Schwächere Autokonjunktur dämpft Leasingwachstum – Anlageinvestitionen weiter auf Wachstumskurs

Abstract
Das Leasing hat 2017 mit einem Zuwachs von 6,4% besser abgeschnitten als die gesamtwirtschaftlichen Investitionsausgaben, wie die neueste ifo Investitionsumfrage bei den deutschen Leasinggesellschaften zeigt. Für das Jahr 2018 signalisiert der ifo Investitionsindikator, den das ifo Institut und der Bundesverband Deutscher Leasing-Unternehmen gemeinsam ermitteln, einen Anstieg der Ausrüstungsinvestitionen von nominal 4,5%. Die Investitionen im Nichtwohnbau sollen um real 2,1% zunehmen, was nominal ein Plus von über 6% ergeben dürfte. Die Investitionsentwicklung wäre damit sogar noch etwas dynamischer als im Vorjahr. Ursächlich hierfür dürfte auch der inzwischen schon lange anhaltende Aufschwung und die ständige Zunahme des Auslastungsgrads der deutschen Wirtschaft seit 2013 sein.
