Biography
Art Staed was born in Joplin, Missouri. Staed earned a B.A. in philosophy from Rockhurst University, an M.Ed. in secondary education from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, and an M.Ed. in secondary administration from East Central University. His career experience includes working as a teacher, a school administrator, a workforce development advisor, and a manager and corporate trainer in telecommunications. Staed co-founded the Southern Oklahoma Shelter for Victims of Domestic Violence.[1]
