Abstract

1. Bucket seat comprising a lower frame (1) supporting the bottom, an upper frame (2) supporting the back and two platforms (3) each fixed to one of these frames (1, 2) and in which at least one of the platforms (3) comprises a central surface (4) provided on two sides with wings (5) forming an angle with the said central surface and extending on the same side thereof, this platform (3) comprising anchoring means (6), characterized by the fact that these anchoring means (6) are connected to the corresponding frame (1, 2) by resilient means (7), by the fact that the wings (5) of the platform (3) are bound up and monolithic with its central portion (4) and by the fact that this platform (3) is an inextensible material.
