Abstract
Hiérarchie, inégalités et défiance : telle est la véritable devise de la société française, selon les auteurs. Hiérarchisée à lexcès, élitiste, conflictuelle, l'organisation de notre société mine les relations sociales mais aussi la confiance en lavenir et la croissance. Pourtant, le déclin n'est pas une fatalité. Certaines réformes, menées à l'étranger, offrent d'autres pistes.
