剂,固化时,不发生交联反应,加热时会软化或者融化。热塑性胶粘剂具有良好的柔韧性、耐冲击性和初始粘结力,但是其粘结强度较低、耐热性差。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种耐热、耐水、易交联的热塑性胶粘剂,同时具有较高强度和韧性,性能优异。本发明实现上述目的所采用的技术如下:
一种热塑性胶粘剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:
其中所述的丙烯酸酯类共聚物是由以下步骤制备的:
将14.4-15.8kg甲基炳烯酸甲脂、28.3-30.3kg丙烯酸丁酯、43.5-46.7kg水、1.3-1.6kg十二烷基硫酸钠和0.2kg过硫酸钾引发剂加入到乳化器中,开启搅拌进行乳化约1-2h,然后升温至70-80℃,反应3-4h后,降温,调节pH值至中性,出料即得到丙烯酸酯类共聚物。
其中所述的促进剂由以下份数的组份组成,所述份数均为重量份:
氯化亚锡6-9份;
辛酸亚锡3-7份。
其中所述的稀释剂由以下份数的组份组成,所述份数均为重量份:
环氧丙烷苯基醚8-13份;
二缩水甘油醚7-12份。
其中所述的填料由以下份数的组份组成,所述份数均为重量份:
气相二氧化硅5-10份;
铝粉3-5份。
本发明热塑性胶粘剂制备工艺如下:
依次将丙烯酸酯类共聚物、促进剂、稀释剂、填料加入JJ-5行星式水泥胶砂搅拌机,搅拌均匀,即得到本发明热塑性胶粘剂。
本发明所具有的有益效果是:
1、本发明热塑性胶粘剂以以丙烯酸酯类共聚物为主要组分,通过引入带官能团的单体,赋予了本发明胶粘剂的耐热、耐水、易交联等性能。
2、无机填料与有机主体材料之间可以相互作用,提高胶粘剂的粘附力、强度和韧性;
3、本发明热塑性胶粘剂同时具有较高的强度和韧性。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,具体实施例不限制本发明。
实施例1:本发明提供了一种热塑性胶粘剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:
本发明热塑性胶粘剂制备工艺如下:
(1)将14.6kg甲基炳烯酸甲脂、30.3kg丙烯酸丁酯、44.7kg水、1.4kg十二烷基硫酸钠和0.2kg过硫酸钾引发剂加入到乳化器中,开启搅拌进行乳化约2h,然后升温至80℃,反应4h后,降温,调节pH值至中性,出料即得到丙烯酸酯类共聚物。
(2)依次将丙烯酸酯类共聚物、促进剂、稀释剂、填料加入JJ-5行星式水泥胶砂搅拌机,搅拌均匀,即得到本发明热塑性胶粘剂。
实施例2:本发明提供了一种热塑性胶粘剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:
本发明热塑性胶粘剂制备工艺如下:
(1)将15.2kg甲基炳烯酸甲脂、29.1kg丙烯酸丁酯、44.5kg水、1.5kg十二烷基硫酸钠和0.1kg过硫酸钾引发剂加入到乳化器中,开启搅拌进行乳化约1.5h,然后升温至75℃,反应3.5h后,降温,调节pH值至中性,出料即得到丙烯酸酯类共聚物。
(2)依次将丙烯酸酯类共聚物、促进剂、稀释剂、填料加入JJ-5行星式水泥胶砂搅拌机,搅拌均匀,即得到本发明热塑性胶粘剂。
实施例3:本发明提供了一种热塑性胶粘剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:
本发明热塑性胶粘剂制备工艺如下:
(1)将14.4kg甲基炳烯酸甲脂、28.3kg丙烯酸丁酯、43.5kg水、1.3kg十二烷基硫酸钠和0.15kg过硫酸钾引发剂加入到乳化器中,开启搅拌进行乳化约1h,然后升温至70℃,反应3h后,降温,调节pH值至中性,出料即得到丙烯酸酯类共聚物。
(2)依次将丙烯酸酯类共聚物、促进剂、稀释剂、填料加入JJ-5行星式水泥胶砂搅拌机,搅拌均匀,即得到本发明热塑性胶粘剂。
实施例4:本发明提供了一种热塑性胶粘剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:
本发明热塑性胶粘剂制备工艺如下:
(1)将15.8kg甲基炳烯酸甲脂、30.3kg丙烯酸丁酯、46.7kg水、1.6kg十二烷基硫酸钠和0.2kg过硫酸钾引发剂加入到乳化器中,开启搅拌进行乳化约2h,然后升温至80℃,反应4h后,降温,调节pH值至中性,出料即得到丙烯酸酯类共聚物。
(2)依次将丙烯酸酯类共聚物、促进剂、稀释剂、填料加入JJ-5行星式水泥胶砂搅拌机,搅拌均匀,即得到本发明热塑性胶粘剂。

环氧丙烷苯基醚8-13份;
二缩水甘油醚7-12份。
4.如权利要求1的一种热塑性胶粘剂,其特征在于:其中所述的填料由以下份数的组份组成,所述份数均为重量份:
气相二氧化硅5-10份;
铝粉3-5份。
5.如权利要求1的一种热塑性胶粘剂,其特征在于:其中所诉的丙烯酸酯类共聚物的制备方法如下:将14.4-15.8kg甲基炳烯酸甲脂、28.3-30.3kg丙烯酸丁酯、43.5-46.7kg水、1.3-1.6kg十二烷基硫酸钠和0.2kg过硫酸钾引发剂加入到乳化器中,开启搅拌进行乳化约1-2h,然后升温至70-80℃,反应3-4h后,降温,调节pH值至中性,出料即得到丙烯酸酯类共聚物。
6.如权利要求1的一种热塑性胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于:依次将丙烯酸酯类共聚物、促进剂、稀释剂、填料加入,搅拌均匀,即得到本发明热塑性胶粘剂。
