Ultimo
Ultimo (Japanese: ウルティモ Ultimo) is a minor recurring character of the Pokémon anime.
He first appeared in Curtain Up, Unova League!, where he participated in the Vertress Conference and was Virgil's first opponent. Their battle began off-screen. Ultimo attempted to keep distance between his Pokémon and Virgil's Vaporeon to make up for Crustle's slower speed. He blocked an oncoming Hydro Pump with Rock Wrecker, but Crustle was later hit by several direct attacks.
In Mission: Defeat Your Rival!, Ultimo was defeated by Virgil and subsequently eliminated from the tournament.

Crustle is the first Pokémon Ultimo is known to have on hand. It was used in the first round of the Vertress Conference, going up against Virgil's Vaporeon. In Mission: Defeat Your Rival!, it was defeated by Vaporeon.
Crustle's known moves are X-Scissor and Rock Wrecker.
Dwebble was seen briefly with Ultimo in front of a Pokémon Center in Mission: Defeat Your Rival!, after he was eliminated from the Vertress Conference.
None of Dwebble's moves are known.
