Shows with Upstairs Royals/Downstairs Staff?

I just finished Cocinera de Castamar and it rekindled my love of stories about estates that involve families and those who serve them. I'm looking for shows or movies like Cocinera de Castamar, and Downton Abbey. Bonus points if they are in the language of the setting. TY!

Can calorie reduction (without being thin) cause missed period?

I am significantly overweight. I've recently made changes to my diet that were not intended to cut calorie consumption, but have reduced my calorie consumption. I've been eating maybe 1000-1200 calories per day for maybe half the days over the past 2 months. I've lost weight, but not fast and not such that I am no longer significantly overweight. I've lost about 15 lbs in 3 months. My period has not come. Could the reduced calories explain this? I am not pregnant. I have contacted my doctor, so no need to advise this.

Best cycle tracker/ovulation predictor app for phone?

I'm interested in properly tracking my menstrual cycle and my ovulation, with the goal of getting pregnant. I have been using my iPhone's native "Health" app, in which I have been logging my period each month. I'm not convinced that the fertility window it generates from that information is accurate for me. I'm looking for an intuitive app that will allow me to log my period, and which ideally combines that with hormonal tests (probably urine?) such that it gives me a more reliable indicator of when I specifically am fertile.
