Den Wandel gestalten: zukunftsorientiert führen. Empirische Erkenntnisse und praktische Handlungsoptionen

Abstract
[Vorwort] Der vorliegende praxisorientierte Herausgeberband richtet sich an Fach- und Führungskräfte, Geschäftsführer, Personalmanager, Change Manager und (berufsbegleitend) Studierende, die sich mit der Frage beschäftigen, vor welchen aktuellen und künftigen Herausforderungen die Führungspraxis in Unternehmen steht. Ausgehend von der Frage, wie sich Führung verändern muss, um die aktuellen und künftigen Herausforderungen meistern zu können, und welche Faktoren berücksichtigt werden müssen, damit die Menschen in den Unternehmen gesund, zufrieden und leistungsfähig bleiben, haben erfahrene praxisorientierte Wissenschaftler und junge, wissenschaftlich orientierte Potenzialträger in Unternehmen hochaktuelle Aspekte erfolgreicher Führung in Einzelbeiträgen herausgearbeitet und kontrovers diskutiert. Alle Diskussionsbeiträge basieren dabei auf empirischen Daten, sechs der vorliegenden Beiträge auf qualitativen Studien, die einen explorativen Charakter aufweisen und einen kleinen, aber aufschlussreichen Blick in das Innenleben von Unternehmen erlauben. Die Ergebnisse dieser qualitativen Studien sind im statistischen Sinne nicht repräsentativ, aber bezogen auf vergleichbare Kontexte generalisierbar. Der Mehrwert jedes einzelnen Beitrags liegt darin, dass neben wissenschaftlicher Aufarbeitung der Themenstellung auch ein Blick in die Unternehmenspraxis gewährt wird. Auf diese Weise werden Facetten und Aspekte diverser Führungspraktiken von Unternehmen (die selbstverständlich anonymisiert wurden) sichtbar, welche sonst nicht zugänglich wären. Der Fokus der einzelnen Beiträge liegt nicht auf der Problematisierung, sondern darin, Handlungsoptionen aufzuzeigen und Ansatzpunkte für die Übertragung auf die eigene Praxis zu bieten; jeder Artikel schließt mit Lösungsoptionen in einer sogenannten "message to go". Die verschiedenen Blickwinkel auf das Thema Führung, die Verknüpfung von Theorie und Praxis sowie die abwechslungsreichen Schreibstile sollten zu einem erkenntnisreichen Lesevergnügen führen.
