Abstract

Un aparato y método para la administracion transdémica de un agente biologicamente activo que comprende un sistema de administracion que tiene un elemento de microproyeccion (o enamblado) que incluye una pluralidad de microproyecciones (o una de sus disposiciones) adaptadas para perforar el estrato corneo hacia el interior de la capa subyacente de epidermis, o las capas de epidermis y de dermis. En una realizacion, el agente basado en VEGF está contenido en una cubierta biocompatible que se aplica al elemento de microproyeccion.
