But if it goes to "Technology" domain, it's just damn if we goes like that way or "Reinventing the wheel" which don't follow global standard and it's no value in the world. In fact, Technologies and Services which are well known and originate from Japan are too less in point of ratio of population and outcome.

• They tends to try increasing their market value by neither getting stars on github nor launch new service, but just have speech in such as conferences to get more higher name recognition.It seems they just want to weet or blog - "Giving speech!" or "Speech done! and nothing more. I want to name it as "Mounting Driven Development" - people wants to get better position in market by neither code nor services but fu*king da*n specialized comments only. "衒学趣味"

• Though most of the contents that speech are kind of "I translated official docs in Japanese!", "I've done 'Get Started'!",due to audience issue which is lacking of habits to read English articles or not able to do so, it causes curious result that they appreciate that kind of speech much. it gets comments such as "I learned much from it!", "I could get latest knowledge!" and "Add Favorites!" and it satisfy the guy who givs speech, tweet and blog, and motivate them to have da*m next post. Though it's just noise for whom usually research Primary information in English, it seems it's still valuable for them since it gives feelings to them that somewhat I understood that latest technology.

• Because they likes "Technical document" much, though they usually study with books even it's Front-end latest technology, Many of them are just translated original EN contents or da*n not sexy sample code, it's worthless in the world which dynamically changing day by day in few months. Regardless of free latest contents which can be found everywhere, they just get Secondary Information given by some evangelists with passive mindset, it causes making this Evangelist? market stable due to this kind of information gap structure.

• They couldn't neither accepting the things above nor just get awared with that with pure mindset and though doing encourage each other with sweets message such as "Many Japanese Engineers are great and fantastic!", excellent Japanese resources ignore that kind of domestic industry situation and already working hard in foreign countries and it expands this bipolarization issue worse bacause they won't have organized explanation and slides for that kind of da*n people in Japanese and instead of that, code and make output in a second, discuss with engineers abroad in English.
