Les inégalités, enjeu négligé de la Cop 21

Abstract
Les négociations climatiques ne sont pas qu'une discussion technique entre experts à partir de données scientifiques, elles sont un dialogue politique dont le fondement est une gamme de critères éthiques qui doit mobiliser les citoyens. Il apparaît de plus en plus clairement que la clef de la Cop 21 et des rendez-vous qui lui feront suite n'est pas l'efficacité économique mais la justice sociale : la notion de justice climatique doit se substituer au slogan de la "croissance verte", qui n'a en réalité qu'un faible pouvoir mobilisateur dans un monde rongé par les injustices, pour souligner le potentiel d'égalité de la lutte contre le changement climatique au plan national et global.
