Gut Check Saturday Leans

I'm not avoiding any of the big games today, as a matter of fact, I'm taking them on straight up because I don't give a damn.

Texas (+13) vs. Oklahoma: This is all about the hunch. I think the Sooners will win but I think it will be close because, in the words of the fine caucasian poet Everlast, Texas isn't going to go out like some punk bitch. Maybe not a "Hook 'Em" but a "Hang Close Wit' Em'.

Florida at LSU (-7): I'm scared of LSU. I mean seriously, I'm scared of those big mofos on that team. If I saw Glenn Dorsey coming my way I'm going to shit my pants, seriously. I'm deathly afraid of these cats. Tim Tebow seems like a good kid, I hope he's insured, because if he isn't, it's bad news. I mean real bad news.

Cincinnati at Rutgers (-3.5): One thing that helps a team coming off of a disappointing loss is facing a team that will get them focused quickly. The best way for the Scarlet Knights to move back up the top 25 is to punk out these upstarts from the Queen city.

Ice Your Balls Fellas

Another week of Ohio Ice greatness, lots of good CLASSIC matchups this week. Florida vs. LSU, Oklahoma vs. Texas, Ohio Ice's Liver vs. 16 brewski's on Saturday....Mrs. Ice better be ready with the paddy wagon.

So without further ado...Here goes

ICE PICK lock of the week (1-1 ATS)
Penn State -8.5 at home vs. Iowa. Ice likes alot of favorites this week. Lots of upsets this year have given us alot of values. An unimpressive, listless, Drew Tateless, Iowa goes into Happy Valley where the wheels appear to be falling off the happy wagon. Every time Joe Pa looks like he is down he strikes back. At home Penn State is still dangerous animal.

The MEAT LOCKER (1-3 ATS) put these tender nuggets in the old ice chest.
UCF -3 @ E. Carolina. The ECU Pirates are a solid program that hung tough on national TV vs. Va Tech a few weeks ago. If you haven't seen UCF and their top 10 draft pick running back Kevin Smith...you've already missed the boat on some easy wins.

Wake Forest -7.5 @ Duke. Ice likes another road favorite. Duke isnt terrible this year but they dont have what it takes to stay with Wake and keep it under the number. Take the well disciplined slightly banged up Deacons and make yourself a little scratch to pay for that tattoo you always wanted.

The game you haven't looked at yet (2-0 ATS)
This one is becoming a phenomena. While all your asshole buddies are out getting worked in the big match ups this week. You'll be snuggling up to the 12" TV in the back corner of the sports bar watching this Sun Belt tilt. Troy -19 @ Florida International. The men of Troy take on an FIU squad which hasn't done anything of note since they picked a fight with UMiami and got their asses handed to them Troy is going to run wild on the winless Clowns of FIU. This one will be over early and you can get back to trying to hit on that fat ex-stripper working at your corner sports bar. You know the one with the beer gut, saggy tattoos and the fresh pack of smokes.
