Abstract

"APARELHO DE RODA DE Pá DESLOCáVEL E PROCESSO PARA COMANDO AUTOMáTICO DO APARELHO DE RODA DE Pá". A invenção refere-se a um sistema de comando (10) ou a um processo para o comando automático de um aparelho de roda de pá deslocável (1) para desmontar montões e/ou para amontoar materiais a granel, sendo que o aparelho de roda de pá (1), para a recepção do material a granel, apresenta pelo menos uma roda de pá (6) e sendo que é previsto pelo menos um dispositivo de medição (11) para a medição do montão (9) e sendo que o aparelho de roda de pá (1), em função dos dados de medição medidos e/ou processados, pode ser deslocado, automaticamente, até a posição desejada de desmonte e/ou de amontoamento. Processos de resvalamento naturais no montão (9) podem ser detectados pelo fato de que o sistema de comando (10) e o dispositivo de medição (11) são configurados ou executados de tal maneira que, independentemente da operação do aparelho de roda de pá (1), é garantida uma detecção permanente da forma efetiva de montão, a saber, que uma alteração efetiva da forma de montão pode ser detectada, pelo menos em uma determinada região circunvizinha da roda de pá (6).
