RubyConf本体チケット取得もこちらでできるようになりましたRubyCentralに相談してみたところ、一人で複数のチケットを(atomicに)確保するのは可能ということでしたので、人数さえ決まればあとはこっちで処理できそうな雰囲気。今まで「まだチケット持ってない人は応募してこないでね」ということになっていましたが、この条件は撤廃されてほとんどの人に応募資格が生じそう。そろそろ航空券を手配したい件気が早いだろ! と思うかもしれませんが、意外にそうでもない。航空券に限らず何でもそうなのですが、前売券は早くに買うほど安いのです。ちなみに今この瞬間に買うのだとすると、 HND(NRTではなく)->DFW->MSY往復のアメリカン航空(JALコードシェア)が探した中では一番安くて、一人頭87,000円+燃油費等です。どうよ。まあ普通に考えて今後値下がりすることはないはず1。 というわけで、皆さ
やっぱ英語できないと辛いですかこれはYesでもありNoでもあるので、まず嬉しいニュースから申し上げると、英語が分からなくてもRubyが分かれば、なんとかなる。質問意味分かんないけどとりあえずコードで書いてよ、ってのは前回も見ました。まあ、心配すんな。ただ残念なニュースを申し上げるとわたしたちは国際カンファレンスに「参加」するのであって、物見遊山に行くのではないので、本当に全然英語がわかんないとしたら一日理解不能のスライドを眺めてるだけで終了する可能性が否定できないので、そりゃやっぱできるに越したことはない。という感じです。まあでも、みんな中高で英語やったでしょ?まだ高校生なってない人は小中で英語やったでしょ? 大丈夫なんじゃないの。お金とか無料なのはなんか裏がある? お金以外の対価を払わされる?ないんじゃね。てかですね、今年どうなるかまだ不明だけど、何年か前まだブッシュが大統領だったころに
