本发明属于水产制剂技术领域,公开了一种预防无乳链球菌病的饲料添加剂;含有以下质量百分数的各组分:黄连10~15%;金银花7~15%;板蓝根7~15%;鱼腥草10~20%;黑豆20~40%;石斛0~20%;利用所述添加剂添加入罗非鱼饲料中,其对罗非鱼的免疫保护率最高可达到95.21%;罗非鱼的存活率为93.67%;具有实际和广泛的应用价值。

一种预防无乳链球菌病的饲料添加剂
技术领域
本发明涉及饲料添加剂技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种预防无乳链球菌病的饲料添加剂。
背景技术
链球菌(Streptococcusspp.)是一种广泛分布于自然界的革兰氏阳性菌,是人类的重要病原之一,也是其他多种脊椎动物包括猪、牛、鱼等的重要病原菌;无乳链球菌被认为是唯一拥有B群特异性抗原的链球菌,近些年来,无乳链球菌病感染多种海水和淡水养殖鱼类,并引起多种疾病,无乳链球菌病已给亚洲的罗非鱼养殖业造成了严重的危害;现有技术中虽然也有一些药物和抗生素被用于治疗罗非鱼的无乳链球菌病,但因为长期使用造成的耐药性和抗生素滥用也对养殖业造成了危害,寻求一种既能预防海洋和淡水养殖类的疾病,又不会对水产养殖造成副作用的研究已经刻不容缓。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种预防无乳链球菌病的饲料添加剂。
本发明的第二个目的是提供含有上述饲料添加剂的饲料。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
一种预防无乳链球菌病的饲料添加剂,含有以下质量百分数的各组分:黄连10~15%;金银花7~15%;板蓝根7~15%;鱼腥草10~20%;黑豆20~40%;石斛0~20%。
现有技术中黄连,金银花,板蓝根,黑豆都有用于罗非鱼的无乳链球菌病的预防,也有表明鱼腥草可以抑制无乳链球菌,但申请人通过进一步研究发现当前述几种物质与石斛相配合时,能显著的提高对无乳链球菌的预防,从而显现出协同增效的作用。
进一步地,所述石斛含量为10~20%。
更进一步地,所述的预防无乳链球菌病的饲料添加剂含有以下质量百分数的各组分:黄连8~12%;金银花8~13%;板蓝根8~13%;鱼腥草10~16%;黑豆20~38%;石斛10~18%。
本发明还提供含有所述的预防无乳链球菌病的饲料添加剂的饲料。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供了一种预防无乳链球菌病的饲料添加剂,含有以下质量百分数的各组分:黄连10~15%;金银花7~15%;板蓝根7~15%;鱼腥草10~20%;黑豆20~40%;石斛0~20%;利用所述添加剂添加入罗非鱼饲料中,其对罗非鱼的免疫保护率最高可达到95.21%;罗非鱼的存活率为93.67%;具有实际和广泛的应用价值。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例进一步说明本发明的内容,但不应理解为对本发明的限制。在不背离本发明精神和实质的情况下,对本发明方法、步骤或条件所作的简单修改或替换,均属于本发明的范围;若未特别指明,实施例中所用的技术手段为本领域技术人员所熟知的常规手段。
实施例1
将黄连、金银花、板蓝根、鱼腥草、黑豆、石斛粉碎过筛(200目)后备用。
配制添加剂1所述添加剂的配方如下:黄连12%、金银花15%、板蓝根15%、鱼腥草18%、黑豆40%。
实施例2
将黄连、金银花、板蓝根、鱼腥草、黑豆、石斛粉碎过筛(200目)后备用。
配制添加剂2所述添加剂的配方如下:黄连10%、金银花10%、板蓝根10%、鱼腥草15%、黑豆35%,石斛20%。
实施例3
将黄连、金银花、板蓝根、鱼腥草、黑豆、石斛粉碎过筛(200目)后备用。
配制添加剂3所述添加剂的配方如下:黄连15%、金银花15%、板蓝根15%、鱼腥草15%、黑豆25%,石斛15%。
实施例4
将实施例1到实施例3所配制好的添加剂1、2、3分别按0.1%、0.5%、1%(质量分数)添加到商品化罗非鱼的饲料中,搅拌混匀制成3种不同的饵料。
同配制好的饵料投喂罗非鱼(实验组和对照组各设三个重复,添加剂1为实验组1,添加剂2为实验组2,添加剂3为实验组3,对照组投喂罗非鱼商品化饵料)同时进行饲养管理,日投喂量为鱼体重的5%,分两次投喂(早上10点,下午5点)饲养期60d。
60d后将实验组和对照组的鱼分别称重,计数后,每组随机抽取20尾罗非鱼,用1×108cells/ml的无乳链球菌菌悬液进行腹腔注射攻毒,注射剂量为0.1ml/尾,观察并记录10天内各组罗非鱼的死亡情况,计算免疫保护率。
实验结果显示:经人工感染无乳链球菌后,存活率分别为:37.69%(对照组)、68.21%(实验组1)、83.46%(实验组2)、93.67%(实验组3);免疫保护率分别为22.5%(对照组)、36.46%(实验组1)、62.57%(实验组2)、95.21%(实验组3)。

1.一种预防无乳链球菌病的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,含有以下质量百分数的各组分:黄连10~15%;金银花7~15%;板蓝根7~15%;鱼腥草10~20%;黑豆20~40%;石斛0~20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的预防无乳链球菌病的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述石斛含量为10~20%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的预防无乳链球菌病的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,含有以下质量百分数的各组分:黄连8~12%;金银花8~13%;板蓝根8~13%;鱼腥草10~16%;黑豆20~38%;石斛10~18%。
4.含有权利要求1或2所述的预防无乳链球菌病的饲料添加剂的饲料。
