Abstract
"BOMBA DE CALOR QUìMICA, E, PULVERIZADOR OU DISTRIBUIDOR PARA PULVERIZAR LìQUIDO SOBRE SUPERFìCIES DE UM TROCADOR DE CALOR". Em uma instalação de bomba de calor química, duas unidades principais idênticas são providas, cada um incluindo um reator e outra um condensador/evaporador integrado no mesmo recipiente (100). Uma unidade principal é carregada enquanto a outra, por exemplo, produz refrigeração. Grandes quantidades de energia são consumidas na operação de comutação quando a unidade que foi carregada deve ser refrigerada e a unidade que produziu refrigeração deve ser aquecida. Para reduzir estas quantidades de energia, cada um do reator e do condensador/evaporador são divididos em outros dois vasos. O condensador/evaporador tem uma parte (3), na qual o trocador de calor (3.3) do mesmo é colocado, e uma parte de coleta (4), na qual o líquido volátil em sua forma condensada é armazenado. Da mesma maneira, o reator tem uma parte (1), na qual o trocador de calor (1.3) e o filtro (1.2) do mesmo são colocados, e uma parte de coleta (2), na qual solução da substância ativa no líquido volátil é armazenada. Por meio desta divisão, somente uma pequena porção da massa corrente tem que alterar sua temperatura nas operações de comutação, que, conseqüentemente, podem ser feitas significantemente mais rapidamente. Um grande ganho em eficiência de refrigeração pode ser obtido em uma instalação tendo duas unidades principais. In a chemical heat pump installation, two identical main units are provided, each including a reactor and the other a condenser / evaporator integrated in the same container (100). One main unit is charged while the other, for example, produces cooling. Large amounts of energy are consumed in the switching operation when the unit that has been charged must be cooled and the unit that has produced refrigeration must be heated. By this division, only a small portion of the current mass has to change its temperature in the switching operations, which consequently can be made significantly faster. A large gain in cooling efficiency can be achieved in an installation having two main units. In addition, valves are not required on the vacuum side.
