Abstract
POSTUPAK ZA LIVENJE METALNIH DELOVA POD PRITISKOM U PENU SA JEDNOKRATNOM UPOTREBOM, pronalazak se odnosi na postupak za ulivanje metalnih delova pod pritiskom u penu za jednokratnu upotrebu. Postupak se sastoji u tome da se primeni povecavajuci izostaticki gasni pritisak na kalup po njegovom punjenju, tako da taj pritisak stvara brzo i blagovremeno, sa gubljenjem punjenja kroz pesak, nadpritisak istopljenog metala u odnosu na pesak na nivou njihoivih dodirnih povrsina. Taj nadpritisak dostize vrednost izmedju dve granice sa tendencijom smanjivanja, zatim se postepeno povecava i na kraju odrzava konstantnim do potpunog ocvrscaanja metalnog dela. Predlozeni pronalazak se primenjuje za proizvodnju delova od aluminijumskih legura koji imaju poboljsanu povrsinu bez gasnih mehurova i bez ucesca ugljenika.A method for casting disposable metal parts into pressure in a disposable foam. The present invention is applicable to the production of aluminum alloy parts having an improved surface without gas bubbles and without the participation of carbon.
