技术领域
本申请涉及电子设备技术领域,特别涉及一种雾化装置。
背景技术
电子烟等设备,将可挥发性溶液加热雾化并产生气雾以供用户吸食。近年来,各大厂商开始生产各式各样的电子烟产品。然而无论是电子烟还是其他的雾化设备,都不适合儿童吸食,但是相关技术中的雾化设备中并没有上锁,儿童拿起来就能够吸食,容易产生不良后果,而且,雾化设备可能会出现的自启动也会影响雾化设备的使用。
申请内容
本申请的一个目的在于提出一种雾化装置,其中设置了开关结构,通过抽吸烟嘴的位置切换来实现雾化装置中气道的打开和关闭。
根据本申请实施例的雾化装置,包括烟嘴帽和抽吸烟嘴,所述烟嘴帽内具有第一通道,所述第一通道的一端具有可供插入的插入口;所述抽吸烟嘴具有第二通道,所述抽吸烟嘴被配置为可从所述插入口插入所述第一通道,且所述抽吸烟嘴从所述插入口伸出以供用户吸食,所述抽吸烟嘴具有第一配合位置和第二配合位置,所述抽吸烟嘴在所述第一配合位置时所述第一通道和所述第二通道断开,且所述抽吸烟嘴在所述第二配合位置时所述第一通道和所述第二通道接通。
根据本申请实施例的雾化装置,其中设置了开关结构,通过抽吸烟嘴的位置切换来实现雾化装置中气道的打开和关闭。

可选地,所述第一通道具有相互连通的第一孔段和第二孔段,所述第一孔段的径向尺寸小于所述第二孔段的径向尺寸,所述抽吸烟嘴沿所述第一通道的轴向可移动地插入所述第一通道,所述抽吸烟嘴的周壁上设有通气孔,所述抽吸烟嘴在所述第一配合位置时所述通气孔位于所述第一孔段内并被封闭,且所述抽吸烟嘴在所述第二配合位置时所述通气孔位于所述第二孔段内并与所述第一通道接通。
可选地,所述第一孔段的内周面上设有多个密封环,多个所述密封环沿所述第一通道的轴向间隔布置,所述抽吸烟嘴在所述第一配合位置时所述通气孔设于两个所述密封环之间,且所述密封环与所述抽吸烟嘴的外周面配合以封闭所述通气孔。
可选地,所述第一孔段相对于所述第二孔段靠近或远离所述插入口。
可选地,所述雾化装置还包括密封圈,所述密封圈嵌入所述烟嘴帽内,所述密封圈的外周面与所述烟嘴帽内周面密封配合,所述密封圈的内周面构造出所述第一孔段,所述密封圈的内周面可与所述抽吸烟嘴的外周面密封配合。
可选地,所述雾化装置还包括支架,所述支架与所述烟嘴帽相连,所述密封圈与所述支架上,以通过所述支架支撑所述密封圈。
可选地,所述第一通道内设有第一台阶面和第二台阶面,所述第一台阶面和所述第二台阶面沿所述第一通道的轴向相对,所述抽吸烟嘴上设有定位凸缘,所述定位凸缘限位于所述第一台阶面和所述第二台阶面之间。
可选地,所述烟嘴帽包括外壳和导管,所述插入口设于所述外壳上;所述导管设于所述外壳内,且所述导管的一端周沿连接所述插入口周沿,所述抽吸烟嘴沿上下方向可滑动地设于所述导管内。
可选地,所述雾化装置还包括烟杆,所述烟杆内具有第三通道,其中,所述烟嘴帽与所述烟杆相连,且所述第一通道与所述第三通道连通。
可选地,所述烟嘴帽可拆卸地与所述烟杆插装连接。

具体实施方式
为了实现雾化装置的上锁功能,相关技术中采用了指纹识别、触摸式按键等方式,通过识别指纹等方式,增加雾化装置的使用难度,从而避免儿童或不方便使用的人群使用雾化装置,但是采用指纹识别等方式,需要增加指纹识别模块,对成本的影响较大;而触摸按键式,正是通过将雾化装置的操作复杂化来实现上锁功能,同样会增加成本,同时还使得操作繁琐,对使用者不友好。为此,本申请中提供了一种雾化装置,其中通过切换抽吸烟嘴的位置来实现雾化装置的上锁和解锁,对成本的影响较小,且简化了使用者的操作,方便使用。
下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
如图1、图2以及图7、图8所示,根据本申请实施例的雾化装置100,包括烟嘴帽10和抽吸烟嘴20,烟嘴帽10内具有第一通道101,第一通道101的一端具有可供插入的插入口,抽吸烟嘴20具有第二通道201,抽吸烟嘴20被配置为可从插入口插入第一通道101,且抽吸烟嘴20从插入口伸出以供用户吸食,抽吸烟嘴20具有第一配合位置和第二配合位置,如图1和图7,抽吸烟嘴20在第一配合位置时第一通道101和第二通道201断开,且如图2和图8,抽吸烟嘴20在第二配合位置时第一通道101和第二通道201接通。当抽吸烟嘴20处于第一配合位置时,第一通道101和第二通道201断开,雾化装置100内无法形成通路,当用户从抽吸烟嘴20的从插入口伸出的伸出端吸食时,雾化装置100无法启动,从而达到了上锁的目的;而当抽吸烟嘴20处于第二配合位置时,第一通道101和第二通道201连通,雾化装置100内形成通路,当用户从抽吸烟嘴20的从插入口伸出的伸出端吸食时,雾化装置100正常启动,从而达到了解锁的目的。因此,在不需要使用雾化装置100时,可以将抽吸烟嘴20调整至第一配合位置,完成上锁,此时不会使用该雾化装置100的人(例如儿童等),将无法通过该雾化装置100完成吸食;而当用户需要使用雾化装置100时,仅需要将抽吸烟嘴20调整至第二配合位置,完成解锁,即可完成吸食。
根据本申请实施例的雾化装置100,通过抽吸烟嘴20的位置切换来实现雾化装置100中气道的打开和关闭,操作方便,而且在雾化装置100不使用或者使用者不会使用时,可以上锁,从而避免了儿童等直接使用该雾化装置100,且避免了雾化装置100在不使用时自启 动。
本申请中的抽吸烟嘴20可以在第一配合位置和第二配合位置之间切换,从而实现上锁和解锁,其中,抽吸烟嘴20上可以设置开关阀门,在抽吸烟嘴20在第一配合位置时,该开关阀门关闭以断开第一通道101和第二通道201;在啊抽吸烟嘴20在第二配合位置时,该开关阀门打开以接通第一通道101和第二通道201。另外,也可以将抽吸烟嘴20设置成在第一配合位置之间可转动、可平移、可摆动、可伸缩等方式来实现上锁和解锁,例如,抽吸烟嘴20通过绕其轴线转动来实现上锁和解锁等,本申请中下面描述了一些具体的实施方式来实现雾化装置100的上锁和解锁,当然,这些方式仅仅是本申请的一些具体实施例,并非是对本申请保护范围的限制。
如图1、图2以及图7、图8,在本申请的一些实施例中,第一通道101具有相互连通的第一孔段和第二孔段,第一孔段的径向尺寸小于第二孔段的径向尺寸,抽吸烟嘴20沿第一通道101的轴向可移动地插入第一通道101,抽吸烟嘴20的周壁上设有通气孔202,抽吸烟嘴20在第一配合位置时通气孔202位于第一孔段内并被封闭,且抽吸烟嘴20在第二配合位置时通气孔202位于第二孔段内并与第一通道101接通。从而可以通过抽吸烟嘴20沿第一通道101的轴向的伸缩即可完成上锁和解锁的动作,操作方便简单。
另外,在抽吸烟嘴20位于第一配合位置时,可以将第一孔段的内周面设置成与抽吸烟嘴20的外周面贴合,来实现对通气孔202的封闭,另外,为了进一步地提高对通风口的密封效果,本申请中,在第一孔段的内周面上设有多个密封环,多个密封环沿第一通道101的轴向间隔布置,抽吸烟嘴20在第一配合位置时通气孔202设于两个密封环之间,且密封环与抽吸烟嘴20的外周面配合以封闭通气孔202。通过密封环与抽吸烟嘴20的配合,能够实现对通气孔202的有效封闭,封闭效果好。
另外,第一孔段的内周面上可以设置两个密封环,抽吸烟嘴20在第一配合位置时,通气孔202可以位于这两个密封环之间;当然,第一孔段的内周面上也可以设置三个以上的密封环,抽吸烟嘴20位于第一配合位置时,多个密封环中的至少一部分可以分布于通气孔202的两侧,从而实现对通气孔202的封闭,其中通气孔202两侧的密封环的数量可以相同,也可以不同。
如图1至图3以及图7至图9,雾化装置100还包括密封圈30,密封圈30嵌入烟嘴帽10内,密封圈30的外周面与烟嘴帽10内周面密封配合,密封圈30的内周面构造出第一孔段,密封圈30的内周面可与抽吸烟嘴20的外周面密封配合。在抽吸烟嘴20位于第一配合位置时,通过密封圈30能够进一步地提高对通气孔202的密封效果,而且也避免了气流从第一孔段外的其他位置进入到通气孔202内。
如图1至图3以及图7至图9,雾化装置100还包括支架40,支架40与烟嘴帽10相连, 密封圈30与支架40上,以通过支架40支撑密封圈30。通过设置支架40,可以对密封圈30提供支撑,避免在抽吸烟嘴20的移动过程中将密封圈30移位,同时也进一步地保证了密封圈30的密封效果,另外,还方便了雾化装置100的装配。
结合图7至图8,第一通道101内设有第一台阶面和第二台阶面,第一台阶面和第二台阶面沿第一通道101的轴向相对,抽吸烟嘴20上设有定位凸缘21,定位凸缘21限位于第一台阶面和第二台阶面之间。通过第一台阶面和第二台阶面与定位凸缘21的配合,实现了对抽吸烟嘴20的限位,避免抽吸烟嘴20从第一通道101内抽出,保证了雾化装置100的结构稳定性,另外,定位凸缘21与第一台阶面和第二台阶面的配合,还可以起到密封的作用,可以将抽吸烟嘴20与第一通道101的内周面之间产生的间隙导致漏气,可以维持雾化装置100的稳定使用,并延长抽吸烟嘴20的使用寿命。
如图1至图3以及图7至图9,在本申请的一些实施例中,烟嘴帽10包括外壳11和导管12,插入口设于外壳11上;导管12设于外壳11内,且导管12的一端周沿连接插入口周沿,抽吸烟嘴20沿上下方向可滑动地设于导管12内。通过设置导管12,可以引导抽吸烟嘴20的移动,提高了抽吸烟嘴20移动过程中的稳定性,避免抽吸烟嘴20晃动,以及避免由于抽吸烟嘴20的晃动损坏抽吸烟嘴20的使用寿命。
如图1至图3以及图7至图9,雾化装置100还包括烟杆60,烟杆60内具有第三通道601,其中,烟嘴帽10与烟杆60相连,且第一通道101与第三通道601连通。在使用过程中,烟杆60内可以设置雾化器,通过雾化器可以对烟杆60内的油液等进行雾化,这样当抽吸烟嘴20位于第一配合位置时,第一通道101和第二通道201连通,烟雾可以通过第三通道601、第一通道101进入到第一通道101内,并最终被用户吸食;当抽吸烟嘴20位于第二配合位置时,第一通道101和第二通道201断开,第三通道601和第二通道201之间无法形成通路,完成上锁。另外,烟杆60可以为用户提供握持空间,以便于雾化装置100的使用。
其中,烟嘴帽10可拆卸地与烟杆60插装连接。这样,可以对烟嘴帽10或烟杆60进行更换,使用起来更加安检单方便。
如图1和图2,第一孔段相对于第二孔段靠近插入口,另外,如图7和图8,第一孔段也可以设置成相对于第二孔段远离插入口。
下面参照附图描述本申请一些具体的实施例,以进一步清楚完成地描述本申请的技术方案,当然下述各实施例在不冲突的情况下,多个实施例中的方案可以相互组合来形成新的方案。
如图1至图3以及图7至图9,雾化装置100包括烟嘴帽10和抽吸烟嘴20,其中,烟嘴帽10中形成有第一通道101,第一通道101中构造出了第一孔段和第二孔段,第一孔段 的径向尺寸小于第二孔段的径向尺寸,其中,第一孔段相对于第二孔段靠近插入口,第一孔段的内周面上设置了密封环。另外,抽吸烟嘴20被构造成沿上下方向延伸的长条形状,抽吸烟嘴20内构造出沿上下方向延伸的第二通道201,其中,抽吸烟嘴20的上端开口以适于用户吸食,而抽吸烟嘴20的下端封闭,且抽吸烟嘴20的下端的周壁上设置了通气孔202,通气孔202与第二通道201连通,且通气孔202可以包括一个或围绕所述第二通道201设置的多个。另外,抽吸烟嘴20的上端的外周面可以构造成在自下而上的方向上逐渐内缩的形状,从而方便用户吸食。另外,烟嘴帽10包括外壳11和导管12,外壳11呈沿上下方向延伸的管状,且内壳的上端逐渐内缩至插接口,导管12沿上下方向延伸且的上端与插接口相连,抽吸烟嘴20沿上下方向可伸缩地设于所述导管12内。烟嘴帽10内设置了密封圈30,密封圈30呈沿环绕抽吸烟嘴20的方向延伸的环形,其中,密封圈30的外周面与外壳11的内周面配合密封,密封圈30的外周面上可以设置密封环,密封环沿密封圈30的周向延伸,且密封圈30的外周面上设有沿上下方向间隔布置的多个密封环,密封圈30的外周面通过多个密封环与外壳11的内周面密封配合,
如图1至图3所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,第一孔段位于第二孔段的上方,也就是说,第一孔段相对于第二孔段更加靠近插接口。密封圈30的内周面构造出第一孔段,且密封圈30的内周面上同样设置了多个密封环。密封圈30的上端抵接于导管12的下端。密封圈30的下方设置了支架40,支架40设于外壳11内,且支架40与外壳11连接,支架40的上端支撑密封圈30,且支架40的上端可以嵌入到密封圈30内,以提高密封圈30的结构强度。另外,支架40的下方还可以设置吸油棉50、储油腔等以存放油液。
另外,如图4至图6所示,抽吸烟嘴20的下端(即插入到第一通道101内的一端)设置了定位凸缘21,定位凸缘21可以设置成绕抽吸烟嘴20的周向断续延伸的形状。
其中,如图1,在抽吸烟嘴20向上抽拉至第一配合位置时,抽吸烟嘴20上具有通气孔202的部分嵌入到第一孔段内,且通气孔202的上下两侧均设有密封环。从而实现对通气孔202的封闭,同时将第一通道101和第二通道201分隔开。此时,抽吸烟嘴20上的定位凸缘21可以支撑于密封圈30的下端,以对抽吸烟嘴20进行限位。如图2,在抽吸烟嘴20向下按压至第二配合位置时,抽吸烟嘴20上具有通气孔202的部分嵌入到第二孔段内,抽吸烟嘴20的外周面与第二孔段的外周面间隔开,以使通气孔202与第一通道101连通,从而实现对通气孔202的打开,同时将第一通道101和第二通道201接通。此时,抽吸烟嘴20上的定位凸缘21可以支撑于支架40上或嵌入到支架40中,以对抽吸烟嘴20进行限位,同时断续延伸的定位凸缘21可以对抽吸烟嘴20进行定位,以限制抽吸烟嘴20继续向下移动。
如图7至图9所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,与前述实施例不同的是,第一孔段位于第二孔段的下方,也就是说,第二孔段相对于第一孔段更加靠近插接口。密封圈30的内周 面构造出第一孔段和第二孔段,且第一孔段的内周面上设置了多个密封环。密封圈30的上端抵接于导管12的下端。密封圈30的下方设置了支架40,支架40设于外壳11内,且支架40与外壳11连接,且支架40可以嵌入到密封圈30内,以提高密封圈30的结构强度。另外,支架40的下方还可以设置吸油棉50、储油腔等以存放油液。
另外,如图10至图12所示,抽吸烟嘴20的下端(即插入到第一通道101内的一端)设置了定位凸缘21,定位凸缘21可以设置成绕抽吸烟嘴20的周向连续延伸的形状。
其中,如图7,在抽吸烟嘴20向下按压至第一配合位置时,抽吸烟嘴20上具有通气孔202的部分嵌入到第一孔段内,且通气孔202的上下两侧均设有密封环。从而实现对通气孔202的封闭,同时将第一通道101和第二通道201分隔开。此时,抽吸烟嘴20上的定位凸缘21可以支撑于第一孔段的上端,以对抽吸烟嘴20进行限位。如图8,在抽吸烟嘴20向上抽拉至第二配合位置时,抽吸烟嘴20上具有通气孔202的部分嵌入到第二孔段内,抽吸烟嘴20的外周面与第二孔段的外周面间隔开,以使通气孔202与第一通道101连通,从而实现对通气孔202的打开,同时将第一通道101和第二通道201接通。此时,抽吸烟嘴20上的定位凸缘21可以支撑于导管12的下端中,以对抽吸烟嘴20进行限位。
另外,如图1至图3以及图7至图9所示,在本申请的而一些实施例中,烟杆60可以包括外管61、电池62、气压检测件63以及底座64,其中,电池62和气压检测件63可以设于外管61内。外管61可以设置成沿上下方向延伸,且外管61的上端适于与烟嘴帽10上下对接,外管61的下端由底座64封盖,其中底座64上可以设置充电插头等结构,以对电池62充电。其中,可以在底座64上设置进气口,并使电池62上具有通孔或电池62与外管61之间具有缝隙,从而构造成第三通道601便于气流流通。另外,外管61内还可以设置储油棉65。另外,烟杆60的上端内侧可以具有配合槽,烟嘴帽10适于插装于所述配合槽内,其中,烟嘴帽10的外周面上可以设置缺口槽,在烟嘴帽10嵌入到配合槽内时,外管61的上端嵌入到该缺口槽内,从而实现烟嘴帽10与烟杆60的外周面齐平。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“内”、“外”、“轴向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。

  1. 一种雾化装置(100),其中,包括:
    烟嘴帽(10),所述烟嘴帽(10)内具有第一通道(101),所述第一通道(101)的一端具有可供插入的插入口;
    抽吸烟嘴(20),所述抽吸烟嘴(20)具有第二通道(201),所述抽吸烟嘴(20)被配置为可从所述插入口插入所述第一通道(101),且所述抽吸烟嘴(20)从所述插入口伸出以供用户吸食,所述抽吸烟嘴(20)具有第一配合位置和第二配合位置,所述抽吸烟嘴(20)在所述第一配合位置时所述第一通道(101)和所述第二通道(201)断开,且所述抽吸烟嘴(20)在所述第二配合位置时所述第一通道(101)和所述第二通道(201)接通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化装置(100),其中,所述第一通道(101)具有相互连通的第一孔段和第二孔段,所述第一孔段的径向尺寸小于所述第二孔段的径向尺寸,所述抽吸烟嘴(20)沿所述第一通道(101)的轴向可移动地插入所述第一通道(101),所述抽吸烟嘴(20)的周壁上设有通气孔(202),所述抽吸烟嘴(20)在所述第一配合位置时所述通气孔(202)位于所述第一孔段内并被封闭,且所述抽吸烟嘴(20)在所述第二配合位置时所述通气孔(202)位于所述第二孔段内并与所述第一通道(101)接通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化装置(100),其中,所述第一孔段的内周面上设有多个密封环,多个所述密封环沿所述第一通道(101)的轴向间隔布置,所述抽吸烟嘴(20)在所述第一配合位置时所述通气孔(202)设于两个所述密封环之间,且所述密封环与所述抽吸烟嘴(20)的外周面配合以封闭所述通气孔(202)。

  5. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化装置(100),其中,所述雾化装置(100)还包括:
    密封圈(30),所述密封圈(30)嵌入所述烟嘴帽(10)内,所述密封圈(30)的外周面与所述烟嘴帽(10)内周面密封配合,所述密封圈(30)的内周面构造出所述第一孔段,所述密封圈(30)的内周面可与所述抽吸烟嘴(20)的外周面密封配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化装置(100),其中,所述雾化装置(100)还包括:
    支架(40),所述支架(40)与所述烟嘴帽(10)相连,所述密封圈(30)与所述支架(40)上,以通过所述支架(40)支撑所述密封圈(30)。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的雾化装置(100),其中,所述第一通道(101)内设有第一台阶面和第二台阶面,所述第一台阶面和所述第二台阶面沿所述第一通道(101)的轴向相对,所述抽吸烟嘴(20)上设有定位凸缘(21),所述定位凸缘(21)限位于所述第一台阶面和 所述第二台阶面之间。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的雾化装置(100),其中,所述烟嘴帽(10)包括:
    外壳(11),所述插入口设于所述外壳(11)上;
    导管(12),所述导管(12)设于所述外壳(11)内,且所述导管(12)的一端周沿连接所述插入口周沿,所述抽吸烟嘴(20)沿上下方向可滑动地设于所述导管(12)内。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的雾化装置(100),其中,所述雾化装置(100)还包括:
    烟杆(60),所述烟杆(60)内具有第三通道(601),
    其中,所述烟嘴帽(10)与所述烟杆(60)相连,且所述第一通道(101)与所述第三通道(601)连通。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的雾化装置(100),其中,所述烟嘴帽(10)可拆卸地与所述烟杆(60)插装连接。
