Abstract

"MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA DE DOIS TEMPOS". A presente invenção se refere a um motor de combustão interna de dois tempos de cárter ou de caixa de manivela de limpeza (1) (scavenged = eliminação ou remoção de gases queimados a partir do cilindro de um motor de combustão interna após um tempo de estágio), no qual pelo menos um canal de pistão de passagem de ar, com comprimento (L~ ai~), está disposto entre uma admissão de ar (2) e cada canal de limpeza (31, 31') respectivamente de um número de dutos de transferência (3, 3') com comprimento (L~ s~), a partir do canal de limpeza para o cárter ou a caixa de manivela. A passagem de ar está disposta a partir de uma admissão de ar (2) equipada com uma válvula de restrição (4) controlada por pelo menos um parâmetro de motor, por exemplo, o controle de válvula de regulagem de carburador, a admissão de ar se estende por intermédio de pelo menos um duto de conexão (6, 6') para pelo menos um canal de conexão (8, 8') na parede de cilindro de motor (12), que está disposto de maneira que ele, em conexão com posições de pistão no ponto morto superior, está conectado com padrões de fluxo (10, 10') embutidos no pistão (13), que se estende para a parte superior de um número de dutos de transferência (3, 3'), e cada padrão de fluxo no pistão está disposto de maneira que o recesso (10, 10') no pistão que encontra o respectivo canal de limpeza (31, 31') que está disposto de maneira que ao suprimento de ar é dado um período essencialmente igualmente longo, contado como ângulo de manivela ou tempo, desde que a admissão de motor (22 - 25), e o comprimento da admissão dentro da qual combustível é adicionado, (L~ i~), é maior do que 0,6 vezes o comprimento total do canal de pistão de passagem de ar, (L~ ai~) , e o comprimento do duto de transferência, (L~ s~), isto é, 0,6 x (L~ ai~ + L~ s~), mas menor do que 1,4 vezes o mesmo comprimento, isto é, 1,4 x (L~ ai~ + L~ s~).
