Abstract

Pronalazak se odnosi na postupak za biolosku obradu otpadne vode pomocu aktiviranog mulja, pri cemu se otpadna voda prvo uvodi u produvan rezervoar (B rezervoar) aktivnog mulja a onda se redom odvodi u jedan od nekoliko rezervoara za talozenje i recirkulaciju (SU rezervoari), koji su stalno povezani sa pomenutim rezervoarom i u kojima se vrsi razdvajanje aktivnog mulja i bistre vode, a po razdvajanju se aktivirani mulj vraca u B rezervoar a bistra se voda odvodi; nekoliko puta sa dnevno se u SU rezervoarima odvija jedan radni ciklus koji obuhvata jednu fazu mesanja (R faza), jednu fazu prethodnog talozenja (V faza) i jednu fazu praznjenja (A faza). U R fazi aktiviran mulj se ponovo mesa sa vodom, u V fazi se aktiviran mulj talozi a u A fazi se odvodi bistra voda (tehnika jednog bazena). Ciklusi u SU rezervoarima su fazno pomereni jedan u odnosu na drugl a A faze su jedna pored druge, tako da su SU rezervoari samo u A fazama protocni, postoji jedan priblizno konstantan nivo vode; na taj nacin izaziva isticanje iz postrojenja za preciscavanje koje odgovara dotoku (princip proticanja). Pre R faze se natalozen i zgusnut aktiviran mulj recirkulise iz SU rezervoara u B rezervoar.
