Abstract
Se describe un método y un dispositivo para regular de forma eficiente el flujo de refrigerante en tanto que se mantiene una cámara sellada en sistemas que proporcionan energía térmica almacenada para el uso durante la demanda eléctrica pico. Un regulador (300) de fase mezclada reemplaza la válvula de expansión termostática usada en los sistemas convencionales de acondicionamiento de aire que, junto con los tubos capilares y orificios, regula el refrigerante alimentado desde el compresor a la carga térmica.
