Biography
Carrie Koelker was born in Stanton, Iowa.[1] Koelker's career experience includes working as the vice president of community engagement with Travel Dubuque and the executive director of Eastern Iowa Tourism Association.[1][2] She has served on the boards of Iowa Tourism Industry Partners, the Iowa Economic Development Authority, and Enhance Iowa.[1]
