Optimal Spacing for 16 spheres in a round pan.

I have always made my holiday dinner rolls in the format of 12 rolls at 60grams in a 10", tall cake pan and over the years have gradually figured out the placement to make them all fairly close to the same circumference. This year I need to adjust that to 16 rolls at 45 grams in the same 10" cake ban and my brain has broken when it comes to proper spacing. I'm guessing there's a formula or algorithm that would illustrate placement but that's not how my brain works. Any ideas or illustrations would be very welcome.

Recommend me a cute, modern craft kit, please

I want to get a little crafting gift for a college student, and I'm looking for a full kit that includes everything. I love Subversive Cross Stitch, but none of her messages are right for this giftee. Who sells a cute, modern kit that might fit my needs? Doesn't need to be cross stitch; could be another type of stitching, but overall needs to be something you can do by hand in a dorm room.

Advice for creating closed online communities?

I'm mostly only on Facebook for the parent groups, and wondering if we could do the same thing outside of Big Tech. By "same thing" I mean multiple closed/private communities for Seattle parents, ideally with posts and threaded discussions. Something like private subreddits, the FOSS version thereof. Or a non-Discord Discord. [more inside]

Help me find this "The Office" Meme

I recently saw a meme where the text was something about John Krasinski and below were four pictures of Randall Park. One of the pictures was of his Office appearance, but the other three were not. It was very much like the Jennifer Lawrence/Bear joke. I must have scene it somewhere like Pleated-Jeans or another Tumblr site, but I can't find it now. Hope me, please.

What do I do about failure of email service?

I set my mother's email up in 2004 through easily.co.uk, using a named domain. It's been fine since then, but she has not received emails for the last two days on any devices, and sending a test one to her fails. Payments are up to date. Logging into Easily and trying to get into webmail that way gives a message saying server is down. Emailing easily support or billing bounces back. No telephone number on their site. Found one elsewhere online but it doesn't work. Do I just accept this company has gone under?

Identify this furious female music group

This one should be easy for someone, because it's right in the top of my tongue. I am greatly enjoying pissed-off music by female musicians of late for obvious reasons. I saw this female fronted band come across my social media feed with one or two women dressed colorfully and wearing what looked like vintage stewardess hats were sing-shouting in a manner not too unlike the vocals in Amyl & The Sniffers, but maybe one tick closer to simply rapping. The backing music was electronic, I think. I think I recall the vocalist bragging (figuratively) about her dick. Who was/is this band? [more inside]

What are these interesting lights?

Some friends and I saw what looked like mini Halloween or Christmas lights, strung over some bushes as decoration. The light was solid orange, but when we walked by, or even just moved our heads, a green glow appeared behind or alongside each one. It wasn't an afterimage - it was clearly something that was coming from the bulbs. They didn't change color on their own, or twinkle or fade or have any other effects. [more inside]

Sci-fi short about exoplanet with euphoria-inducing parasite

I'm trying to find a story published on Clarkes World or tor.com or something similar, in the last ~15 years? A woman protagonist is on an exoplanet, and we become aware that she's being transformed by a parasite from the planet, but her experience of it is expansive and euphoric. I think it explicitly mentions the tongue-eating louse, though I could be misremembering that bit.
