@Eileenmcnaughton - thanks for following up on this. To your question, yes, we are going to target Delinquent monthly recurring in the reactivation series. But I don't understand the overlap or issue you mention with Annual recurring, do you mind sharing an example?

I did some testing with csv uploads manually & this looks like the right format for the csv - note
- semi-colon separator
- case-sensitive matching
- no additional spaces
