POSTUPAK ZA LIVENJE METALNIH DELOVA POD PRITISKOM U PENU ZA JEDNOKRATNU UPOTREBU, koji sadrži sledeće stupnjeve: - korišćenje modela za ulivanje od pene od organske materije prevučene filmom od vatrostalnog materijala; - potapanje tog modela u kalup suvog peska bez veziva; - punjenje kalupa sa rastopljenim metalom tako da model sagori; - odstranjivanje isparenja i tečnih ostataka koji potiču od modela; - stvrdnjavanje metala i dobijanje odlivka; - primena izostatičkog pritiska sa maksimalnom vrednosti izmedju 0,5 i 1,5 MPa na kalup pre nego očvrsnuti deo metala predje 40 mas.%, naznačen time, da taj pritisak raste takvom brzinom da u odnosu na granulaciju peska i dubinu potapanja model ostvari brzo i istovremeno sa gubitkom šarže prolaskom kroz pesak nadpritisak rastopljenog metala u odnosu na pesak na nivou njihove granične površine, taj nadpritisak dostiže vrednost izmedju dve granice i zatim se smanjuje tako da se pritisak poveća i zatim se taj pritisak održava konstantan do potpunog otvrdnjavanja.
