Need manly themes and ideas for an industrial real estate broker event.

Hi All, I work in industrial real estate: we basically build and lease warehouses, distribution centers, and the like, but I am on the marketing side. I'm looking for really fun, creative ideas for a broker event we are planning to host this March. The purpose of the event will be to promote a large warehouse / distribution center we have for lease that is currently vacant. Audience-wise, the typical industrial real estate broker is - you guessed it - male, so we typically go with more manly type themes, which can be really fun! [more inside]

How Long Has This Been A Thing?

In the last year, I've noticed more people flying American flags from the beds of pickup trucks. I did some travelling earlier this month and also saw this in Arizona and Utah, but not in Washington DC. The reason for that geographic distinction might be obvious; a different demographic lives and works in the DC Metro area than Salt Lake, Tucson or Portland. But it reminds me of the couple of years right after 9-1-1, when people were flying little flags from their driver's windows. [more inside]

Help me pickout a pickup truck?

I want a pick-up truck that gets good gas mileage, preferably manual transmission, can seat at least 5 people (4 doors), and has at least dual airbags (preferably side curtain airbags?) I'd like to spend under $6,000 and I generally prefer Japanese, but I am not 100% set on that. It seems I'll be getting a small truck with extended or "king" cab, early 2000's I guess.
