History
Pikala debuted in A Plethora of Pikachu!, where she met Ash, Kiawe, and Mimo when they visited Pikachu Valley. Later, when Team Rocket attempted to steal all of the Pikachu, Pikala, with the help of her Shiny Pikachu, nicknamed the Boss, sent the trio blasting off using Catastropika.
She reappeared during a flashback in Beauty is Only Crystal Deep!, where she had her Pikanium Z stolen by a Pheromosa.
In Battle Royal 151!, Pikala entered the Manalo Conference with another one of her Pikachu, named Bolt (Japanese: ボルト Bolt). However, it was defeated by Jessie's Mimikyu during the Battle Royal preliminary round, thus eliminating Pikala from the tournament.
Character
Pikala is an eccentric fan of Pikachu. She even dresses up in a Pikachu outfit and puts "Pika" into all of her sentences, referring to this manner of speech as "Pika-speak". She also has the ability to know which region a Pikachu comes from by touching their fur.
