Abstract
método para produzir uma ferramenta tipo sem fim em formato de barril é provido um método de confeccionar uma ferramenta tipo sem fim em formato de barril através do qual uma ferramenta tipo sem fim em formato de barril capaz de eficientemente realizar reitificação sem desgaste desigual pode facilmente ser confecionada. o método acima mencionado compreende confeccionar a ferramenta tipo sem fim em formato de barril (12) usando um dispositivo de talhar (11) para trabalhar a ferramenta tipo sem fim em formato de barril (12), que é usada para usinar uma engrenagem interna e que tem um diâmetro que gradualmente aumenta das extremidades (12b, 12c) para o centro (12a) na direção axial. com base em dados em que o número de dentes é menor que aquele da engrenagem interna a ser usinada, o dispositivo de talhar (11) e a ferramenta tipo sem fim em formato de barril (12) são engatados entre si no mesmo ângulo de interseção axial que durante usinagem de engrenagens realizada pela ferramenta tipo sem fim em formato de barril (12).
