Abstract

"FREIO A DISCO COM SISTEMA DE AJUSTE". A presente invenção refere-se a um freio a disco, especialmente para veículos utilitários, com uma pinça de freio (1) engatando por cima de um disco de freio (3), um dispositivo de aplicação (13) disposto na pinça de freio (1) para aplicação do freio; bem como um sistema de ajuste disposto na pinça de freio (1) para compensação de desgaste de guarnição e/ou disco de freio para regulagem da distância entre guarnição de freio (7) e disco de freio (3), sendo que o sistema de ajuste apresenta ao menos um dispositivo de ajuste, sendo que a pinça de freio (1) é estruturada em duas partes e apresenta uma parte de pinça de freio (1a, 1b) do lado de aplicação e uma do lado de reação, sendo que a parte de pinça de freio (1b) do lado de reação é configurada de tal maneira que abrange o disco de freio (3) à maneira de moldura em sua região periférica superior, o sistema de ajuste apresenta ao menos um ou vários dos dispositivos de ajuste também no lado do disco de freio do lado de reação, de preferência em cada lado do disco de freio (3).
