Abstract
Se puede obtener ácido 1-aminociclopropancarboxílico no hidrato al tratar clorhidrato de ácido 1-aminociclopropancarboxílico con una amina terciaria en presencia de un alcohol C₃₋₄ y agua, mantener la mezcla de reacción a 50ºC o menos, recolectar el cristal precipitado de ácido 1-aminociclopropancarboxílico hemihidrato por filtración y calentar el cristal obtenido de 80 a 245ºC.
