Biography
Emily Alvarado earned a B.A. in American studies from Scripps College in 2003 and a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law in 2009. Her career experience includes working as an attorney and as a policy director of the Housing Development Consortium of Seattle, director of policy and outreach for Pittsburgh United, director of the City of Seattle's Office of Housing, and vice president and Pacific Northwest market leader for Enterprise Community Partners.[1]
